    Fried chicken and mashed potatoes
    Jenae B.

So I was there for a gathering but I would definitely return to enjoy the live music. Now let's get to the experience overall i give it a 6 out of 10. Must of that is for the vibe. The food was just ok. The collard greens and turkey egg rolls were missing something. I had it in other places with Mac and cheese and it was better in my opinion. Speaking of Mac and cheese mine was super dry. The chicken was seasoned well and the mashed potato were good. I didn't taste anything alcohol in the drink i dad but i read the description wrong so ‍ I only gave 3 stars because the service was extremely slow.

Great local spot for entertainment and food. Theres always something going on so make sure to check out the website and calendar of events. The food is also very good. They've got someone's grandma back there taking dinner and a show to another level. The servers are kind and efficient to not disturb too much your experience and the food comes out fairly quickly. I ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip, Collard Egg Rolls and the Catfish w/ Mac n cheese. Certified hits. Im keeping and eye on the schedule to come back for another event.

Receipt showing they charge for smoke......

We attended an show with jazz flute player named Regan Whiteside. She did her thing and was great. But the atmosphere and service was seriously lacking. Service's were so slow, and the waither fast talks you. If you have questions, he dissappears quick. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and 5 minutes for food. I was like how does that happen?..... (pre-made food from Sams club or Costco) First the menu was limited. I dont like to eat full l heavy meals when Im at an event. The appitizers were awful and pre frozen. Nothing tasted fresh. We had the collard green egg rolls and fried green beans.....both MEH.....sauce was of course poured from a jug. Very unappitizing. Now to the drinks.....I ordered some kind of Blue Note Margarita. It was blue and sweet as kool-aid. No alcohol. I sent that back. Gross. Then we both ordered the smoked Manhatten. It was delish. What we thought was a $14 drink turned into $27 drink. Reason? They charge for premium liquor that I didn't ask for $8, they charge $5 to smoke it. So came out to $27. They nickel and dime you, plus of course auto gratuity. Asked for a printed receipt and finally got it....thats when it showed they charged for smoke.....who charges for smoke? The inside was the gutted out old Fuddrukers. It just looked like a plain hall with a stage. Not upscale to me at all. I was actually board. Can't walk around, can't dance, felt like I was at a kids recital. I'll pass and got to Monticello's.

Unique venue in Marietta - not terribly far from Truist Park. Perfect Note offers shows with musicians on a stage...as well as a separate space meant for dining (though you can hear the music in that dining space). To me, the music inside the main room felt loud, but in the dining room, it was totally fine. Service is friendly and receptive. We attended for brunch, with some solid options, including salmon hash, veggie omelette, sautéed spinach, sweet potato bread pudding, and chocolate waffle brownie. It was all quite satisfying, and I'd be happy to return

AMAZING experience! It was so refreshing to have great live music, delicious food and friendly customer service! I cannot wait to go back. Please add this to your list of places if you're looking for a grown and sexy vibe in Atlanta.

    Cornbread waffles

Dinner and a show for 2 We approached the venue and noticed they have a nice sized parking lot. I found a spot right up front in a perfect location. We entered through the first set of doors, which brought us into a small foyer, and the second set led us into the main lobby area. We joined a short, fast-moving line to check in. I gave my name at the podium, and we were seated right away. I hinted to the hostess that we were hoping for a great seat and she commented we'd be seated in the first level of general admission. She also mentioned that VIP seats gets you even closer. Even though, I had issues trying to book the VIP online. Someone later explained to me that the VIP was probably sold out at the time. But it would have been nice if it stated that when I was clicking on the website. Anyway, the person who seated us introduced herself, and it turned out to be the owner, Karen. She then pointed out her co-owner husband TK, who was running around wrapping up things before showtime. We settled in, and I scanned the setup. The main dining room / audience seating was designed nicely and spotless everywhere. Our server, Terry, came over to check on us. I was chatting with her and she told me the place has been open for about two and a half years and she's been there since day one. She was very nice and personable. We reviewed the menu and noticed the beer selection was very short. They only had four beers to choose from. In my opinion, they definitely need to expand their offerings, but that might just be the beer snob in me. When Terry came back, we were ready to order our beers. Wifey ordered a Stella, and I ordered a Corona. Terry asked if we wanted an appetizer, and we quickly decided on the cornbread waffles. The beers and the appetizer came out quickly. The waffles weren't exactly what we expected; we were thinking more traditional cornbread than waffle. Once we started cutting into them, I felt they could've used more toasting because the texture was a little gummy when I was chewing. I prefer them to be more crunchy. Next we placed our entrée orders. Wifey chose the shrimp and grits, and I ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes, substituting the green beans for collard greens. While we waited, I took another look around. It's an intimate venue, and there really isn't a bad seat in the place. Everything looked very clean, and the smooth jazz in the background added to the setting. The entrées came out pretty fast. My chicken was a little dry but seasoned well. The collard greens and mashed potatoes were delicious, and overall I enjoyed the plate. Wifey enjoyed her shrimp and grits; creamy grits, fresh shrimp, and a generous portion. As we got closer to showtime, co-owner TK took the mic and started hyping up the crowd, asking about anniversaries and birthdays. He even had two ladies do a birthday dance off for a prize. He was very natural and hilarious and really got the night going. He then introduced the performer of the evening, Mr. Tony Terry. He sang for close to two hours, performing his hits along with some classic R&B covers. Our server stayed busy but made sure we were taken care of. She always seemed to show up right when we were ready for another round. As the show wound down and we headed out, a few people were taking pictures by the Instagram wall. Before I knew it, my wife was hugging Karen like they were long lost friends. Karen encouraged us to come back and visit again. The whole environment really felt like a family gathering. We'll definitely check the schedule to catch another show and try to snag those VIP seats.

This venue is a MUST for the grown and sexy. The venue is put together very nice. There's a bar and dining area that's separate from the live music section. You might still hear the music but you won't be able to send the artist our group. Our server for the evening was Shae and she was very informative and kept checking on us. There's nothing on the menu that we found that wasn't delicious. The drinks was on point. Just come prepared to pay for quality (gratuity is automatically added to your bill). Parking is free and plentiful. This spot is a definite return for us! Don't delay visiting if you've never been. Check their website or Instagram page for show information and pricing.

We came here for brunch on a Sunday. Unfortunately we arrived too late to catch the jazz, but we decided to have brunch anyway. I ordered the salmon hash and my husband got the veggie omelette. The Salmon was unique and fantastic. I haven't seen it anywhere else. It was very filling - huge piece of salmon, eggs, potatoes. Also got a delicious sautéed spinach. And my husband's omelette was also a good portion. We also ordered the chocolate waffle for dessert. Overall- I would totally go back but earlier to catch live music and I'll come hungry! Service was great and atmosphere was pretty quiet given the time of day.

Cat fish Smoked Turkey Collards and Mac and Cheese

My guy friend and I had a delicious dinner here with friends and family celebrating a couple's retirement. I loved the cat fish meal. I couldn't eat both the fillets. It was quite filling. He had the shrimp and grits and said it was pretty good as well. The service was prompt. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. The food was hot and it came out fast. It is a restaurant and entertainment spot. We were entertained by R&B singer Tony Terry. I will definitely check it out again whenever I'm in Atlanta.

    High Note

2 1/2 stars The drinks are awesome but pricey. The salmon bites and crispy beans are really good. The eggrolls are good...when done right. The first round was really good as there was a nice blend of the smoked turkey and collards but the second batch we had and my friend had was mostly collards. The thing about this place, the dining area had one woman servicing us all so when you order go ahead and ask for everything you need. And please... for the love of God don't have any issues. Cause the manager is going to be condescending and rude when you ask them to send something back. It's like your being taken into an interrogation room just to try to rectify the situation. Though I love live music, I'm not sure I'll be back because of the manager.

The ambiance and venue was soothing and spacious. There was enough room to comfortably walk and not intrude on the other guest within your vicinity. The greeter was friendly and helpful. She assisted guest with picture taking and other accommodations. The entire staff were attentive and provide feedback for questions concerning the food and drink menus. The food was appealing. However the reason I gave them a four star compared to five star was the chicken was extremely tough. My dog probably could not chew it. The mashed potatoes were the best thing on the plate. The server did reconciled the issue, and brought me another entrée which the chicken was tender. The entire night was a remarkable first time experience. The showcased artist and band did an outstanding performance.

My sweetie surprised me for date night with an evening at Perfect Note. This location is what used to be Fuddrucker's for years. Now folks of a certain age have a place to go for live music, great food, drinks and spectacular service. The venue has a bar and several tables outside of the entertainment/stage area. I believe you can pay to just enter, drink & eat without the show or buy tickets to the show. There's a drink & food order minimum. They announced a comedy set coming up & the screen by the hostess desk was teasing upcoming events. Check their IG for their full schedule. We ordered two cocktails, an appetizer and dinner. The service was fast, our server was pleasant and the food was amazing. Next time we'll save room for dessert. The bread pudding looked good. The format is fun - lots of crowd engagement, recognizing anniversaries, birthdays and such. Sing along and dancing is encouraged! Check it out when you want something different to do.

Sunday brunch , featuring a local artist over $200.

I love going here to listen to live music. The ambience and the venue is very nice and upscale. I just have one issue in pricing. For a basic meal of catfish and lamb in the few drinks check was over $200. And the entertainment was a local artist. They added to 20% tip, which amounted to almost $40 added to the check. I really think that's a bit much.. The food was good.

That level of service goes a long way and made a great impression. We went on karaoke night, and the atmosphere was electric. Everyone seemed to be having a good time, and it struck the perfect balance between energetic and comfortable. We didn't stay long, partly because we were taking advantage of the free parking in the Purple Parking Deck right next to the venue, but the time we did spend there was genuinely enjoyable. They have a button at your table to page your server when you need them for game changes or food/drink requests, however I couldn't tell if mine was broken with how long it took for our server to come by the table. I'm leaving this because what I saw doesn't line up with that review at all. The group that was eventually asked to leave came in clearly intoxicated and immediately made another table uncomfortable. When they were told the table wasn't interested in being social, the intoxicated group sat down at a table directly across from them and continued making loud, inappropriate comments. The other table appeared visibly distressed and were clearly trying to keep to themselves. Staff initially tried to calm things down and keep everyone there. When the behavior continued and escalated, they made the right call and asked the disruptive group to leave. You could feel the room relax once they were gone. Unfortunately, situations like this happen sometimes when alcohol is involved. From where I was sitting, the staff handled a tense situation professionally and fairly. I've been going to Eleanor's for over a decade and have always found the staff to be kind, attentive, and respectful. This review doesn't reflect what I personally witnessed that night.

The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.

It would've made any "master chef" proud. The salsas deserve their own mention. I honestly can't say enough about them. The little reddish salsa was my favorite, but the warm salsa was also excellent--full of flavor and a nice twist compared to the usual cold options.
