We took off work on a Friday a few weeks ago and went to Bowlero in the middle of the day. There were a few groups there, but it was not too busy. It did seem like there was only one employee working both the ticket counter and the concessions counter, so there was a little bit of wait trying to order concessions. She was really sweet, though. We only ordered soda and beer on this visit, so I can't speak on the food options. This Bowlero location feels like it could use some updates and renovations, as it felt a little outdated and dirty. They do have an arcade area that we didn't use, but looked fun. It is in a convenient location, so I'm sure we will be back to give it another try when we are looking for something different to do!

We've been to Bowlero a few times now. I've gone with my hubby as a date, with my family (with my kid), and with a group of friends (no kids). The location works for either vibe, but the games are fun with more players. You can have up to eight people per lane. I like this location because it has good food and the mini arcade gives you something else to do when you get tired of bowling. My food recommendations are the mozzarella cheese sticks and the nachos. I think that the $2 Tuesday gives the BEST value, with their drink specials and discounted games, but you can also pay a fair price on weekends in the evening. On weekends, (like most places) it is crowded, so you may have trouble finding the perfect ball size if you come later in the day/evening. Summer and Spring Break seems to have caused a bigger influx of people to show up. I recommend it if you live near the South Cobb Drive area or just don't want to bowl in Atlanta.

I was recently banned from bowling at area Bowlero locations. For what, I WAS NOT TOLD! Warren the manager, knows it's A SHAM!

Andretti will be coming to Durham NC soon and I'm glad I had a chance to experience it first in Marietta. This place is huge !!!! It's a full entertainment center that features Laser Tag, Arcade, Bowling, Indoor Go Karting, dining and a Sky Bar. My daughter and her team really enjoyed themselves. The Sky Bar was my favorite part ! Us parents enjoyed cocktails and beers while the kids enjoyed Laser Tag and Go Karting. My daughter shared that their Go Karts were the fastest she's experienced. Customer Service here was excellent. Looking forward to what the Durham location has to offer.

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was repeatedly rude and unhelpful when my son asked questions or needed assistance, including when his helmet became stuck. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. Given the high cost, I expect much better care, professionalism, and attention to children's safety and comfort. I would not recommend this venue for kids' parties.

Came 5/25/25 at 8pm and we had a few hiccups with the lane but that was fixed really fast but our server Nathaniel G. is where the experience took a turn. It took us 45 minutes to even get his attention to order and he was servicing lanes close to us. Once we ordered and got our food I decided to order a second drink about 30 min after and he brought my tab to close me out. Insert confused face because I wanted to order the cookie melt but dang I guess not tonight lol. He closed my tab as if he was about to clock out but continued to service other lanes afterwards and the lane right beside mine. I told him I nor my husband were done but we just went to the bar to order because I didn't want to deal with someone who doesn't want to deal with me and I gave no reason. All I did was order my food and still tipped.

I came when it first open so it wasn't a lot of people there so that was pretty cool because I have to pick of the lanes! The establishment itself is very wide open. It has a bar, not a full bar but it has a couple things there. It has maybe about 10 beers on tap so if you're trying to drink, just plan accordingly. They have a pool table at a separate area with a bar is so you don't have to sit out in the open while you're drinking. They have food obviously, but it's far food so if you're into that then that's pretty much what you're getting. If you come in and go to the right there is a little arcade area where you can play ski ball in a couple other types of games. Not like a full Dave & busters but they have a lot of options for kids if you're into that. So I would say it's worth it for all ages. If the kids don't want to bowl, they can come and play basketball or something else on the arcade. On a day that I went there was a open bowling for all league and non-league members so it was basically free. So I suggest going to the site and checking out and seeing when it would be the best time to go. The staff is super friendly, I suggest that you check on when leagues are starting up. If you ask them they are super helpful! I would definitely suggest that you lay on them for information. It's a little out of the way but I would definitely come back. I had a good time and everything was very high on the upkeep.

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.

They had a great time playing soccer, basketball, running around on the playground, and of course enjoying the arcade games. It was one of those experiences where everyone was fully engaged and having fun the entire time. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. We accidentally purchased the wrong plan for the kids, but the manager on duty, Chershire, stepped in and handled the situation perfectly. No hassle, no frustration, just solution-focused and professional. That kind of service matters. When a business solves a problem the right way, they earn your loyalty. And that's exactly what happened here. Big shoutout to Aaron, Khadijah, and Michael as well. They were all extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome from start to finish. During the time we visited, the customer service was still poor, and this location seems to be understaffed. Even though being in a mall, it's not surprising that it has low traffic. The promotional posters were displayed overwhelming and were not clearly explained. We were expected to choose a promotion before checkout, but no one walked us through the options. We've visited other locations outside of GA and we have experienced better service and staffing than here. Employees were attentive and helpful in explaining promotions. People always leaving with a smile. Unfortunately this location, during the time we were there, many claw machines were out of service or not functioning properly. We also noticed several families leaving disappointed. We barely heard any laughter and see smile compared to other locations we have been to. Suck that this is the only location in Atlanta. Until service and maintenance improve, we won't be returning. We'd rather visit the newer claw machine arcade at another mall.
