Their attention to detail blew me away, and they didn't hesitate to go the extra mile just to help me out. You can tell they care not just about their business, but about the people who walk through their doors. Even though I wasn't there for paintball (this time), I was seriously impressed by how well they run things and how accommodating they are. If they put this much care into helping a random walk-in, I can only imagine how amazing the actual paintball experience must be. You don't find people like this often. Absolute legends.

Wear comfortable shoes. You will be crouching and running so wear comfortable clothes I like to go baggy with the shirts. I participated in a work-based team bonding excursion to H-Town Paintball, and we all had a blast…read more The staff was helpful. There were really only a couple people operating the everything. someone manning the rental shack, and another refereeing our matches, but they were pleasant and professional. The one monitoring our games was very observant in terms of safety, and he also worked to ensure we all had a great time. He filled our CO2 tanks in between matches, briefed us on safety protocols, provided us with vests to split teams, took our picture, etc It is roughly $55 per person to play. You get rentals (gun, unlimited CO2, and a mask), 2 hrs of refereed playtime, and 500 paintballs. There are daytime vs nighttime rates. Night time is slightly more expensive, but you get glow in the dark paintballs. Check the site for weekday vs night time vs weekend hours There are 4 courses: Nuke Town, Shipment, Speedball, and Drum Yard. We tried all except Speedball (it was down). You play until there is no one left standing on at least one of the teams Some tips: If you have a group of 10 or more each person will save 10% on pricing. Wear some padded layers. It is not extremely painful, but it's not nothing when you're hit. They have birthday party deals. There are snacks and pizza in the rental shack if you're hungry. The parking is in a gravel lot outside the site, and it's a little sketchy. Consider bringing valuables with you, but there aren't lockers or anything to put them in. Also, we arrived at 4pm on a Friday in January, and while it was nice weather to layer up in, we ran out of sunlight pretty quick. There were a handful of us that didn't get a chance to expend all our paintballs, so, we had to just leave them Cheers!!

Regarding HTOWN SPLASH ZONE which is the other side of this paintball business…read more THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! Booked this place for my son's 6th birthday. This place is extremely run down, I was told everything would be pressure washed, cleaned and ready for my party but it was not. The slides were extremely dirty with some black little beads everywhere. They advertise umbrellas on all tables which they don't have, and 4 slides for the price which is not true they only had 3 bc one popped due to a previous party but did not offer any type of compensation for that. The staff is very inconsistent with the booking information, and change their policies when convenient. The front desk lady named Cara is very rude. I had 2 "hosts" during my party Alaina and Scarlett, which were two young ladies possibly still in high school with no common sense or basic customer service skills. They were both clueless about everything, anytime I asked them a question they had to go ask someone else but didn't come back to give me an answer until I asked AGAIN. I knew I had a balance to pay but at the end of my party Alaina came up to me while I was in the middle of a conversation with my guests and said "you still haven't paid your balance" I said yes ma'am I know I will be paying it at the end of my party, and her response back was well you're supposed to be out of here by 10pm umm excuse me I booked my party from 5-10 and it was 10:00pm on the dot!! I booked it until 10:00pm but they do not have proper outdoor lighting once the sun goes down, they 2 very small lights which don't even light up half of the party. They most definitely should not be offering night events if they do not have proper lighting especially having small children in/around water. I was told I could have alcohol by owner Sue if I hired a security guard, then I was told by Cara I couldn't have alcohol bc they don't have a liquor license to serve alcohol but they give it out for free as part of their night ops paintball bookings. This place is just ridiculous, the customer service is absolutely terrible, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Showed…read moreup around noon and there was a birthday party that graciously let my friend and I join their game. Between the two of us, we spent $58 on paint. They regularly charge for entrance and equipment, so you can see how expensive this can get. Although the staff was nice, there were issues we had to deal with. Their internet was down so we were asked to drive to Bucee's to use an ATM. They only have one small field to play on. I have been to other parks that have multiple fields that vary by size. Once the birthday party stopped playing, we were the only two people there so we had all this paint and only each other to shoot. Keep in mind, this is midday on a beautiful Saturday. I applaud their efforts and appreciate their invitation, but I can certainly say that I have experienced better.
