1st time ever throwing an Axe at a target. Wasn't sure what to expect out of this adventure. But I dug it. It reminds of bowling but with Axes. It gets pretty crowded and loud as the evening progresses. Great place for a party or an office party. Definitely look this place up online first and review how this works. Many peeps in my party had no clue on how to work the screens and basically play. Luckily, they have employees on the floor helping us newbies but I wish I would have taken the time to learn on how to play. All in all it was a great time and neat experience.

The axe throwing uses a projector and a mouse and keyboard to set things up and keep score. There are lots of different games you can play like zombies, blackjack, battleship, etc. It also has a basic target. There are 3 different axes you can use. The staff was amazing and got us set up and trained. They have snacks and drinks to buy or you can BYOB. We had a blast but after an hour of throwing the largest axe, I was worn out. Can't wait to go back

The experience was very interesting and a bit dangerous. Perfect for an adult party!! It's BYOB so you can bring your drinks and also your food. Basically will pay for the experience and they will assign a person to direct you with the games and teach you on how to use the Axe... As it seems and it was very funny and a bit crazy it's kind off dangerous to my believe. Basically you have a Person with ZERO experience (usually) throwing a very dangerous and heavy metal axe that can hurt anyone, and if you add alcohol to that... the risk increase at large. Again I will recommend it however be careful and explain to the usually "funny" and ""crazy" person from your not to be stupid and do not play out their rules! I'll give you 3 starts just for the danger- I will recommend to increase the area of protection and access through a gate - do not leave the open space in the back

My husband and I went for a date night here a month ago and had a blast! We went close to open on a Friday afternoon so it was very quiet and we had the place mostly to ourself. Our ax trainer was Landen! He was super down to earth, funny, and friendly! I did not expect to have this fun! I definitely recommend paying for the $5 upgrade to the interactive screen! read more

I came here on a Wednesday evening with co-workers for a team building event. We paid $30 for two hours of axe throwing and they allowed us to bring in our own snacks and drinks (byob). The instructor, Andy, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when going over the rules. They had quite a few stations so it's good for large groups and they have different types of games you could play which were all scored electronically using a mouse and keyboard that was provided. I enjoyed the playlist that was playing on the speaker as it literally had a variety of songs from hip-hop $ R&B to pop to rock and roll. This place is such a great time! A friend last minute decided he wanted to go axe throwing and booked us a reservation here. I was skeptical at first because I'm quite clumsy and haha but I had a lot of fun. Our coach was Andy and he was extremely helpful. There was a gentleman walking around asking if we had a good time or needed anything. All I have to say is customer service gets 5 stars for sure. He even took pictures for us! We highly recommend swinging by for date night or a day out with friends! read more

This is such a cool and fun adventure!!! Went to enjoy a great evening with friends for my birthday, it was perfect. Don't forget to bring your favorite snacks or drinks to complete the experience. Their staff was really helpful to learn proper techniques and how to stay say in the process... since we were throwing axes, after all. She also kept score and showed us different games to play too. Definitely plan on going back again soon. read more

Great place for date night! My husband and I haven't been on a date in over a year and on a whim we decided to have one.. But we didn't want to do dinner and a movie something we always do, with last minute searching we found Axe masters less than a mile away from us, we walked in to see if they allowed pregnant women to throw axes (in my 3rd trimester) luckily they did! The whole experience was great!! The staff was great super friendly and helpful! At first it was nerve wracking but after a few minutes it became super easy and fun to do! The hour went by so quick! We are definitely coming back, to do 2 hours with more people! read more

Visiting from out of town and it was the perfect thing to do on a rainy day. Staff/instructors were friendly and knowledgeable. Tutorial was short and then we were off and throwing axes. There were four of us throwing for two hours. I would guess that six-eight people is the sweet spot of getting enough throws vs wearing yourself out. Would definitely visit again! read more

Went to Axe Masters on a Thursday for Ladies Night. We had a great time. It's BYOB so we brought two bottles of our favorite wine and they provided about 8 different desserts for customers. I have been to a couple of indoor axe arenas, and this one is definitely a favorite. The owners are so personable and fun, the coaches are helpful and encouraging. No one leaves without sticking the axe. I am really looking forward to leagues, it will be such a great way to meet new people and strengthen my skill. It's great for parties or date night. I went last week on Friday with a group of friends and my girlfriend to have some fun, and when we started to play we got along with all of the staff members like Jess, Milo, Chris, Cat, and Calvin. They were the best and we asked them if we could play them for a few rounds and they said yes, and we had an amazing time with them and plan on going back soon for a rematch!!! read more

We ordered drinks upstairs (there was only 1 bartender) and the lady took 10-15 mins to give us 1 of the holiday cocktails, even when we were the only people upstairs. We were able to get drinks faster at the bar downstairs; however, we placed an order of potato wedges which never came out. Our biggest let down was the service with drinks and food as it was not busy during our visit.

This place was certainly the place to do that, we did ax throwing, which I had done before, but we also got to do knife throwing and archery. Knife throwing is very difficult (do not be deceived by how each they make it look) and archery is as well, but we did enough axe throwing that we became very proficient at it. They actually also spend their time to show you each activity. There are two people there working, or at least there were when we were there that night, one man in the bar and Food and the other introducing you to each activity. They spent quite a bit of time making sure you know what to do the safety routines, and how to improve your skill. I would definitely be back. The food is also really good and they have a bar. It's just a really nice laid-back spot to get a little arm work in, try something new and eat good food. I highly recommend!

They offer coffee and water but no other food or drinks. They are fine with you bringing in snacks. There's even a convenient store next door where you can buy things to bring in. No alcohol tho. It's a family friendly establishment. Close toe shoes only and no heels. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Having 10+ years experience, Russ did an excellent job teaching us the ins and outs of using the recurve barebow and all the basics for posture, holding, shooting, removing the arrows from the boards and helpful tips like "nose-knows". Learning from Russ was like learning from a knowledgeable close friend, he was friendly, patient, kind and funny and his energy matched our crew perfectly. X10 Archery is a fun and healthy way to pass time and if you want to attend often or perhaps perfect the craft, they have reasonably priced membership options where you can come in and practice on your own. They also teach according to the World Archery Federation standards, the world's governing body of archery, same as used by the Olympics.

This was so much fun! We did this for our senior swimmers and everyone had fun. Our coaches Cat, Faith and Jess, were very patient with our group. Thye made sure everyone was staying involved and was ready for new games every time we finished one. I can tell you we all left Axe Masters planning the next time we would be there. Some of our swimmers think we should do a monthly outing, that is how enjoyable this experience was. I cannot thank Richard for his fabulous customer service. He stayed engaged with me through planning and went above and beyond to ensure we had fun. Even if you do not throw axes, you can still have fun. This place has so many games for all ages to play. Axe Masters was an absolute blast! We can't recommend it enough. Our entire group, from the youngest to the oldest, had a fantastic time. Our coach, Annabelle, was incredible.
