Came 5/25/25 at 8pm and we had a few hiccups with the lane but that was fixed really fast but our server Nathaniel G. is where the experience took a turn. It took us 45 minutes to even get his attention to order and he was servicing lanes close to us. Once we ordered and got our food I decided to order a second drink about 30 min after and he brought my tab to close me out. Insert confused face because I wanted to order the cookie melt but dang I guess not tonight lol. He closed my tab as if he was about to clock out but continued to service other lanes afterwards and the lane right beside mine. So it was my first time at the establishment and I was not unhappy at all. It was open and very clean. I came when it first open so it wasn't a lot of people there so that was pretty cool because I have to pick of the lanes! The establishment itself is very wide open. It has a bar, not a full bar but it has a couple things there. It has maybe about 10 beers on tap so if you're trying to drink, just plan accordingly. They have a pool table at a separate area with a bar is so you don't have to sit out in the open while you're drinking. They have food obviously, but it's far food so if you're into that then that's pretty much what you're getting. If you come in and go to the right there is a little arcade area where you can play ski ball in a couple other types of games. Not like a full Dave & busters but they have a lot of options for kids if you're into that. So I would say it's worth it for all ages. If the kids don't want to bowl, they can come and play basketball or something else on the arcade. On a day that I went there was a open bowling for all league and non-league members so it was basically free. So I suggest going to the site and checking out and seeing when it would be the best time to go. The staff is super friendly, I suggest that you check on when leagues are starting up. If you ask them they are super helpful! I would definitely suggest that you lay on them for information. It's a little out of the way but I would definitely come back. Picture This: An Empty Bowling Alley with people that CLEARLY do not want to work! This place seemed like a great idea, except you cant find services, we wanted to order drinks and food at the bar area but it was was deserted, I literally had to knock on the kitchen door then was rudely directed to the area that we purchased our games ( like that made sense ) but no one was there either, so finally someone came out to take our orders and a frustrated me was ready to go. Covid: I was apprehensive about going bowling during Covid, but after reading the reviews I felt like it would be ok. I was mistaken. All of the previous reviews about safety and precautions must have stopped before our visit. Waiting in line to check in we were the only group in masks. None of the employees had one on. There were no signs about distancing or anything. The experience: My SO asked questions about a sign they had posted in regard to purchasing a bowling ball and no one could answer the question for her. I get there was a growing line as it was Friday about 6:30pm but why place signage out that your employees are unaware of? I booked online and the process was easy enough but pricey IMO. For 2 hours of unlimited bowling for 2 people it was $92.80 for the lane, $10.48 for our shoe rental, $40 for a forced "f&b credit" - $20 per person for food and beverage loaded on one card, and a $9.30 event fee which brought our total to $159.34 before even walking through the door. No one explained the process for using the F&B credit card, ordering: who our server would be should be need one or how to order online their preferred way as outlined w/ the cards or in person. The employees seemed to just be wandering around aimlessly throughout out entire time. The drinks & food: The drinks were the saving grace for us. I ordered a "mad mai tai" (times 2) and they were about $11 each and very nicely mixed. My SO order the 100 oz power tower of PBR beer and it was $32. She was very pleased. I didn't have lunch and I'll be honest I cannot remember the taste, but my loaded fries with chicken came out piping out and I enjoyed until they were cold. I believe they were about $12 or so. Parking: There is dedicated parking lot, but it gets pretty hectic relatively easily and early. Restrooms: Were clean and stocked throughout our time there. First let me thank the manager Nicole and server Serena! Nicole greeted us and introduced Serena right away. They assisted us in getting settled for my husband's surprise. Serena was efficient and kind and able to meet the needs of our party. Nicole was extremely polite and knowledgeable about the event and was ready and prepared for my guests. I hosted my husband's birthday party at the Bowlero for my family which was a party of 10. The location was easy to book and customer service was very flexible when I had two adjustments due to my party size changing. We rented two lanes ordered food and cocktails as well. The food and drinks were excellent! Mind you this is a bowling alley so we were pleasantly surprised. The location was clean and had everything we needed for our event. Easy to obtain shoes and start the bowling. The lane space was ideal for our ballon's and kids to sit and enjoy. The music was so 90's and we bowled and had table karaoke! The server Serena quickly took orders and resolved any problems we had with the lane. A belt popped on one lane but it was repaired quickly and we were given more time on our games. She helped to reset games of add names and really made this experience worth wild. Nicole frequently checked in with our party and ensured we had everything we needed. We utilized the arcade which the kids loved! They had fun games and prizes as well. I can't not say enough good things about our experience here. So great. We came at 3 on a Sunday and didn't wait at all for a lane. There were several open. Though they do have specials starting at 6 on Sundays so I wish we would have come a little later. Very nice staff! The lady behind the counter working shoes explained to us how everything worked and had a pleasant attitude. You pay per lane per person and there is a charge for shoes. Waiters come to your lane and take drinks and food orders. I saw signs for numerous specials throughout the week. First responders on Wednesday's, college students on Thursdays. And they have a $2.22 special on Tuesdays with games and food/drink specials for that price. Overall a very clean, swanky bowling spot. Went here on a whim with my teenage kids to just hangout. There was a wait but it wasn't too bad. We hung around the arcade while waiting for our lane. Time passed over the limit and I went back to check in to see where we were in line. Of course we were next and they sent us to a lane where someone was. Then they sent us to another lane that was occupied. Finally we found our own lane and was given the okay to use it. We ordered food (cheese pizza and boneless wings) that wasn't too great. I guess you can say it's the typical bowling alley food. I'd give it a 3 out of 5. The food staff was really nice. Restrooms were NASTY!!! Hadn't been bowling in quite sometime sooo my husband and I figured we'd go have fun bowling. They had a special for unlimited bowling for about $12 (not including shoes) so we thought that was cool. It's been months since we've been here and this was probably one of the most mediocre visits. We arrived and I could see there was some changes in the decor as the space had been recently remodeled. It was fairly quiet for a Friday night and we were able to get our shoes and lane pretty quickly. The issue came when no one came to take our order. We were able to get to our lane, find our bowling balls, and get started with our game butttt for it to be so slow in there, there was no waiter who came along for about 10 minutes. I mean yeah I came to bowl, but I also came to have a small bite to eat and grab a few drinks. I finally caught the attention of the guy who was serving people in the lane next to use and he mentioned that since our waiter was too busy talking, he'd be more than happy to help us. We ordered some mozzarella sticks (decent but I've had better - yeah it's a bowling alley so you can't expect much right??) and some drinks. On September 3 my friends and I went out to play a few games of bowling here. To begin with, the pins were off and we had to ask multiple times for them to be reset. We couldn't seem to get a server so we ordered drinks at the bar and food through the QR code. The food came out very late and cold and there were barely any fries with pieces of chicken that looked like someone tore it. We had a hard time getting the server to come back and when she did one of my friends asked for salt and she never returned back with it. My friend went to find the server and she was at the bar talking so my friend asked again for the salt to see if she could possibly just grab it from nearby and the sever mocked my friend in her face to the bartender right after she asked for the salt. But the food is why you are reading so let's get to it. Headed over to the bar area to see what food was available. They offer some pretty good drinks (missed the photo opp) but the drink with the sweet tea was pretty good. When they say appetizers they really mean it. Since I was not hungry I ordered the steak fajita tacos & cheese dippers. The fajita tacos were bomb (after adding hot sauce of course) & if you are debating between mozzarella sticks or cheese dippers definitely go for the dippers. Terrible business practices. I set up a reservation with Bowlero two days before hanging out with my coworkers, and had called and asked to ensure that I would receive a refund in case anyone didn't show up. I was assured that I would be able to receive a refund, and that I would even receive a refund if I downgraded from 2 lanes to 1 lane. I get there and state that I am able to receive a refund, but they specified that it was through gift card. This upset me because I would be forced to spend money that I thought I would be getting back. The gift card refund was over $100! Don't ever allow a business to charge your credit card, as they'll never give you back money for a refund. I won't be returning to another bowlero again, as I have better places to spend my money. read more

My girlfriend and I needed to kill time before a late flight. Bowlero Marietta wasn't too far from our Airbnb. It was a Tuesday afternoon around 2pm when we arrived. The bowling alley is in the middle of nothing but I had no issue getting an Uber. We were greeted and taken care of immediately. We anticipated playing just 1 game and leaving but that didn't happen. We were asked to put a card on file and we'd be charged when we're ready to leave. The bowling alley had about 3 others so it was really calming, I've never bowled in such an atmosphere. The shoes we were given was a tad worn out. My girlfriend and I played one game and decided to order some food. I had The Monster, it was pretty average burger but the special sauce on it is what made eat every bite of it. The fries were seasoned well and crisped to perfection. My girlfriend had the Cheese Quesadilla and Mozzarella sticks. ( yes she had a Cheese party lol ) We both agreed this was some of the best bowling alley food we'd ever had. At the end, our billed totaled to a little over $50. [ 2 games/pp + shoe rental for 2 + our food ]. Now that's a deal in my book. Things couldn't have possibly gone better than it did. The same woman who greeted us assisted us the whole time we were there. It was a great end to our vacation from NYC to ATL. Next time we're in town, we will definitely stop by. read more

I'm not the type of person to leave bad reviews, because I understand the challenges that can happen. We frequent this location regularly and make it a point to only bowl here. We love the food, atmosphere, and usually, good service. We just visited on 2/19/23 and I cannot explain to you how disappointed I am in the entire experience. My daughter has her own bowling gear: balls/shoes etc. It was me, my husband and my daughter. We walked in and asked for a lane for 3, veteran's discount, and 2 pairs of shoes. I was charged for 3 pairs. I did not even notice until I looked at my receipt this morning. There were no servers currently working. No one mentioned that upon arrival. I understand staffing problems. All they had to do was let me know when I paid for the lane. Instead, we hit the service button with no response. I fought with the app for what seemed like 30 min. just to be able to order. Everything I chose said "out of stock." At this point, we had to purchase more games, because we still had no food. Once our pizza arrived, we saw a hair baked into the cheese. We then had to ask for another pizza. Luckily, we received this one faster and it was piping hot. We had to order bottles of water, because there was no option for a cup. The bottles were warm. My husband had to go to the bar and ask for cups of ice. We ordered the same drink 3 times and they came in a different cup and were different tasting each time. We ordered dessert, so we had to purchase more games. This time my husband went to the counter and asked for 2 more games per person so 6 total. He came back and the screen only reflected 3 games. He was charged for 6. He then had to go back to the counter and ask for them to fix it. Like I said, I don't mind paying the prices to bowl here. We specifically choose Bowlero for the experience, but you can't rip people off because you are short on staff. I was overcharged twice. Tl;Dr: Bowling is fun, prices are fine...but communication is rough. So, I do want to say, the fun I had was a 10/10. But this review is about the overall structure, not based on my fun. I am between 3.5-4 stars. They had a great deal going on, which was unlimited bowling on Friday after 9 pm. We got there a little after 9 pm, and we had to get on the waitlist. Which is fine for us. But after over 45 minutes we went to check on our spot and we were not on the waitlist. Wait, what? So, they worked us into a lane. As we waited 45 minutes, we were just staring at all of the open lanes available. Once we were at our lane, everything was fine. The chairs were really nice. The lane didn't feel congested. I liked the TV how the display our score (they don't show all 10 rounds). If you play more than 1 round, they add up your total score - which is great for bragging rights. The music they played was pretty recent. I liked how they didn't play rap the whole time. (sorry to those who enjoy that genre). Overall, I would come back. I'm just hoping that communication will be better. The start was pretty rough. Ps. I bowled my first 100+ game. I am always around 60. lol read more

They are cheaters. I and my friend visited Saturday night and on the counter one lady said while checking us in, that per game its $6 and shoes per person $5. Understood. While checking out they charged us per game and per person $6. So we ended up paying $12 per game. We played 4 games so we ended up paying more than $75. This used to be Brunswick Zone, but they re-branded and renovated. I don't know if they're under the Brunswick Zone franchise. But I like the name, "Bowlero." It reminded me of Ravel's Bolero. Of course, that's not the type of music I image for a Bowling Alley. I give them props for the clever name. I came in on a Sunday night. Since it was Sunday, it wasn't busy. So we were able to get two lanes no problem. Also, they didn't play any Bolero. They played your typical top 40 stuff. They only allow max 8 people per lane. So if you come with a large group make sure to know that. They have a few weekday specials you can take advantage of. If you love to bowl, you can come in at Monday, Thursday, and Friday and do the unlimited bowling for $11-12/person. Is that a good deal? I have no idea. On Tuesdays, they have a $2/game deal (after 8 PM). I think that's a better deal, since I'm not sure if I can bowl 5 or more games. I'm not that hardcore. Throughout the week, it seems like they have some sort of specials going on after 8 PM. I haven't tried their food. I did notice their Behemoth Burger for $54.99. It's a 5lb burger. I'm not crazy enough to try a 5lb, bowling alley burger, especially if it costs $55. Maybe it can be used as a bowling bowl. But hey, if you want to risk a heart attack or at least a heart burn, you can try that beast. Their lanes are your typical bowling lanes. Their software looks new though. They keep a tally of your old scores. But they do that by adding them up, instead of keeping them separate. I would've loved to see an itemized list of your past scores for that day. Oh well.
