When coming here I recommend parking in front of the First Baptist Smyna church. Parking is completely free. This is our second year coming here, this year was better than last here. There was a huge turn out this year as viewers can see from the pictures, the weather turned out to be completely beautiful and there was such a great selection of food. The Taste of Smyna is a free event to visit and guests can walk along Village Green Circle and try out samples from over 30 restaurants, each sample ranges anywhere from 1 to 4 dollars. They had live music from the Scott Thompson Band this year. For kids, they have plenty of activities, the Atlanta Braves had a tent setup for young kids to practice hitting a ball (3 times) and afterwards they could get their face painted by a local airbrush artist with different brave logos. They also had a great selection of blowup houses for kids to jump around, slides, rock climbing, bungee cord lift (goes about 20 feet) and they had this really cool thing where kids are put into a huge ball, it is filled with air and then they float around inside a pool like environment. Checkout the pictures so you know get a better idea. What is also cool about this festival is that the festival sponsor gives out awards to one restaurant for four categories; this includes the best Entree, Dessert, Decorated Booth and Food Presentation. There are also gift giveaways and free balloons for kids. I am very impressed with the way Jrm Management Services puts on this event, they also run the tastes of Forsyth/Kennesaw/Acworth. Even though this year was extremely crowded, there was still plenty of room to get around. This is definitely a food festival that is worth checking out and that is coming from someone who drove 50 miles one way to come to The Taste of Smyna. I highly recommend this festival. Parking One of the first things I appreciated was the parking situation. You actually have options here. Valet was twenty dollars which I chose, or you can park for free yourself. A lot of lounges make you pay for parking so I thought this was a nice touch. Atmosphere and Seating I found the lounge through a quick Google search and was drawn in by the fact that they had both a live band and the legendary DJ Frank Ski performing that night. The vibe is definitely mature with people dressed in linen suits, nice dresses and heels. I did not make a reservation and arrived about forty five minutes after opening. At that point the bar was already full and the only free option was a shared section for walk-ins. Honestly it worked out well. The section easily fit twelve to fifteen people and we had more than enough space. I strongly recommend making a reservation if you want your own table. Food and Drinks The menu is pretty limited but I split the seafood plate with a friend. It came with fried catfish, shrimp, and potato rounds. Everything was hot, well seasoned, and came out quickly. For drinks I had two French 75s with cognac and they were made perfectly balanced and smooth. Service Our server Taya was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and patient with all of our questions. The only hiccup was with the hookah service. On the refill the hookah was not pulling correctly and it took a little back and forth before they swapped it out. Once it was fixed we were good to go. Overall Between the live entertainment, great drinks, solid food, and attentive service I had a really good time. I would definitely come back, especially with a reservation in place.

The last guy actually had me in tears laughing. He was great!! The 3 that weren't funny was more than just not funny they told jokes that I didn't think were appropriate for the audience and stuff that I personally don't think should be made into jokes. Suicide is not a laughing matter. Especially having people in the audience that it has effected in such a life altering way.. I just don't think that should ever be a joke. Religious jokes can be funny to a small degree but the lady from last night took it too far and it was very distasteful. There are sooo many things you can joke about but those are categories imo you should just stay away from. I go to the comedy catch in Tennessee and I die laughing Every time I am there. I love to laugh and have a good time. I don't know if the comedians from last night (that were not funny) were regulars or not but I hope not. I'd like to come back.

This was my first time at a Top Golf and I enjoyed all the games. Really the only complaint I have is that the bartender on the 2nd tier was not real professional. Me and a couple other patrons were at the bar for what seemed like 10mins before we saw her. Maybe she was just busy with stuff but even a server that was in the bar area just sat there in the booth looking at us. I would have expected in my place of business for that server to greet people and Atleast let them know the bartender is on an errand or freakin something other than look up and go back to her phone. The couches were better than just the chairs but we found with so many people it was musical chairs. We had several apps and entrees and all of the food came out fast as lightning! I'm sure we would've made it out with about 5 more minutes and if we had moved a bit quicker - which you'll understand once you do the room. We didn't expect it to be as in depth as it was, but that definitely added to the fun. The amount of space is definitely deceiving. Downsides, the room was obviously well loved and used, and there was no path follow necessarily (but we didn't mind that as it makes it more realistic). The employee was nice enough to go ahead and take us, even though he was fully prepared to have no one to tend to. Hats off to him. I really appreciate that. He also turned out to be a super helpful guide/assistant (I forget what they are called) during our game. He gave us a few extra clues when he saw we were kind of stuck. I'd say he went above and beyond. Now, the facilities themselves were a little run down: worn down papers, and water damaged, fraying laminated clues, black light paint fading and hard to see in the provided lighting. The clues and rooms for sure need a refreshing, or renovation, and are not in the best shape. The staff won me over for sure though. It served to be a great first time escape room experience for me, and a great date event for my girlfriend and I.
