I am absolutely NEVER coming back here again. My 8 year old son used the go karts just for his head to be pounding and almost suffocated from the helmets they provide. He got rushed to the ER. They also have horrible service. There was one employee constantly being rude to me and my son and judging my son for how he is playing the games. The food came so cold and looked like it wasn't even cooked! The place was also dirty. I wish I could rate this a ZERO! I made a Yelp account just to rate this horrible place! read more

Came on a Friday at 1pm with a group of 5. There was only 1 employee working who had to cover the front desk as well as the prize room so we were left standing around for 30 minutes to get checked in. Eventually another employee showed up to begin helping us who clearly didn't want to. She was extremely annoyed with every question we asked and rolled her eyes at us and walked away halfway through our groups transaction. We ended up paying for an all day pass even though all the activities included in the pass weren't available for us to use because of lack of staff. When I asked if we could maybe get fun pass cards to make up for it I got a lot of eye rolls and sighing along with being told there was absolutely no way and that it was too bad. This is probably the last time I'll show up to this location. I'd rather drive to suwanee than deal with the attitude, disrespect, and lack of staff here. read more

Holy crap this was the worst run birthday party I have ever been to. It was FOUR HOURS and not because it was supposed to be four hours. The pacing was horrific, the "coordinator" only made an appearance a handful of times, made the kids wait in line, then disappeared. For example, the kids (8 year old boys) had to wait in line for 25 minutes to do the rope course only to be told after waiting that they were all too short to go on it. Nobody thought to check before making them stand in line for 25 minutes? After that they shoo-ed them back to laser tag where we saw they had finally served the meal an hour after they had served the cake (and never gave any of the kids drinks). Seriously who runs this place? Not to mention all the broken arcade games and the fact that half the laser tag guns didn't even work. I bet it cost a pretty penny too. If I were the parents I would be furious. Never ever ever do a birthday party here. All the kids and parents left cranky, bored, and angry. read more

They have all you play on Wednesdays. You can't win any prizes if you choose this option because of this a lot of games weren't with because it was mainly to win tickets. It's family friendly so kids of all ages can go and play. The bathrooms were not well maintained. Most stalls didn't have toilet paper or something was broken. The soap and paper towels were out in some of the dispensers. The service was great at the bar and the pizza spot. The food took a while because they had to make a fresh pizza but in the end it was good. read more

I recently visited this Main Event location with a large group of middle school students and had an absolute blast. Granted, the company was superb, but the numerous entertainment options contributed to the excellent day, as well. Because of our large group and arrangement, we had all-access passes for our visit, which contributed largely to my enjoyment of the day. As I saw the pricing for some of the things listed, I could not help but think I would not have enjoyed it as much if I were paying for each thing separately. First, we bowled. The lanes were great, and getting set up was a breeze. We quickly played two rounds and had a blast. The lanes were clean and roomy, and our whole group had a great time. We used five lanes that were all together. It was a great start to our adventure. Next, we did the gravity ropes course. It was so much fun, and it was probably my favorite part of the trip. It was challenging but fun, and I was quite proud of myself after crossing all of the rope bridges. I never fell off and found myself dangling over a large group of middle schoolers, which may have been my greatest fear. After those things, a friend and I played countless games - Pacman, Mario Cart, skee ball, and more. It was SO. MUCH. FUN. Food was fine, but I would probably eat before or after next time. I had a $6 milkshake that wasn't bad (it was a milkshake, after all), but $6 is steep. I will be back with my family soon - looking forward to another day of FUN! read more

I have had better experiences at this location except the last time I visited here with my cousins visiting from out of town. It was Mon, Dec 23rd around 11 PM and we decided to go here just because all of us were hungry and this was the only place open. There was no one to take our order. So, after waiting for about 10 mins, we walked over to the bar and ordered drinks and asked for Menus. The bartender ignored us for another 5 mins or so (understandable - she was punching in receipts into the computer). Asked for an orange slice for the Blue Moon and got a stare and rolling eyes. We ignored that and ordered food Here was our order 1. Kid's Cheese Pizza 2. Cali Chicken Sandwich - House-marinated grilled chicken breast, leaf lettuce, tomato,avocado, red onion & ranch mayo on a toasted brioche bun. 3. Buffalo Chicken Wrap - Crispy fried chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce & served in a warm tortilla with our signature three cheese blend, chopped lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onion & ranch mayo (Sub house marinated grilled chicken). (Note: Handhelds - Served with fresh, seasoned fried. Sub side Garden Salad SUB SIDE for $1.00 ) She put in the order into the system and we told her we are sitting on a table directly across the bar and left. After waiting for about 30 mins the kid's pizza showed up and both other orders were late. I finished the entire pizza in about 15 mins and at that total 45 min mark, walked up to the bartender and asked for the status of the remaining order. She was surprised we were still waiting on the other order. She went in and checked and said, it would be out soon. After about 5 mins, order # 3 - Buffalo chicken wrap showed up. Another 15 mins go by and there was no sign of order # 2 - Cali Chicken Sandwich - so I asked for the status again. It came out in a couple of minutes. However, the chicken was charred and burnt with a very dry rubbery taste. There was NO Avocado and Ranch Mayo in the sandwich and the buns were not or very very lightly toasted. Please see the attached pictures. I showed the bartender the sandwich but the response was VERY RUDE. Without even trying to understand the problem, she raised her voice and said, what do you want me to do? Comp off the sandwich? I politely explained, this is not about money. We have been waiting for a long time and the one order that came out tastes burnt. She said OK and left the bar. I thought she went to the kitchen to tell them about this but she never returned for the entire time (about 20 more mins) till we were there. Another girl was then at the bar wrapping up for the day and I asked for the check. There was nothing comped off and this new girl did not know anything about the situation and I did not bother to tell her the entire story. I paid the tab and told her I usually do not do this but I am not leaving any tip for this tab because of the attitude of the bartender here before her, the wait time, self service and quality of the food. She nodded and said OK (I feel sorry for her) and we left. Never expected such service from this location at all. Highly disappointed. I get the cobb salad here with grilled chicken, no cheese crumbles or tomatoes. It has a ton of bacon! Good salad! K gets the hot wings, but he said he should have asked for extra crispy. We ordered the cookie with ice cream on top, but I don't like vanilla bean ice cream. Also, the cookie was extremely doughy on the inside so we sent it back and asked for another one to be cooked better. It was still extremely doughy! Definitely not better than the one at Stoney River, which is to die for! I tasted the donut holes and thought it was like a cinnamony sugar funnel cake. The boys got the sliders (one added bacon) & fries. JA got the macaroni & fries. The sweet tea is pretty sweet. They offer military discount! We paid $9 each for the kids to play laser tag but M said his wasn't working the whole time but the guy didn't believe him. So K had to go into the offices & push to get the money back. They gave him a $10 game card. It would seem that this big money making establishment wouldn't make it so hard to get a refund as well as make sure their equipment is working. The kids always have a good time, so of course we will come back every so often. Main Event, stop replying with generic messages to email you further about our experience/complaint. If the company was interested in improving, you would email/contact the manager directly and not require us to take an additional action. I've seen this generic reply on others' complaints and it looks like you're "putting on" rather than actually trying to get problems fixed. Came here a few times during my stay in Atlanta. The place is really big and has multiple stations: Laser tag, bowling, pool, and scaffold walking. It is structured like a Dave and busters except the arcade is slightly smaller. During week days you can do unlimited of one event for 7.99 which is great for those who have free time. On Wednesday there is half off for the arcade area but it seems to not apply for certain machines. I was able to bowl for 2 hours. Not too many people showed up except for Wednesday. read more

If you're looking for a place to go bowling, I strong recommend going elsewhere. I was in a party of 4 that rented a lane for two hours. The lane continued to break down. With every single bowl, the lane would automatically remove a pin or pins without it actually being knocked over. Sometimes it removed all of them so that there were no pins for you to even hit on your second bowl. After letting the employees know about the broken lane, we were moved to a new lane... WHICH DID THE SAME THING! We never got to a lane that actually worked. read more

This is a fun place to bring the entire family. They offer bowling, laser tag, video games, billiards and shuffle board. It's good to get here early on the weekends, because later in the evening there can be a long wait for bowling. The food is decent. We've eaten the pizza, chicken tenders, burgers and bacon mac and cheese. They have good margaritas at the bar. I don't care for their soft drinks, because they only carry Pepsi products, and I'm a big fan of Coke. I get emails from them, and I have taken advantage of many promotions in the past. One complaint: they used to give you $20 free game play if you purchased a $20 fun card. You could use the original $20 fun card to pay for bowling or any other activity. This changed sometime last year. They now give you $20 game play when you purchase $20 game play. This is not a good deal, because most of their arcade games are fairly expensive to play. read more

Update: I've found that nothing has really changed. I came with friends on Saturday night and we were first told the wait for bowling was two hours. Then were told it was three and they wouldn't even take our names down. We stayed anyways to grab some food and maybe play some games. Our server came around a few times but then disappeared. He finally said "I'm leaving so can you go ahead and take care of the bill?". It's only 11am at this point. No one comes around after to check on us--we would have loved some more drinks. I also agree with another reviewer that there needs to be a curfew. There were several kids running around the pool tables, bar area, and shuffleboard area after midnight. That's ridiculous. I honestly don't know how this business is still up and operating. If I could leave half to 0 stars I would but this wasn't even a mediocre experience. Half the arcades were either disconnected or not functioning properly. They would take the credits and not allow the player to play whether it was basketballs not coming out of the arcade, joysticks not working, sound turned off in the VR games. Even the claw machine's door was stuck so if you won a doll, you wouldn't be able to get it out without waving someone down to come open the door for you. read more

I spent a good amount of time going back and forth to front counter to have them refund me due to a broken game. I left pictures below showing just a couple of games that didn't work. wife and four grand kids went there this afternoon (8/3) to eat some snacks and play some games. they were completely ignored by the four person staff as they were too interested in chatting w each other than tending to customers. She hollered a few times try to get their attention, all to no avail. Finally got the attention of a fifth person and asked to speak to a manager or whoever was in charge. She got the run-around again! She ordered some drinks for kids that took 20 minutes to get. Finally enough was enough! Went on 9/28, Worst ever experience. Only one person out of 12 plus people even cared about working. Let's start with food. Took us over an hour to get our food, some of our group was finished eating before the rest got food. Drinks (mostly coke and water) came after the food. Hamburger buns were stale. Many employees were seen just standing around talking to each other, including the person I can only assume was the manager.. Tried to play laser tag, but the "employees" that were supposedly working that area couldn't stop hanging out and talking to let us in.. Asked for a refund and the person working the counter was rude about it. I will never go back and I will not be promoting this establishment. I've passed Main Event many a times en route to Topgolf Alpharetta. Thanks to their summer special, we ended up here for a grown up birthday celebration. There was a seasonal promotion going on after school let out for the summer - $12.95 for unlimited bowling, laser tag, and billiards, until 5pm. I believe also for the ropes course, but I didn't participate in that. We played laser tag - that was oddly disorganized, which was surprising, since... don't they do this every day? I feel like I have played in better planned designs. Once inside, though, I still had a good time. I bowled most of the time I was here - bowling shoes are not included in the summer Fun Pass. We purchased some nonalcoholic beverages to keep hydrated. Refills came a bit slow since it was so busy on a Saturday, but probably better that I slowed down on that sweet tea. Overall, this is just another arcade/bowling alley/games spot. Not the best, there are better and closer to the Perimeter. read more

This is a wonderful place be sure to bring your family as you will have a great time! First I dined at the restaurant and enjoyed some very tasty food which was only topped by the phenomenal service I received from servers Nate and Nick. They really did a wonder job make sure to ask for one of them when you go. Then I played laser tag and was impressed but how friendly and helpful the staff was. After that my younger brother had a slight issue at one of the games but the games attendant Neko was extremely kind to him and helpful and even gave him a free game which made my little brothers day! read more

A great place to come to early if you don't have kids., the open bar and appetizers pair nicely with bowling or billiards. You can spend hours here having fun with your friends and family. Our first trip here we had unlimited play for $7.00 per event as long as there were no long wait list of others looking to play. The video games and rope walk are also very entertaining. Great for families or big groups. We truly enjoyed our time playing like kids again. It is loud with music and multiple monitors playing at the same time. Attended my nephew's 10th birthday party on 2/21/16, which consisted of approx 15 kids and 5 adults. The kids were able to bowl, play laser tag, video games and walk across an elevated rope. Also, the party package included several beverage options, pizza and birthday cake. My nephew had to have a Star Wars cake so we brought one in. Worth noting: The kid party packages have a very strict schedule which does not seem to factor in slight delays for bathroom breaks and getting kids orderly. This could mean less time is spent than purchased. ... However, the hosts handle every aspect of timing and activities which helps parents relax to the extent they can. Gifts and valuables are stored in lockers while your group moves from station to station. Similar to a Dave And Busters, I found that this location is a pretty good place for indoor entertainment with family and friends. This location has a bowling Alley as well as numerous, arcade and video type games, a ropes course, Table Hockey and more. The games all worked which is not always the case in establishment like this. I had two fifty dollars gift cards and was purchasing credit and laser tag for 45 dollars when young man said the first card only had 4 dollars so I gave him the other and he said it only had 30 which was not true because both cards had never been used he proceeds to return one of the cards saying you still have 50 on this one and it only had 8 dollars left. when I went back he said it had nothing on it and gave me an empty gift back. The kids go off to play and I sit at the bar for atleast 15 mins the bar tender never asks to help me. Came in for a date night with my husband and a majority of the games were out. We would swipe our card and points were taken then we were unable to play. Others we would start the game and would just stop working. I went to the bar to get a drink and was given rude looks by the staff and my drink order kept getting put off. Review on a private event: The venue is huge with the private rooms lined up against the wall. The rooms have #s, but not clear signage of who is in what room. The room #2 could easily hold 15 rounds of 10, so you can have a pretty big party here with a buffet against the walls. There are sliding walls between the rooms, so I assume you can rent out all three. There were kids in the room next door pushing the wall open, so one could have easily gotten his or her hand stuck. Plus, it makes you think that the room is not very secure either. The sound system in the room is loud! So when they announce for a group to return to the party room, if you are in the room, your ears will hurt. The event had soda and pizza. The soda was served in plastic pitchers which were not labeled. It would be have been nice since some people cannot drink diet drinks. The pizza was just ok. They were supposed to serve cheese pizzas and pepperoni pizzas. What came out were pizzas that were half and half. As someone who does not eat meat, this sucked! As far as the games and such, the kids had fun, but it is very easy to lose someone in here and nothing to really stop them from walking out without a parent. Would I go back? If my kids wanted to meet a friend here, sure, but I would make them bowl first because my child went through $30 within an hour which is crazy! read more

If you enjoy waiting in line to order dinner and drinks, then this is the place for you! Stood in line for 30 minutes just to get drinks. Paid for 2 hours of bowling, spent most of it waiting for food and drinks. Atleast we burnt some calories considering it was 20 degrees hotter than the outside. But, someone did come by to bus our table. The only good customer service we received, was from the greeter as we left. The only way we would ever return is if they hired about 10 more employees and invested in some air conditioning. read more
