We hosted our 2024 company Christmas here and it was a wonderful time! It's a DIY type of event space but you get so much bang for your buck. It's a nice warehouse, restrooms are great, you have large indoor and outdoor space usage. Julien and his mother were great to work with and they also had great recommendations for vendors. I couldn't get my videos to load but I did share a couple of photos for reference.

The Westside Warehouse was the first and last place I looked to have our wedding. We loved the rustic, modern feel of the venue. Great price and they do not charge more to bring in your own vendors. They also provide an extensive list of recommended vendors to choose from. Julien is a nice guy, very helpful and accommodating. Our guests enjoyed their time and were happy there was plenty of parking to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend this venue.** They also allowed my fur babies to be apart of our ceremony.

We had our wedding at the Westside Warehouse in March. They were great to work with and we got a ton of compliments on our wedding. I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception at the Westside Warehouse in May of 2022... y'all, it was perfect! The folks at the venue were a dream to work with (shout out to Julien for all his help) and the venue itself is gorgeous. It was big enough to easily fit our 170+ guests without crowding, but not so big it felt overwhelming. I also loved that it was a bit of a blank slate... I was able to turn it into the colorful festival of my dreams! Adding to the loveliness are two patios that are available for use as well as on-site antiques that can be used as decor (if desired). With permission you can hang things from the rafters, and (even better) you can bring in your own vendors, booze, and whatever else you need! The pricing was really reasonable for an in-town venue, especially when you add in no surcharges for your own vendors. Be prepared to bring in your own chairs for a seated reception and supplemental tables for a seated dinner, but Julien is a great resource and he can give you some vendor recommendations if you need. There is literally no where else in Atlanta that I would have preferred to have our reception - this was perfect :)

Anne and the Westside Warehouse! What can't I say about the best experience of my entire life! In January 2019, we stumbled upon the Westside Warehouse when looking for a wedding venue. I'm so happy we did! Anne made the entire process a dream! From the initial booking, numerous questions I had, the rehearsal and the actual wedding...Anne was a pure joy to work with! As far as we are concerned this is the only event place we will ever recommend. If you are looking for a beautiful space that you can make your own, that comes with amazing vintage and antique pieces/furniture, with exceptional service and wonderful support, look no further. You will not regret it, trust me! Thank you Anne, for being a part of the most important moments of my life. You, and the Westside Warehouse, will never be forgotten! Cheers! I can't say enough good things about this venue! If you're looking for an event hall that allows for you to be personable and affordable -- this is your spot! We had our wedding in August 2021, so we had to mindful of COVID-19. We wanted a space that allowed for social distancing, but still lots of dancing (we are Ghanaian, so dancing is a must!) The Westside Warehouse was actually the first place we toured and after months of searching, we came back and were sold!

Prior to the event, the owner was great and accommodating to my schedule and very understanding when it took me sometime to finalize the event date and contract. However, as soon as I paid the money for our event, the owner went MIA on me. We hosted our event 2 months ago, and I've still not received our refundable deposit back. I've texted, called, emailed, and reached out to them on all social media platforms with no resolution. After several weeks, I got one message stating that the owner was out of country, but would be refunding my deposit by the following Monday-that was 3 weeks ago. The venue is not worth all the hassle of chasing them down-there are plenty of other places in Chicago who are more professional and trustworthy.

This venue reminds me of the type of space my boyfriend mentions when he decides to plan his birthday at the last minute. Anyway the venue is located off Huff which is apparently a very busy road. It took a lot to find parking and to actually recognize the event parking that was located next-door. The business to the right of the venue does not offer parking to my knowledge. The venue honestly has enough space for maybe six cars. Granted the venue isn't that big but it's definitely bigger than six cars worth of people. The inside is very industrial. It has a loft vibe. There is a small bar and one bathroom. Depending on how busy the space can be it could be very inconvenient with only one restroom. Especially if the bar kitchen area is occupied and you need another sink. There is a lot of space upstairs which requires walking. I would not suggest putting anything upstairs if you have guests that have leg or knee issues. Older guests will definitely not enjoy having to walk up those stairs for any reason. Overall the space isn't bad. I can imagine one having a small birthday party or another type of shower there. Perhaps even a networking event or something that doesn't require more than 30 people to attend. If you're looking for a small event venue within the perimeter and close to Midtown and the highway I will suggest it. Just be mindful of the parking situation.

Easy to get to and from, and parking wasn't bad. This is a relatively new event space on Huff Road, situated between Souper Jenny Westside and Apex West Midtown (Agavero, Twisted Soul). It opened in/around June 2021: https://www.instagram.com/p/CQw-bPWpU6_/ It shares a building with other businesses including Anadol Rug, which has been around since 1984. The 42West event space is hidden. It occupies more than half of the building in the back. We mostly spent time in the indoor event space (5,800 square feet) and string-lit upper patio just outside (900 square feet). The event was an Indian sangeet and mehndi. It was a lot like an American wedding reception. There was a catered buffet dinner, performances, and dancing. Hundreds of guests attended. I thought 42West was well-suited for the amount of people, the numerous food stations, and bar (or two, I can't remember). Caterers and other vendors parked their trucks and vehicles in the small parking lot in front of the building. Guests parked across the street at 1075 Huff Road. Check out 42West's Instagram to get a good feel for what the spaces (mainly the indoor space) can look like: https://www.instagram.com/42westentertainmentgroup/ 42West is named after co-owner Kevin Willis' jersey number 42 and the westside of Atlanta. As a longtime San Antonio Spurs and Atlanta Hawks fan, I thought this was an interesting fact. Co-owner and event planner Lauren Pelissier brought the vision of 42West to life and runs the show.

We had an 8 pm reservation but ended up getting there early. We were seated 30 minutes early with no problem. The igloo decor was cute and "wintery" with cozy blankets, a basket of treats and goodies, and a heater. The package included free ice-skating and unlimited games in the rooftop. Our waiter was awesome and very attentive to our needs. However, the experience wasn't comfortable enough for the high price we paid. Even though we had one heater, the igloo was still a bit cold. Also, the heater's cord was short, so we couldn't move much and had to stay right next to it. Maybe adding a second heater and a hot chocolate station in the igloo, along with some music, would make the space feel much cozier and nicer.

The atmosphere was pleasant, as the space itself is modern and well-designed, with a relaxed yet upscale vibe. The location, within the historic Foundry building, adds a bit of character and charm to the overall ambiance. The service was friendly, though it was a bit inconsistent. The catering dropped the ball for people who did not eat meat or fish. My plate consisted of a dry salad (no dressing) and some sort of grain dish that I opted not to eat. Our server struggled with our table of eight, as we had to wait longer than expected for refills and updates on our meal offerings and timing. It wasn't a major issue, but it did take away from the overall experience. The tables and chairs need to be reupholstered or replaced, as the chairs we had damaged two of our table guest's dresses. Overall, it is a great venue.

The Foundry at Puritan Mill is located in Westside Atlanta, very close to the King Plow Arts Center. The site used to be home of the Puritan Chemical Company, who manufactured soaps and other cleaning products. The building has since been renovated and transformed into a clean and modern-looking facility. The floor space is huge. Sections were cordoned off with tall, elegant, white curtains. Along with nice decor and ambient lighting, the building still maintains an industrial look and feel with high, enormous ceilings with exposed ductwork and steel support beams, smooth-finished concrete floors, brick walls, and giant warehouse-style windows. There's also a patio outside, not to mention ample free parking. Puritan Mill provided more than enough space for our group of about 130-140. For our party, the venue was divided into three sections: (1) cocktails, h'orderves, (2) live music and dancing, (3) dinner. The first hour consisted of an open bar with standing tables and light h'orderves. When dinnertime rolled around, the curtains were pulled back and the beautiful, intimate dining area opened up. After dinner, dancing lasted late into the night. Overall, it was a very fun time and I had a blast. Food and drinks were provided by Bold American Catering (preferred caterer). Live entertainment was provided by Freeflight Productions of Kennesaw.
