It is virtually impossible to erase an internet footprint and they are using this overly burdensome and arbitrary excuse "the address is still in use" so that they can keep charging you each month. I literally had to close my bank account so that they could no longer charge me. Bad business practices!! Update: They have continued harassing me about removing this very deserved review. After posting this review they gave me a refund in effort to get me to remove it. They have clearly mistreated countless others in the past and used a refund to get others to acquiesce and remove bad reviews.
