To bowl or not to bowl lol…read more I don't know why I said that. This place feels like a cigar lounge mixed with a man cave mixed with a bowling alley. Just a really cool setup overall. Vibes are great here and there's so much to do. Bowling, games, food, drinks. The whole shabang. Went on a Saturday with a friend and honestly had a fantastic time. We ordered the pizza and fries. Classic bowling alley food. Good overall, not anything spectacular food wise, but with everything else going on it honestly doesn't even matter. Service was great too. We had a super sweet server who made the experience even better. Cost wise you'll definitely spend some money, but it feels worth it for the experience. Easy 5/5 for me. Will absolutely be back.

High more help when you know you have several company events coming in! And the bathroom comment- the dyer was broken and NO SOAP! No soap alone should be a zero star when we got there first, right at 5p. Bathrooms should be ready for patrons at 5:01p. It was a one & done for us. Again, it was fun and the food was ok but we'll take our 1k elsewhere!

Most of the lanes were full or getting full, but I didn't place a reservation. The process for putting a reservation in on your lane is not terrible. They will email you your quotes and then you can pay it online and once your reservation is paid your booked. I was able to come right in and let them know who is booked. We paid for our shoes the day of. But the lanes were reserved in advance. The drinks are on the bar were good and strong. They do have top shelf options. The average drink is about 10 or $11. During the time we visited, the customer service was still poor, and this location seems to be understaffed. Even though being in a mall, it's not surprising that it has low traffic. The promotional posters were displayed overwhelming and were not clearly explained. We were expected to choose a promotion before checkout, but no one walked us through the options. We've visited other locations outside of GA and we have experienced better service and staffing than here. Employees were attentive and helpful in explaining promotions. People always leaving with a smile. Unfortunately this location, during the time we were there, many claw machines were out of service or not functioning properly. We also noticed several families leaving disappointed. We barely heard any laughter and see smile compared to other locations we have been to. Suck that this is the only location in Atlanta. Until service and maintenance improve, we won't be returning. We'd rather visit the newer claw machine arcade at another mall.
