What a fun time at this Bowlero location. I was visiting from Florida and unfortunately went to another bowling place that was 21+. Did know that existed. Well I had my toddler who just wanted to bowl. Needless to say the original place didn't allow her to come in so we decided on Bowlero Chamblee and we were so glad that we did! The real MVP was the employee, Alex, who went above and beyond to make my toddler's experience memorable. He was sooo accommodating. The place was clean, the music was fun and overall experience was great. If I'm back in Atlanta, I would return to this location. Thanks Alex! read more

Came here on a Friday night and were happy there was no wait for a lane. We paid $35 each for unlimited games plus rentals. Had some technical issues along the way but we were definitely tired of playing by the 3rd game. It was a fun time with some good music but the staffing was incredibly unsupported. Our waitress hardly came by and it took at least 30 minutes just to get water. Overall, still full but make sure to pick the background for the games wisely the first time because you cannot change as you continue to play! read more

From the moment we walked in, Alex greeted us with such a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. the other manager, also checked in on us throughout the evening to see if there was anything he could do to make our visit even better. Alex continued to check on me throughout our visit and even gave me a handwritten card thanking me for coming in, along with a coupon for a free game of bowling. That level of personal touch and appreciation is so rare and truly made my night. The lanes were clean and ready, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and the food and drinks were excellent. This has become a horrible spot to go bowling. We bowled at a defective lane that had to be rebooted in the middle of the game. We had to change lane 3 times in the middle of the game. The balls stop coming out, then all of sudden they came out at all at once. Fell all over the floor. There is barely any staff to be seen. They were very very rude and unapologetic for recurring and consistent service issues. The waiter put our food down on the table didn't let us know. We were still looking for our food. Had to send it back because it was cold. The food came back out wings was raw and very dark on the outside. I was soooo disappointed. When did bowling get to be so freakin' expensive? I took my wife and about 20 of our closest friends here for a bday party. I will say that we had fun bowling. Everybody grabbed their balls and had some fun. The lanes work well and the controls are easy to use. Staff checked on us somewhat regularly. The food can only be described as mediocre bar food. But the bartenders do know what they're doing, even if the food and drink is also stupid expensive. Bowlero, formerly Bowlmor, formerly something else that I can't remember, remains incredibly popular. This place gets busy in the evenings. The lanes are clean, and there are plenty of balls. For the bday thing, I went in through the website to make a reservation, which put me in touch with a salesperson, who quoted me some prices and asked me to agree to what is essentially a catering/service plan. There is NO way to talk to anyone locally for these arrangements. So I followed their protocols, dealt with a friendly salesperson, and STILL managed to overspend for the event. Sheesh. read more

I'm not usually one to review, but when a spot is this fantastic, I have to step up and applaud the staff that makes it so wonderful. In early June my husband & I each purchased a Summer Pass and let me tell you, we were hooked. We later brought our friends up to also purchase the pass because of the incredible deal. All that said, the staff is what makes this place so special. Quentin quickly became a fast friend with his welcoming spirit and ability to meet any request. The ladies who make up the bar and wait staff are each exceptional; quick & friendly service! We enjoy the summer passes as you receive 2 free games each day which allows us to spend more on beer and food (which is DELICIOUS, the sampler is our fav). ALEX AND JAVIN WERE AMAZING! These two made our entire New Years Eve amazing! Immediately javin offered us service to get us drinks and food as well as checking in for any other needs. There was a small hiccup with the ball return but Alex handled it promptly and after it occurred for a second time Alex made sure to add extra time for what we lost and gave complimentary arcade cards going above and beyond for the customers. I'm guessing bowling is just expensive these days. We paid over $70 for 3 games and two shoe rentals and were told that were getting a discount. The service was not the best, it took about 45 mins for our cheese pizza to come out. The cocktails are good but its crazy that this ended up being well over $100 after pizza and cocktails. I would recommend going to some of the other places like Painted Pins or Painted Ducks if you are going to pay these prices. ( my opinion ) read more

So I thought that it was a pretty decent establishment. It's not the newest but it still very clean. They have plenty of TV so you want to watch the game it's definitely available. All of the people here are super nice and super friendly. With a machine malfunction they were really Johnny on the spot to come and assist. About 10 was very attentive, she had no issue and was very quick to serve. The other staff was also very nice. They were going through League events in the general manager at no problem stopping to explain everything in great detail. General manager even handed out a few free games in the meantime. I would definitely recommend having a conversation with him if you're interested. Like the other facilities this one has a bar in the kitchen and an arcade for the kids as well. So it's still kind of a one-stop shop. It wasn't super full when I went at all. They have an app that you can download on your phone that you can win money for doing specific objectives during the game so that's also pretty cool. on certain nights they have a flat rate and all you can bowl after 9:00 so if you want to just get a lot of practice that's a really good way to handle it as well. read more

I've been coming to this bowling alley through all of its ownership transitions. From 300 to Bowlmor and now Bowlero. Different management but same story. The servers are polite but orders are taken really slowly. Once my order was taken, things came quickly. However, the music isnt great. Nothing made after 2005 is played. The cleanliness of the place isn't kept up and the bathrooms always stink of sewage. I'd be sympathetic if it was a staff shortage. However, no matter how busy or slow the day it, the experience seems to always be the same. read more

I used to come here every Tuesday and I was disappointed with the service so I stopped coming. But I came again this Thursday and was delightfully surprised by how wonderful the service was. I reserved a lane for 2 people on their website and was greeted with the best service from the manager Alex walking my lane and asking if I was good many times. Very refreshing service. The lanes are nice enough and the place is clean but the service is awful and the food is terrible. My family of 3 went with another family of 3 to bowl on a Saturday night. Two games and shoe rental was $87 for each family, so this was not inexpensive. We ordered food on the app and waited nearly 45 minutes for our food, which never came out. Eventually I stood in line at the bar, asked politely if we had somehow not ordered correctly, and found out that our stuff was just sitting in the back. The food was over cooked and cold by the time we got it, and it was fast food level junk fries and chicken tenders. No one seemed overly concerned about doing anything. Definitely not worth $50 + tip. Between the food, a pitcher of beer, and the 20 frames we bowled, we were spending almost as much as it would cost to go to steakhouse for dinner, only we were getting a basket of fried crap that was cold and overcooked. Insanely expensive for such janky service. About half of the video games are broken and the card machine to add credits to play more games wouldn't work with my credit card. There's a cop car out front and armed security bringing people through a metal detector at night, which made me wonder if this is the sort of place one wants to be bringing kids. Shout out to the staff at Bowlero Chamblee today. We hosted our son's birthday party there with ~20 elementary school aged children. Everything was efficient and professional from the booking process to the on-site hosting team, food, and bowling experience. The kids had a blast bowling and playing in the arcade and most went home with nice prizes from the arcade area (a nice bonus). Perhaps most importantly, the staff were kind, accommodating and went out of their way to anticipate our needs. WOW! Prices have changed!! Still had a great time! The man who takes the payments is RUDE as fuck. We tried to do split payments so everyone could pay for theirselves and he was so PISSED. He was rushing us as we were trying to figure our payment plan out, waving his arms in the air and saying, "Okay! Next person pay!".
