We came for brunch and stayed longer than planned because the atmosphere was so relaxing. Amazing coffee and the best pancakes ever!

We were quoted a 15-minute wait time, which extended to 45 minutes. When I asked a red-polo staff member -- seemingly a manager -- for clarification, I was told that our party had never been entered into the system and that we might need to wait an additional 15 minutes. What made the interaction unacceptable was the way it was handled. While speaking with me directly, the employee interrupted our conversation no fewer than five times to answer her earpiece -- each time asking me to "hold on." This level of disregard for a paying customer is extraordinarily unprofessional. As a business owner with more than 20 years in the service industry, I understand how challenging operations can be. However, customer respect and attentive communication are fundamentals. If a manager on my staff had conducted themselves in this manner, it would have required immediate corrective action. We ultimately left the venue around 7:45 PM. Hours later, at 9:30 PM, I received a phone call informing me that our table was ready -- a clear indicator of disorganization and mismanagement. This experience reflects not just a breakdown in waitlist procedures, but also a lack of training and accountability in customer service. A venue of Topgolf's scale should hold itself to higher standards. read more

Terrible service at the bar on 2nd floor from "Nae" (bartender with blonde-ish dyed hair in a pony, mixed or black). The bartender was extremely unfriendly from the start -- no greeting, no "hello," just rudely asking if we had a bay like we weren't even welcome to order. When we said we didn't yet and were waiting on a friend, she rolled her eyes and still had an attitude while taking our order. After golfing, we came back to the bar and it somehow got worse. She flat-out ignored us multiple times while laughing and chatting with her coworkers. There were only six people total at the bar (me and my group of 3, plus another group of 3 women), and we all stood there waiting for 10-15 minutes without service. Watching her deliberately avoid customers while we stood there was beyond frustrating. The rudeness and complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If I'm spending money at Topgolf, I expect at least basic courtesy -- not to be treated like an inconvenience. Management needs to address this because it ruined the experience. P.S. Our waiter once we got our bay was amazing (he was an Asian young man). And the bartender on the 3rd level with dimples was amazing also. But the initial contact with the first lady rubbed me so wrong that 1 star is needed. read more

Ready for fun? Like, "after-office-business-type" fun...? or like- "husband turning 50 and give him a party here", FUN? I did the latter and we (he) had a blast! We held down 5bays- which was more than enough for 35 people. Thank God they gave us an "end" corner as we were loud! The servers were attentive (especially at the end - since we were slow leaving) The food, a Mexican styled buffet came out on time and HOT. This is a great social atmosphere and first date to take the edge off. But ladies, leave the stilettos home! read more

Great company outing, date night or friend night. It's huge but on the weekends expect it to get packed. We didn't have to wait on a Saturday night. It's pretty pricey from what I can remember about $60 for an hour, which can add up pretty quick on a date. We ordered nachos for a snack, which I enjoyed. My friend didn't like his margarita. He didn't like the mix. I was surprised it wasn't more fresh. read more

Hate to write bad reviews, but my family and I went to visit Georgia this weekend, and I recommended to them we should go to top golf. When I say bad service, it was bad, our waiter was Jaydn S. Took 30 mins to take our orders, limited us to 2 drinks per person, when the people next to us got rounds of shots, ordered our food, took an hour to let us know, kitchen is closed, but the people next to us, who came prob 30 minutes later, got their food. I just would notice my family and I would get treated differently. A disappointment. read more

Where to begin... this place is overrated. They made our birthday party group buy 2 bays due to our ultimate size (or some of us had to sit at the bar apart from the rest of the party). Ok 8 to a bay, rules are rules. But the server was horrible and the overall staff attitude is poor. Either unknowledgeable or rude. This particular server couldn't even split the checks right. One of us had to go around and collect all the orders and help him create the right tickets and then collect the cards from everyone. It was ridiculous. I was unable to get the correct drink or the correct food item. Of course they are reluctant to fix anything. The birthday singing was nice tho. read more

A group of us were there to celebrate two birthdays. The service was pretty bad. I usually go to the Alpharetta location but went for something more centrally located for everyone. Topgolf isn't cheap. About 10 mins in our bay broke. Nothing would register. We asked for assistance 4-5 times. By the time someone came to help 40 mins had passed. They added 15 mins. The food was fair. Lemon pepper wings with no lemon pepper. I asked for buffalo sauce in lieu of hot sauce. I asked 3 times. Still waiting. They could not figure out the bill. It took another 30 mins to wrap up. And while they were figuring out the bill we were told to move so the next party could come in. The final manager was helpful but the damage was done. Never again. read more

You can find this location of Topgolf at 1600 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. This is a large standalone facility with a huge parking lot - I can't imagine it being full but you may need to walk a bit to the entrance - also there's a lot of stairs to come into the front doors - there may be additional access that's easier. I attended an industry event with little expectations arriving almost an hour early (event started at 6:00 PM and I got there right after 5;00) as the venue is on the other side of Atlanta from me. The location is on the Atlanta West Side - if you've ever been to Bone Garden you were basically across the street from it - that's what the tall netting is all about. The complex is huge with multiple levels (3 I think?) with an atrium for check-in and a large bar behind the concierge. I went up to check in and they were at a loss regarding where the event was being held - luckily I recognized someone at the bar and hung out with them while waiting on others. Once some locals showed up it proved to be two bays on the same middle level. The object of the game is to hit golf balls into targeted holes - you get points for accuracy and distance. Having never hit a golf ball in my life I was extremely bad at it - at one point one of my acquaintances tried to give me some pointers but I basically gave up after several attempts. The games available were interesting in that they combined aspects of video gaming into the real-life driving range experience - for instance you could put it into Angry Birds mode, visualize where the construct was in relation to the hole targets and aim for the distance and placement - on screen this would relate to knocking down things and you got points. The beer selection included some staples and then some local favorites like Creature Comforts Tropicalia and Scofflaw Brewing's POG. We also ordered pitchers of Yuengling shared by everyone. We also ordered several rounds of appetizers including a trio of boneless chicken wings, a chicken dip with nacho chips and the chicken nachos. Later we got some flat breads and one person ordered a veggie burger. I think in all the food was on par with other bar food you find in countless establishments in Atlanta and other metros. The service was decent as far as the server goes but the kitchen was extremely slow to deliver - 30 minutes or more from the time we ordered, seems the "kitchen is very busy" - we did end up extending the 3 hours we initially had - I left around 9:00 PM and people were still hitting balls and drinking beers. read more

Terrible customer service from the managers. Worst experience ive had at any place ive been to. Was treated terribly just because one of the managers that wears a red striped shirt was having a bad day and then he got all the managers to gang up on my party. We were about to spend over 400$ in there on food drinks and golf (as we always do at the Buford location which is AMAZING) these people hate thier job and dont care about the business they work for. We were celebrating a friends birthday and before we even got started they were disrespecting me just because i pulled a chair up behind the bay which the server said we could do. read more

I brought my girls to Top Golf as a fun birthday week activity for my almost 8yo. I have been wanting to bring them here for a while but the prices are high for a kid activity. I noticed they have half price Tuesdays so I knew I had to take advantage of the discount. We arrived around 1:00 and were promptly assigned a bay without a wait. The gentleman who helped us offered to send over additional clubs for my younger girls. Our server was Natalia and she was great. She helped us get logged in, new players are charged a one time $5 fee to create an account. I decided we'd play for 90mins ($29.25). Natalia offered us waters and kept us refilled, as temperatures were super hot. We played the basic game first then switched to Angry Birds second. Just a note, Angry Birds is not for kids. It took a bit to figure out, but only good drives counted. My little girls weren't hitting the ball well enough or far enough for them to get points, sometimes it wasn't enough to even register they took a turn. They got very frustrated with this so we switched back to the basic game. They were already talking about going back when we left! Can't wait to go back again this summer. read more

Pretty solid overall. If you are looking to get some serious practice in, I would recommend going to a traditional driving range instead--$40 for an hour feels a bit steep. The system also had some issues with scorekeeping. A few of my shots went in, but the software did not register them correctly. The food is okay, and the atmosphere is fun, but there are definitely some imperfections. read more

Made reservations at this location, called during the day to push the time back slightly and it was confirmed, however when we got there they couldn't find the reservations. The front staff kind of brushed us off when showing them the email of the confirmation, the manager finally is called and asked to see the confirmation but advises she can't find it in the system. We did not stay after this incident. We did not order food or drinks at this location. The ambiance was typical of a top golf but for a Saturday they were not packed as usual for Atlanta. read more

It's hard to ever give TopGolf less than 5 stars. I try to go to one every state I travel to and usually have a good time. This location in Atlanta In typical TopGolf fashion, did not disappoint. It was not as busy as I'm use to in NJ which was nice. It was pretty laid back. Didn't have any food but the drinks were pretty good. Not much alcohol but that's my complaint at every TopGolf lol. We were setup within 15 mins and had a really cool group of people right next to us which made the experience even better. Always will recommend TopGolf! read more

The actual service and staff are great. However, I had an uncomfortable experience with security on May 6th that makes me doubt I'll ever return. While sitting in my car in the parking lot directly after a game, a security vehicle very slowly pulled up behind my car and the person inside (a gentleman over the age of 55 and wearing glasses) pointed his brown cell phone at the back of my car. In that moment, his camera was clearly being used on his cell phone. When I asked why he was pointing his phone at my car, I was barely given an answer. I felt singled out and the entire experience felt degrading. Furthermore, I could clearly see that he was using his cell phone to get an image of my car. I already understand why there's a lot of security at this location but, according to him, I didn't deserve the respect of getting an explanation because the explanation he gave was insufficient. It was all quite embarrassing and dejecting. Security has a job to do, that's understandable. But if you're going to target 'certain people', at least have the decency to be discreet about it. His holding his cell phone directly up to my car, WITH me clearly sitting in the car was quite distasteful. read more

Top Golf is always fun! You don't have to know how to golf to have fun. They have comfortable seats, good food & drinks. There's a bar to sit and wait when it's crowded and you're able to make reservations ahead of time. Sometimes the bay attendants aren't the most customer service friendly. Parking is plenty and it's free. read more

My first experience at a Topgolf. It was interesting & enjoyable. A party of three around 1P & without a reservation gave us a 45-minute wait...ended up being 20 minutes. We got escorted to our Bay located on the top level (they are not separated with protective shields) & had a few different user-friendly Servers taking care/checking in on us. No complaints there - great customer service. The menu is extensive & the kitchen is more than engaging with modifications. The libations offering is extensive from beer, wine & spirits. Fore! You place a ball through the scanner & your name will show up on the screen. Then choose a game from the menu - we went with Topgolf as other levels are TopBreak or TopShot. Choose your clubs & start hitting the micro-chipped golf balls to earn points...centered & further gets you more points. I left after three rounds (best way to exit after winning) & for the three of us, food, drinks & game playing costs us about $80 - good deal. Educators & Healthcare Workers get a discount, Tuesdays are half off gameplay, there's a Kids Zone & ample parking. Cool & fun vibes. read more

Had a reservation to come in with friends for 4:30 and had two hours of play time. The bay was ready on time! However, the screen was unfortunately broken and didn't get fixed until 4:50 and after ordering food and everything we didn't get to play till 30 minutes later. I thought since they had to fix the screen they would add time back for us, but they didn't. We got the chicken tenders with fries, hot honey flatbread and injectable donut holes. The flat bread was okay but not much hot honey spread on it. The chicken tenders were a little burnt and dry, same goes for the fries. The only thing we really liked were the donut holes, the Bavarian cream was my favorite. It was sweet, creamy and delicious. They also provided us some left handed clubs but the funny thing about top golf is the screen is only meant for right handed players. Overall, a good place to come with friends but definitely only recommend coming on Tuesdays since it can get pricey! read more

We were a walk-in and the wait was 2.5 hours. Should have planned better so that's our fault. But, we went to the bar to spend some time. I ordered the Sand Trap Martini, for which they didn't have the graham crackers. We asked for water too. The waitress never brought it to us, so we had to ask another. It was very loud in there. It was very hard to hear my friend talking. And both of us went to the bathroom, which was out of towels. And the floor was littered with toilet paper. I am a huge fan of TopGolf, and I've been to several. This was the worst I've visited. read more

I have not been to Topgolf in awhile!! It's so much fun. They no longer use the card system, just your phone number. They were able to pull my balance on my card from over a year ago, which was nice. Service was great. They were out of a couple of items on the menu. I really wanted the meatitalia flatbread. Oh well. We opted for the farm house one and it was very good! A must try. The steak and shrimp tacos were delish and very well priced. Drinks: I'm an old fashioned girl. Sorry to say, I've had better. My second drink, the sangria, was so much better. Next time, I know to just order that. Always a good time there but felt very rushed to eat and play. It wasn't like that before. The only downside. read more

I went here for a work event. Unfortunately i was late so I didnt bother participating in the actual golf game. However I did eat. Fat Fat never misses an opportunity to eat. There was chicken tenders, sliders & chips the sliders were good. I didnt try the tenders but was told they were hard. We headed to the bar and sat there to have drinks. Shay was our waitress. She was pleasant and most helpful. My boyfriend wanted a irish trash can & she took the time to find out what drinks were in it and obliged. The 1st one he said it was a bit weak but she came back w a stronger one for the next round. I didnt eat much so I stuck w a basic pina colada. I I'd return to this spot for the bar and possibly a game a golf. read more

I had never been to a Top Golf place before, though I had seen them a few times driving by. They also seem to generate no end of humorous internet clips of people inadvertently swinging their club out into the field... I came here on a weekday mid-afternoon for a company-sponsored event. They have a large parking lot that wasn't close to filling up that day, but I'm sure it gets more crowded at night or on weekends. The best way I can describe the format is if you blended a bowling alley with a driving range. The building is 3 floors each sectioned off into 40 (or so, I did not walk to the far end to count) tee-off bays. Each such bay has the 'hot zone' where a player advances out to faux-grass and tees off into the field. There is also a couch surrounding a sort of large coffee table where you can set your food or drinks. There is also a screen or two for tracking which player is up, the trajectory of shots, etc. The field is like a combination of a golf course and super-sized horizontal dart boards (your targets). You try to hit the ball out into one of these targets (either a direct shot or bouncing / rolling in). The targets are color-coded and are at staggered angles and distances. There are also a few small targets close in to award occasional points to non-golfers who barely get a shot off. The basic cadence is that one member of your party at a time gets into position at the tee area, waves their club at a sensor just off the ground in order to dispense a fresh ball. They then position it on a rubber tube / tee or just on the 'grass', per their preference. They then take a swing and try to get the ball into a target. I don't claim to understand the whole variety of games you can play there. One set just seemed to be 'get the ball in any target; longer distance = more points". There was another variant where each person was guided to try a similar shot at a particular target also. There were other scoring variants that our group did not check out. Maybe it gets easier with repeat visits, but the rotation and scoring seemed arbitrary. If you forgot to hit a button on the screen, your score might accrue to someone else. We didn't care much, but if you were actually trying to compete against others in your group, you should ask for instruction. Every few bays appeared to have an assigned server who would check back with you for drinks (or food as well, I guess; we were on a buffet option, so it was just drinks for us). You rent the bay for a set time period, and it begins a countdown sequence when you are about 10 - 15 minutes from the end. They appeared to have a full bar on the entry level also. I am not a golfer. I have taken a 3-session lesson over 5 years ago and went to a driving range once as a teenager. That said, I had a pretty good time here. I have no idea what it would cost if you walked in yourself and rented a bay but I'm sure their website will tell you. I doubt that I'll be back soon given that those I'd be most likely to come with are even less golf centric. However, if you have any interest in golf and want a fairly fun group activity, you might want to check this out. read more

Came here for a work party and had amazing time! Staff, food and atmosphere was great. I definitely plan on returning here soon.

Attended for NYE party. It wasn't busy at all. Prepaid for a lane ($25) which was completely unnecessary as it looked like it wasn't even filled to 50% of its capacity. The drinks were great. The golf is standard. We had 2 drinks and a beer. We had an order of the wing platter. The wings were just okay I probably wouldn't get them again. Waitress was attentive. The rates are a little high and it's goes per hour or 30 mins (or 15 mins for extended time). They charge you $5 just to play, if you've never been there before or if your name doesn't pop up from a previous experience. So for the $15 participation fee, $85 For game time and the $25 reservation fee you can see how the bill can add up. This doesn't include food or drinks. Top golf is something you should definitely attend at least once but nothing I would do over and over again. read more

The actual gamified golf part was kinda fun. $180 for two hours of driving range + video game scoring seems steep, but whatever. The rest of the experience was pretty subpar though. A bunch of clubs were missing or only in the extreme sizes. It took a while for a server to take our order, and then I don't think we saw our server the rest of the time we were there. The food is below average quality bar food. I had two cocktails, and one of them arrived half-full (and the deliverer ran off before I noticed). I took the family here for some fun but it ended up being just tolerable at best and for the 2 hr limit, way too expensive for my liking. with everything included (bay reservation, food & drinks), it came to a total of $248 dollars! First I don't understand why they require everyone's phone and email, I damn sure hope they don't spam the hell out of us with junk e-mail or sale it to their associates. Secondly, why are they charging everyone in your party (bay) $5 lifetime membership? Just a money grab I'm sure. We were outside on bay 125 and the weather was clear but cold and it was like the heaters were not even on, as a matter of fact it got to be so cold and unbearable we left 30 minutes on the clock because we didn't want to play anymore because we couldn't feel any heat... Food was ok, ordered one order of a flatbread pizza, 2 orders of chicken fingers, 3 mixed drinks, one beer and coffee, one lemonade and a chocolate brownie for desert...still expensive for what I had to pay. The waitress did spill water on our table brought over a rag and then left it for us to wipe it up!? This place should operate like a bowling alley, I would have had more fun there and wouldn't have had to give up as much personal information and be over charged so much. Ok time but not again, no sir and still salty about the bogus lifetime membership that won't ever be used again... read more

We had such a great time here on a Sunday night. Our friends reserved the bay, so I can't speak to that process, but the customer service was top notch! Our waiter was so attentive, and stopped by periodically to check if we needed anything else. The golf game itself was fun - even for non-golfers like me! We especially liked the Angry Birds game, and it's definitely friendly for beginners. Oh, and they have clubs for lefties, so we don't feel left out either. The food was surprisingly good for bar food. We tried a flatbread, nachos and pretzel bites, and the pretzels were our favorite. The dessert skillet was also delicious. Not that this is a place you necessarily come to eat, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. I hope to return again, maybe after hitting the driving range a little! read more
