We went for Spring Break. When we arrived we were seated in a bay immediately. Which was nice. There was a $6 registration per person - we only have to pay for 2 since 2 of us had been before. They have golf club options for left and right hand. Everything has to be ordered on the Topgolf app except for payments. Those are in person. 90 Mins of play. 4 people (only 2 registration fees) + Chips and Salsa + water (we ate before we came) was $69. It was worth it and fun. read more

my son loves this place, so we keep going back--and, like any good Yelper, I keep updating my review (the 4th or 5th update, I've lost track now). the issues I've had in the past are a common theme now: food arrives late, is cold, and gets to us with scant minutes left on our play time. this time at least, our server Denzel (who was great) cleared us to sit and eat past the end of our allotted time. but it was cold comfort, literally, as the food was stone cold and (as I've mentioned before) just... not good. I hope a manager is reading these reviews because many of them have useful tips for improvement. take what's good on the menu (pretzel bites, mac n cheese apps and hot honey flatbread) and blow up the rest. grilled chicken sandwich was lifeless and dull -- and could be soo much better. in the case of this TopGolf location, "fast casual" actually means "slow and frustrating." last point: napkins. we were served--for the third time in a row--with no napkins or flatware at all. you guys have to figure out how fans of this place can sanitize and clean hands more easily, and not force us to hit the bathroom each time. my son was filling his donut and it exploded all over me, with no way to clean it. I had to get toilet paper from the bathroom. overall, again, I love the concept. it just needs a ton of work and I'm not convinced management is up to it. read more

Really enjoyed our clinic outing afterwork at top golf. I booked a reservation one day before our session and had no issues. All reservations are handled online and take maybe 5 minutes to book. Very simple process which I appreciated. We came at 4 on a Friday and there was ample room to commune and play multiple rounds. There's music playing which only added to the fun we were already having. If you're in a group setting I highly recommend the funday faves platter, the little chicken sandwiches are so good and the fried Mac and cheese balls! Not a horrible experience by any means but we've definitely been to more enjoyable Topgolfs. We had a reservation and were able to walk straight to our bay. Our clubs were put away wrong by the prior players and once we reorganized them, we realized that we did not have a men's driver. We asked our server for a driver and were brought a women's 3 wood, and then a left handed men's driver. We asked the front desk for the correct club and they informed us that they didn't have any extra clubs. We didn't feel like spending our time searching the empty bays for the club so we just went without it. We got our food and drinks fast. The food was good and consistent with our visits to other locations. Things were fine until we had about 12 minutes left when the system powering all the bays went down for about 8 minutes. We were offered an additional 15 minutes of play time but our server needed the manager to approve the extra time and the manager was no where to be found so we just went on our way. It really wasn't a bad experience, just a bit less than what we are used to. Would probably visit the location on the north side of the city instead next time read more

BEWARE JUNK FEES. I reserved a bay for my wife and kids. We were all looking forward to it. Got there and realized they charge a junk fee for each person. $6 for a "lifetime membership." I'm sure it's buried in the fine print somewhere but I considered it a bit of a "gotcha" and asked for a refund. We've been to Topgolf Atlanta plenty of times, and it's always a good experience. The food is solid...we've had the burgers, wings, fries, tacos, and even the tater tots. I usually grab a glass of wine while my husband has a beer, and it pairs perfectly with hanging out and hitting balls. We usually go on Tuesday afternoons and always make a reservation. It's half price, there's rarely ever a wait, and it feels a lot more laid back. One time we went on a Saturday without a reservation, and we ended up waiting almost an hour for a bay. It was still fun once we got in, but now we know weekends are a whole different vibe. The staff has always been really nice and attentive. We never have to wait long for food or drinks, and they check in just enough to make sure we're good without hovering. Overall, Topgolf is one of our favorite spots to kick back, eat, and have fun together. Whether it's just us or we bring friends, we always end up having a great time. read more

The activity itself is really fun. We were in one of the lower bays and it definitely gives a different vantage point from the upper floors. We got there 20min early but still wasn't able to 'check-in' until our actual tee time. It was nice that they had a bar and pool table area to hang out in until our reservation time. Our food didn't come til we were about halfway done golfing. We ordered lots of food to share. Wing trio was my favorite but everything was good. Had a reservation here yesterday at 9:45pm. The bay was supposed to be 334, very last spot at the end. The heat didn't work nor was the light on. Ended up speaking with a manager who told us we could get another bay. We went back downstairs, had a conversation with a nice young lady who was standing next to a manager. The manager seemed to make a stank face when I informed them that another manager told us we could get another bay. They told us they had one for us but we had to wait for it to be cleaned. After waiting for some time, we decided to leave because we had already waited 20 to 25 minutes after our time to golf. Akilla in particular was dismissive when I spoke with her. The customer service doesn't care about resolving anything with this company. I have been to this TopGolf numerous times. This time around, I came with a bunch of my guy friends, who I had asked to be my groomsmen. We had two bays for the 7 of us, as I think it can only be 4 per bay. We played for about 2 hours and got some food. Food has always been pretty good at TopGolf. The only downside of TopGolf, is the price. Play time is expensive and the food is also pretty expensive. The service was pretty slow too. We came on a Sunday afternoon, around 12pm. It wasn't even that busy. So I am not too sure what was going on. But overall, we all enjoyed ourselves. I would still come back in the future. read more

Great golf spot for beginners or advanced individuals. I have never been to the one in NJ, so I was really glad I got to visit this ATL location. Top Golf is spacious with ample parking available. It can get a bit busy, so male are sure to make reservations. It is very much a family vibe with ppl of all ages enjoying themselves. Mostly everything was enjoyable, especially the drinks, however the food, smh. I hated it. It was good at all. We came for brunch and stayed longer than planned because the atmosphere was so relaxing. Amazing coffee and the best pancakes ever!

We were quoted a 15-minute wait time, which extended to 45 minutes. When I asked a red-polo staff member -- seemingly a manager -- for clarification, I was told that our party had never been entered into the system and that we might need to wait an additional 15 minutes. What made the interaction unacceptable was the way it was handled. While speaking with me directly, the employee interrupted our conversation no fewer than five times to answer her earpiece -- each time asking me to "hold on." This level of disregard for a paying customer is extraordinarily unprofessional. As a business owner with more than 20 years in the service industry, I understand how challenging operations can be. However, customer respect and attentive communication are fundamentals. If a manager on my staff had conducted themselves in this manner, it would have required immediate corrective action. We ultimately left the venue around 7:45 PM. Hours later, at 9:30 PM, I received a phone call informing me that our table was ready -- a clear indicator of disorganization and mismanagement. This experience reflects not just a breakdown in waitlist procedures, but also a lack of training and accountability in customer service. A venue of Topgolf's scale should hold itself to higher standards. read more

Terrible service at the bar on 2nd floor from "Nae" (bartender with blonde-ish dyed hair in a pony, mixed or black). The bartender was extremely unfriendly from the start -- no greeting, no "hello," just rudely asking if we had a bay like we weren't even welcome to order. When we said we didn't yet and were waiting on a friend, she rolled her eyes and still had an attitude while taking our order. After golfing, we came back to the bar and it somehow got worse. She flat-out ignored us multiple times while laughing and chatting with her coworkers. There were only six people total at the bar (me and my group of 3, plus another group of 3 women), and we all stood there waiting for 10-15 minutes without service. Watching her deliberately avoid customers while we stood there was beyond frustrating. The rudeness and complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If I'm spending money at Topgolf, I expect at least basic courtesy -- not to be treated like an inconvenience. Management needs to address this because it ruined the experience. P.S. Our waiter once we got our bay was amazing (he was an Asian young man). And the bartender on the 3rd level with dimples was amazing also. Took 30 mins to take our orders, limited us to 2 drinks per person, when the people next to us got rounds of shots, ordered our food, took an hour to let us know, kitchen is closed, but the people next to us, who came prob 30 minutes later, got their food. A group of us were there to celebrate two birthdays. The service was pretty bad. I usually go to the Alpharetta location but went for something more centrally located for everyone. Topgolf isn't cheap. About 10 mins in our bay broke. Nothing would register. We asked for assistance 4-5 times. By the time someone came to help 40 mins had passed. They added 15 mins. The food was fair. Lemon pepper wings with no lemon pepper. I asked for buffalo sauce in lieu of hot sauce. I asked 3 times. Still waiting. They could not figure out the bill. It took another 30 mins to wrap up. And while they were figuring out the bill we were told to move so the next party could come in. The final manager was helpful but the damage was done. Was treated terribly just because one of the managers that wears a red striped shirt was having a bad day and then he got all the managers to gang up on my party.
