So was out this way and stopped in because it always been on my list of things to do. I thoroughly…read moreenjoyed it. Stopped in for a drink or two, but stayed a little bit longer for the music and The vibes. I was there on a weekend night, and it was super chill and had a really good performance situation happening on stage. This one is a little bit weird because you have to do certain things to be able to get in. It's not like it's an escape room situation, but at the same time, it's a little active. Not overly active to where you would be taxed when you get there. But you have to go follow some instructions and once you get in it's all gravy! There's a lot of space for table so you can sit in front of the stage or you can sit in the back or the bar is which is also very pristinely kept. Or their ceas behind that. And there's even a bowl of alley somewhere in the cut. It is a really really good spot. The entertainment was on point. They were playing a lot of hits, lot of old school which I appreciate it. Loved it. The drinks were fired. The bartender had a lot of personality and it was super engaging. Just what you want from Superior customer service. I would 101% go back. It was a lot of fun and a really good vibe. We just happened to walk in off of humbug, but I actually might remember reservations next time. Actually sit in the crowd to enjoy the music. Loved it.

Upon arriving, we were asked if we knew the secret passcode. I didn't realize we needed to know a passcode, but the guy gave us some hints, and we eventually got it. We were instructed to go downstairs with a paper slip and "deposit" it into a deposit box downstairs. Upon doing this, we were granted access inside! It was pretty cool honestly! We sat at the bar upon arriving and ordered some drinks. They have a really nice drink menu with different cocktails and all the other liquors. They also have a full food menu too. Some people around us got food, and honestly, it looked really good! Our bartender Joey, was awesome! He was friendly and answered some of our questions about the drinks. He even made us espresso martini shots!! Hats off to Joey! The vibes inside are very prohibition-y. They had live music when we went, and I think they have live music most days during the week too. Roaring Social is located in downtown Decatur, so not too far of a walk from many other shops/bars/restaurants. We ubered, so I am not too familiar with parking, but I think there are parking garages nearby and street parking. I would definitely come back here in the future!

I loved the garlic chicken and the steak skewers. The grilled pineapple was divine. The flavors were perfectly balanced, yet still interesting. Everything was tasty. I highly recommend! Location is a bit tricky to find. The restaurant is inside the main building, not a standalone space. Once you enter, make a left turn and go down the ramp. You will pass an art installation on stage. The restaurant will be on the right.

Great ambiance and decor! However, I came for the food after seeing the 5 star reviews. I recently…read moretried Okiboru in Sandy Springs and was blown away with the flavors of the Tonkotsu ramen, bao buns, all the apps. It was perfection. i decided to try Enso because it's closer and wanted to compare especially with the stellar reviews. I ordered the Tonkotsu (of course), 3 different skewers, baos and a curry entre. The baos had incredible flavor but the texture of the pork was a little tough and chewy. All the skewers were just okay and small for the price. The garnish under the skewers was really good and flavorful. Now, on to my main thing.... The Tonkotsu. My whole purpose for coming here. Disgusting!!! The broth tasted like dirty sink water with no salt or flavor!! The pork was flavorless and not tender. The fixings were all blah. Such a shame because it was visually pretty. I was so disappointed. The waiter asked me how was it. I told her it was very lackluster. She didn't try to do anything to satisfy the customer. I kept it cute and didn't make a fuss because I knew Id never return. All the food looked better than it tasted besides the curry rice bowl which was good. If you want authentic, bold Japanese ramen and dishes (40% cheaper too) , take the trip to Okiboru. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 2 because it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The food is easily 2 starts. (Lunch Menu. Not dinner).

The food is great and the staff is better! The food is really good, their menu is not overwhelming and they came out a few items worth the season. Some of my favorites are the chicken tender basket w/chips (huge portion), blackened chicken Alfredo, and the chicken Kiev (recent addition). My fav sides include the chips and the brussel sprouts! They also make great drinks and have a decent local draft beer selection that rotates. They have a calendar of events and host an Irish band on Tuesdays and trivia night on Thursdays. There is plenty of outdoor seating for the lovely days & nights. Check them out, you will not be disappointed!

I was happy, so I decided to buy a round for my 2 friends that I invited. We enjoyed the beers and one had apple cider I think, and we had a big pretzel and tried some Shepards pie. We talked about Steam Punk events, Oh wow that meat potato, peas, maybe cheese, and I do not know what all, was terrific. The baked crust was crunchy and really hit the spot. I had never tried it before, but I was sure I would prolly have another one the next time I visited the Bar. Cooper, the manger was friendly and fast serve. Daniel was our server and very attentive, My friend asked about a dark lager beer, the difference with light, and Daniel went to great lengths to share the difference. The vibe in the bar lively with animated discussions, going on everywhere. My kind of bar, My Dad owned a Bar up in Ohio till his death at 93.
