We came for Mother's Day 2026 because my mom loves the atmosphere. We had 6 people in our party and our server was great and stayed on top of our needs. This was my first time at a Top Golf and I enjoyed all the games. They make them so you don't have to be a pro golfer to make it fun, in fact my sister has never swung a golf club but was able to win a game. Really the only complaint I have is that the bartender on the 2nd tier was not real professional. Me and a couple other patrons were at the bar for what seemed like 10mins before we saw her. Maybe she was just busy with stuff but even a server that was in the bar area just sat there in the booth looking at us. I would have expected in my place of business for that server to greet people and Atleast let them know the bartender is on an errand or freakin something other than look up and go back to her phone. The couches were better than just the chairs but we found with so many people it was musical chairs. We had several apps and entrees and all of the food came out fast as lightning! Can't lie, I had a great time here with my folks for a casual Sunday get-together. Be mindful that this review is for a small party of 3. We reserved a bay beforehand (highly recommended). You will be required to purchase a "lifetime" membership to play, which you presumably won't have to pay again whenever you return. There was security and a police officer on site, as well as security driving around the parking lot. This was comforting but also made me question what regularly happens at Topgolf for the security to be so beefed up LOL. Topgolf attracts all different types of people and they try to accommodate everyone. You don't need to be a pro to have fun. Clubs are labeled for novices. You can bring your kids or have a more adult-centric vibe at the bar and lounges they offer. It really is a catch-all place and has a great social buzz. My espresso martini (vodka) was sufficiently yummy and strong. Steer clear of the tequila version... it was not good. Food/snacks are average and purely meant to stave off hunger. We had a buffalo chicken dip that certainly didn't taste like it was crafted in-house. I would not eat here and expect any form of serious gourmet meal. Think Applebees. Service was decent. Not particularly attentive, but definitely friendly. I honestly wasn't expecting table service at all as this was my first Topgolf rodeo, so perhaps I have no clue what the precedent is. The place could use a deep clean and maybe a few updates to match their prices. The tech at the bay seemed really worn out and ready to retire lol. The lack of A/C in the lounge space downstairs was diabolical in this Georgia summer heat. I can't speak to bathrooms and didn't do that much exploring outside of the main golfing area. The vibe was great though. I'd come back because the different games/challenges for the golfing portion were really entertaining for us, but my expectations are pretty middle-of-the-road for this hangout. Really enjoyed our clinic outing afterwork at top golf. I booked a reservation one day before our session and had no issues. All reservations are handled online and take maybe 5 minutes to book. Very simple process which I appreciated. We came at 4 on a Friday and there was ample room to commune and play multiple rounds. There's music playing which only added to the fun we were already having. If you're in a group setting I highly recommend the funday faves platter, the little chicken sandwiches are so good and the fried Mac and cheese balls! My time was ok but that's the best I can say it was. Just ok. They have a bar inside separated from the actual top golf gaming section outside. So my friend and I decided to eat first then play a game. This was my first time doing any type of top golf activities. In the bar, you seat yourself and order with a QR code. Maybe it's my age range but I absolutely hate not being able to read a real menu in my hands and talk to a server. There were people at the bar no one that actually greets you or answers questions. We got a few drinks and the buffalo chicken flatbread, tots, and an order of wings. The flatbread was pretty good. Tots were crispy. The wings were fried a little hard for my preference but the flavor was there. When we finished, we went out for our top golf game. The attendant was very nice and explained how to play and the best way to do it since my friend and I had never played before. We both did horribly lol but it was a fun time. What the actual heck is this place? Spent lots of money for nothing. Walked away paying over $100 bucks for the worst top golf experience. I've been going to top golf since 2021 in all different places across the country. This location? Was embarrassing. Attached are photos of the seating situation in our bay, as well as the gold club situation. I was very excited to show my roommate the fun of top golf, only to be met with this horrific experience. The cushions are all falling apart. It's SO dirty and disgusting. There's not even real golf club racks. THEN we got my favorite which is the buffalo chicken dip. Cold. It was cold, and it was 90% breadcrumbs and 10% buffalo chicken dip. My boyfriend who was with us, was a top golf employee for 2 years. And he was appalled at what we were met with. Corporate. Not a horrible experience by any means but we've definitely been to more enjoyable Topgolfs. We had a reservation and were able to walk straight to our bay. Our clubs were put away wrong by the prior players and once we reorganized them, we realized that we did not have a men's driver. We asked our server for a driver and were brought a women's 3 wood, and then a left handed men's driver. We asked the front desk for the correct club and they informed us that they didn't have any extra clubs. We didn't feel like spending our time searching the empty bays for the club so we just went without it. We got our food and drinks fast. The food was good and consistent with our visits to other locations. Things were fine until we had about 12 minutes left when the system powering all the bays went down for about 8 minutes. We were offered an additional 15 minutes of play time but our server needed the manager to approve the extra time and the manager was no where to be found so we just went on our way. It really wasn't a bad experience, just a bit less than what we are used to. Would probably visit the location on the north side of the city instead next time read more

We've been to Topgolf Atlanta plenty of times, and it's always a good experience. The food is solid...we've had the burgers, wings, fries, tacos, and even the tater tots. I usually grab a glass of wine while my husband has a beer, and it pairs perfectly with hanging out and hitting balls. We usually go on Tuesday afternoons and always make a reservation. It's half price, there's rarely ever a wait, and it feels a lot more laid back. One time we went on a Saturday without a reservation, and we ended up waiting almost an hour for a bay. It was still fun once we got in, but now we know weekends are a whole different vibe. The staff has always been really nice and attentive. We never have to wait long for food or drinks, and they check in just enough to make sure we're good without hovering. Overall, Topgolf is one of our favorite spots to kick back, eat, and have fun together. Whether it's just us or we bring friends, we always end up having a great time. read more

I hope a manager is reading these reviews because many of them have useful tips for improvement. take what's good on the menu (pretzel bites, mac n cheese apps and hot honey flatbread) and blow up the rest. grilled chicken sandwich was lifeless and dull -- and could be soo much better. in the case of this TopGolf location, "fast casual" actually means "slow and frustrating." last point: napkins. we were served--for the third time in a row--with no napkins or flatware at all. you guys have to figure out how fans of this place can sanitize and clean hands more easily, and not force us to hit the bathroom each time. my son was filling his donut and it exploded all over me, with no way to clean it. I had to get toilet paper from the bathroom. overall, again, I love the concept. it just needs a ton of work and I'm not convinced management is up to it. read more

The activity itself is really fun. We were in one of the lower bays and it definitely gives a different vantage point from the upper floors. We got there 20min early but still wasn't able to 'check-in' until our actual tee time. It was nice that they had a bar and pool table area to hang out in until our reservation time. The service was slow but not that noticeable considering we were playing. The only issue is that our bay didn't have all the clubs. We asked for an additional chair, and Jordai, a manager told us no. So one person has to stand while eating since there are only 5 chairs. Looking at all the open bays surrounding us, this is not a solution. In the middle of our visit for my son's 16th birthday, she said I can split you up in to two groups. What an unpleasant experience with rude management. He delivery was harsh and literally took a chair and walked away. Also - ordered 3 burgers with no cheese, all came with cheese. We went for Spring Break. When we arrived we were seated in a bay immediately. Which was nice. There was a $6 registration per person - we only have to pay for 2 since 2 of us had been before. They have golf club options for left and right hand. Everything has to be ordered on the Topgolf app except for payments. Those are in person. 90 Mins of play. 4 people (only 2 registration fees) + Chips and Salsa + water (we ate before we came) was $69. It was worth it and fun. read more

Also, I was unaware that the bays would be outside. While they had heaters and heated seats, make sure to dress for the weather because it still does get cold. It can get a bit busy, so male are sure to make reservations. It is very much a family vibe with ppl of all ages enjoying themselves. I have been to this TopGolf numerous times. This time around, I came with a bunch of my guy friends, who I had asked to be my groomsmen. We had two bays for the 7 of us, as I think it can only be 4 per bay. We played for about 2 hours and got some food. Food has always been pretty good at TopGolf. The only downside of TopGolf, is the price. Play time is expensive and the food is also pretty expensive. The service was pretty slow too. We came on a Sunday afternoon, around 12pm. It wasn't even that busy. So I am not too sure what was going on. But overall, we all enjoyed ourselves. I would still come back in the future. read more

Had a reservation here yesterday at 9:45pm. The bay was supposed to be 334, very last spot at the end. The heat didn't work nor was the light on. Ended up speaking with a manager who told us we could get another bay. We went back downstairs, had a conversation with a nice young lady who was standing next to a manager. The manager seemed to make a stank face when I informed them that another manager told us we could get another bay. They told us they had one for us but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. After waiting for some time, we decided to leave because we had already waited 20 to 25 minutes after our time to golf.
