From the moment it arrived at the table, I knew I was in for something special. The presentation alone was a winner--beautiful, fresh, and totally Instagram-worthy. The dish starts with two slices of lightly toasted sourdough bread (it must be sourdough)with perfectly crisp edges--fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, that bread alone sets the stage for a great dish. Then comes the star of the show: creamy, freshly smashed avocado spread generously across the toast. But it doesn't stop there! It's topped with goat cheese crumbles, a sprinkle of spices, crispy bacon, and delicate microgreens, creating a combination of flavors and textures that makes every bite pop. The bacon added a savory touch, although I'll definitely be asking for extra bacon next time...and oh yes, there WILL be a next time. I enjoyed this avocado toast so, so much.
