We went here as a group of six on NYE just for a fun evening out and to celebrate the upcoming New Year. We purchased the NYE's package which included pizza, salad, cookies, sparking cider, soft drinks, bowling shoes and two hours of bowling. This was my first time bowling here and the place was clean, great variety of music and great customer service! Once we finished bowling and were packing up to leave, we did see a police office enter and set up a metal detector for the evening crowd. Not so sure how it is later in the evening but we bowled from 5:30-7:30 and had a wonderful time!

There's $37 unlimited bowling Friday nights. The drinks are around $10. And the food is great! Especially the fries

Covid: I was apprehensive about going bowling during Covid, but after reading the reviews I felt like it would be ok. I was mistaken. All of the previous reviews about safety and precautions must have stopped before our visit. Waiting in line to check in we were the only group in masks. None of the employees had one on. There were no signs about distancing or anything. The experience: My SO asked questions about a sign they had posted in regard to purchasing a bowling ball and no one could answer the question for her. I get there was a growing line as it was Friday about 6:30pm but why place signage out that your employees are unaware of? I booked online and the process was easy enough but pricey IMO. For 2 hours of unlimited bowling for 2 people it was $92.80 for the lane, $10.48 for our shoe rental, $40 for a forced "f&b credit" - $20 per person for food and beverage loaded on one card, and a $9.30 event fee which brought our total to $159.34 before even walking through the door. No one explained the process for using the F&B credit card, ordering: who our server would be should be need one or how to order online their preferred way as outlined w/ the cards or in person. The employees seemed to just be wandering around aimlessly throughout out entire time. The drinks & food: The drinks were the saving grace for us. I ordered a "mad mai tai" (times 2) and they were about $11 each and very nicely mixed. My SO order the 100 oz power tower of PBR beer and it was $32. She was very pleased. I didn't have lunch and I'll be honest I cannot remember the taste, but my loaded fries with chicken came out piping out and I enjoyed until they were cold. I believe they were about $12 or so. Parking: There is dedicated parking lot, but it gets pretty hectic relatively easily and early. Restrooms: Were clean and stocked throughout our time there. Also I was sent a survey less than 24 hours after leaving which I appreciated and the general manager reached out to address my concerns and offer a remedy we were ok with for one returning possibly.

First let me thank the manager Nicole and server Serena! Nicole greeted us and introduced Serena right away. They assisted us in getting settled for my husband's surprise. Serena was efficient and kind and able to meet the needs of our party. Nicole was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the event and was ready and prepared for my guests. I hosted my husband's birthday party at the Bowlero for my family which was a party of 10. The location was easy to book and customer service was very flexible when I had two adjustments due to my party size changing. We rented two lanes ordered food and cocktails as well. The food and drinks were excellent! Mind you this is a bowling alley so we were pleasantly surprised. The location was clean and had everything we needed for our event. Easy to obtain shoes and start the bowling. The lane space was ideal for our ballon's and kids to sit and enjoy. The music was so 90's and we bowled and had table karaoke! The server Serena quickly took orders and resolved any problems we had with the lane. A belt popped on one lane but it was repaired quickly and we were given more time on our games. She helped to reset games of add names and really made this experience worth wild. Nicole frequently checked in with our party and ensured we had everything we needed. We utilized the arcade which the kids loved! They had fun games and prizes as well. I can't not say enough good things about our experience here. We traveled about 4 hours from SC to this location's proximity to family and it was worth it! When we are in town again we will be back.

So great. We came at 3 on a Sunday and didn't wait at all for a lane. There were several open. Though they do have specials starting at 6 on Sundays so I wish we would have come a little later. Very nice staff! The lady behind the counter working shoes explained to us how everything worked and had a pleasant attitude. You pay per lane per person and there is a charge for shoes. Waiters come to your lane and take drinks and food orders. I saw signs for numerous specials throughout the week. First responders on Wednesday's, college students on Thursdays. And they have a $2.22 special on Tuesdays with games and food/drink specials for that price. Overall a very clean, swanky bowling spot. Definitely preferred over a normal bowling alley where you sometimes leave feeling gross.

This was the worst experience i've ever ever ever had ! the lane continuously getting stuck and we were not even able to bowl for a straight 10 minutes! It was our day off and it was RUINED by this experience. The lanes were OVER CAPACITY! Like what the hell .. And the prices are not real SCAM

Hadn't been bowling in quite sometime sooo my husband and I figured we'd go have fun bowling. They had a special for unlimited bowling for about $12 (not including shoes) so we thought that was cool. It's been months since we've been here and this was probably one of the most mediocre visits. We arrived and I could see there was some changes in the decor as the space had been recently remodeled. It was fairly quiet for a Friday night and we were able to get our shoes and lane pretty quickly. The issue came when no one came to take our order. We were able to get to our lane, find our bowling balls, and get started with our game butttt for it to be so slow in there, there was no waiter who came along for about 10 minutes. I mean yeah I came to bowl, but I also came to have a small bite to eat and grab a few drinks. I finally caught the attention of the guy who was serving people in the lane next to use and he mentioned that since our waiter was too busy talking, he'd be more than happy to help us. We ordered some mozzarella sticks (decent but I've had better - yeah it's a bowling alley so you can't expect much right??) and some drinks. I had some kind of rum punch and it was rather watered down. We decided to not order anything else and just grab food after we left. I was kind of shocked as normally the service, food, and drinks are pretty good buttttt not on this good night. It'll definitely be a little while before we come back here.

I love this place. The food is a little expensive but it was all pretty good. Even though they were understaffed, the staff was great. Especially Ty. These fish bowls are HUGEEEE, the foosball table is free and there's a great arcade. You can have a buncha fun here no matter how old you are.

$110 for 4 people to bowl 2 games. I thought movies were getting expensive - at least we would have been entertained for more than an hour.

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. Given the high cost, I expect much better care, professionalism, and attention to children's safety and comfort. I would not recommend this venue for kids' parties.

The bartenders were awesome! Our bartender made great drinks and was super friendly. I loved the lemon drop and the margaritas. We also tried the jello shots. I ordered the chicken nachos and our group had some wings and flatbread to share! The wings were on point! I def recommend those. The chicken nachos were not bad either. Overall, a time was had and I would come back for fun with my adult friends.

I came here on a work trip so there was a LOT going on: food buffets, bar mania, games of all sorts. Had I come here with a group of friends to play games and sip on a drink I think I would have had a different (read: better) experience. That said, I appreciate that B&B exists and what it's trying to do. Despite being here as part of a big group, the staff was perfectly lovely and patient. That's not always the case when it comes to dealing with large groups. The food menu is confusingly large and caters to about every taste.* I got a little grossed out at the thought of eating around so much dust. Board games and consoles are dirty/dusty. They show both easily. Eating around/in that didn't appeal to me. What *did* appeal to me, though, was the thought of drinking a potion. From the glass (straight up D&D) to the color (blue), I was all in. The Mana Potion had a lot of the right elements (gin, blue curacao, elderflower liqueur, lemon, and Sprite) but the extra zhuzh for our party was team too much. The edible glitter made the drink a bit thick and didn't do wonders for my stomach. It's a tough criticism because I was here for an extra sparkly drink/potion. Definitely on brand. For me, Battle & Brew is an odd space that could benefit from some editing. But, it looks like I am in the minority. I can agree with not being the target audience. So, gamers, have at it! *I didn't experience much in the way of GF/DF/VG options but, again, target audience.

I was truly excited to try this place because it is such a cool concept. Went yesterday for dinner…read morewith my husband, daughter, and my friend and her daughter. We opted for the board games for $7 so that we could play together at the table while we ate, which is a great idea in theory but the execution left a lot to be desired. Most of the games we tried to play were old, dirty (yuck), and incomplete. For example, we were unable to play Guess Who because both the red and blue lineups were missing people and many of the people cards were torn into pieces. We were able to play What Do You Meme, but it was obvious that most of the meme cards were missing, so we had to stop abruptly when we ran out of new cards. Since people are eating and playing, effort should be made to keep the games clean, or at the very least, provide hand sanitizer at each table so that guests aren't grossed out about handling dirty game pieces in between grabbing bites of their sandwich or other finger food. I just feel like even though $7 for board game play is reasonable, it felt far less justifiable after experiencing the issues I just explained. If you are going to charge people any amount to use the games, ensuring that those games are complete and sanitary seems like a reasonable expectation. Service was okay but most of the food did not even meet the okay standard. We started with mozerrela sticks, which were okay. The fries with all our meals were obviously the frozen bagged kind you can find at any grocery store. They added seasoning but it's not enough to hide the fact that you are eating frozen fries at a sit down restaurant. My husband ordered the Don't Call It Hotlanta chicken sandwich and I think that was probably the best tasting thing we all ordered. I ordered the ATLA with cheese and did not like it very much. The bread was too crispy, the cheese was cold, and the overall flavor just didn't do it for me. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese with a side of fries. It does say on the menu that it is Kraft mac and cheese. She didn't complain, but she's 12 and not too picky so no surprise there. I had a soda water, my daughter had a sprite, and my husband had two mixed drinks (I think margaritas). Our total bill including the $7 for a crappy board game experience came out to $94 before tip. It was not worth it and I would never return for dinner nor can I recommend that others consider this a worthy dinner spot. Nevertheless, it would be a cool spot to come to with a big group of friends to play the computer and video games while enjoying a few drinks and maybe an appetizer or two. I could see that being a fun experience and would be open to returning to play the video games with friends or maybe one of their event nights like trivia that sounds like a good time, but I won't come back specifically for dinner because there are far better place to get a far superior meal for that price around here. So, at the end of the day, two stars is my review for the dinner and board game experience, but it would probably be closer to a 4 for just video games and drinks or events because I don't think there is anything else like it around here. I am not 100% on pricing for the video games but I think I saw something like $20 per hour, which I think might be a little pricey. However, I am not a big gamer myself so I may not be the best judge of that.

Stools are great because you can play while you sit which is great. Now for the bad. If you're looking for a classic arcade feel this is not the place. It's so quiet! Really all we heard was the ambient music (80s-90s hair bands which I love) but not why I'm here. Classic arcades are filled with the sounds of the games. Sadly there was little of that. Many of the video games had volume so low we couldn't hear them at all. The ones we could we had to strain to hear it. Also the upkeep of the games was not great. The terminator gun didn't work well at all, QBert was down, The Simpsons was down, dig dug was down. Star Wars was a 1-up system you can buy at Walmart and worn out, terrible experience. Many of the joy sticks were in need of maintenance as well. The Neo-Geo was not a MVS but rather a poor emulator that had color problems and terrible video tearing plus awful audio. Let's talk about the pinball machines. Most were modern machines that are still available for purchase. I saw a couple older ones but there was no information provided about the age. Overall this just okay. Many of the machines are not taken care of and this really ruins the experience for gamers.
