I'm here at least once a month for one of my favorite workout classes. This place has everything, and I see why it's a community staple (which is saying a lot when it's minutes away from a HUGE amusement park without being overshadowed). In addition to all of accommodations throughout the building (gymnasium, fitness center, food stalls, arcade and auditorium to name a few), there are also farmers' markets held in the very large parking lot on the weekends pretty regularly. The parking lot attendants and staff members are friendly and helpful every time I'm there, and it's really worth the trip. read more

Attended a Living Springs Health Conference this past week (Thursday- Saturday) and it was amazing! However, the venue did not have an onsite kitchen which delayed lunch and dinner daily. It's a safe & great spot to work out in the gymnasium. There are a few amenities that all can enjoy. I happened to go work out w/107.5 radio monthly ladies workout class and didn't know there have a min farmers market outside in the parking lot. Conveniently after my workout I sampled a few fresh juices, pies and bought some herbal tea. read more

We hosted our Summer Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) at the EpiCenter in Austell, and I can't say enough about how smoothly it went--largely thanks to Zoe and the incredible staff. Zoe met with us the day before our event, walked us through the venue layout, helped with setup, and provided an overview of other scheduled events. She even went above and beyond by creating a custom banner for us to display on the podium--such a thoughtful and professional touch! The morning of the event came with an unexpected challenge: an early-arriving 5K group accidentally filled our reserved parking. While this was out of the EpiCenter's control, Zoe jumped into action to help coordinate overflow parking at Riverside Church across the street. It was a bit of a hot walk for our guests, but the situation was handled with grace and urgency. Once inside, everything ran like clockwork. The tables were set up beautifully, we had IT support, on-site security, a continental breakfast, and a catered lunch. Every detail was handled professionally. This venue is one I've visited multiple times--even for birthday parties--and it always delivers. If you're looking for a clean, professional, and well-supported space for your next event, the EpiCenter is a solid choice. We'd love to use it again for our next Toastmasters TLI! read more

I went for a weekend event, and it is so nice! They have plenty of parking on every side. On the side we were on, we had so much space. We had the auditorium, and other rooms, the lobby, and eventually the upstairs area. The staff was nice. To host an event there, it is really good idea! read more

This place is a great place for people who want to do a lot but save money as well. They having bowling, rock climbing, and arcade room that is free play. Excellent, we took our visiting family there for bowling and they had a blast. I am not a bowler per se but I enjoyed myself.

I went to this subway and got a sub and a drink. The girls working here were so rude and mean while they were making my sub and while they were making my sub they spit towards and on the sub meal they were making for me and continued to be mean. When I got to the cash register the girl mentioned yes we did put spit in your food. Honestly at this point I was just wanting the drink I paid for. They also did it to two other customers behind me until the 3rd customer. All I was wanting was good food. My receipt is attached, I would like a refund for the meal. read more

Nice conference and recreation facility open to the public. It has 5 eateries (2 cafes & 3 fast food/casual dining), gym, recording studio, conference rooms, basketball court & rock climbing, arcade room, and bowling. It's jam-packed right in front of Six Flags! The nondenominational church across the street owns it. It's like new; it's merely 5 years old. The staff in the internet cafe are lovely, senior women and amazing chefs -- they create the meals of the day. There's wifi available and rock climbing and games for teens available. You can host meetings, plays, and much more. It's pretty quiet and comfy here; I recommend joining the gym or walking laps above the court, there's no traffic to hold you back. read more

I am so grateful for this event space! Saved me from a terrible experience - dealing with Six Flags for my child's birthday party was an absolute nightmare. We (and more importantly, our school policy) keep kosher, and very long story short, Six Flags would not let us bring in kosher food. Luckily I was able to still have the party by renting this space for 2 hours in the middle of the day and having pizza / cake there. The space is gorgeous and there are a number of possibilities to rent. The staff was excellent, and went above and beyond helping me out (for example, I had to dash over to six flags suddenly when six flags had LOCKED MY PARTY'S TICKETS without warning and I dropped my keys in the parking lot. The staff communicated with me by text and found them within a few minutes). The room I rented was on the other side of a closed arcade, which sort of sucked (hard to keep the kids out of there). Next time I'll just rent the arcade too - it looked fun! Thanks so much again for saving my daughter's birthday! read more

Stumbled upon this establishment via a Google search for activites to do with your child. We paid a total of $12 for 2 hours of unlimited bowling, rock climbing, free game play arcades, billiards, and gaming. Everything was GREAT. My 11 yr old especially loved the rock climbing which made me very happy. Mom had to get the kid off of Fort Nite (lol). We enjoyed cheese pizza at an eatery located on sight...very good. Bowling area was lively with kid friendly tunes over the speakers. Every staff member we encountered was super kind and polite. I could go on, but I encourage you to check it out for yourself. Rented out the exclusive bowling alley. The hospitality was great from the young lady that was appointed to be their house manager. She kept me updated on the need to know. But the people above her is a negative. All lanes did not work. i Paid more people than attended. Never offered that money back. to have a bar you have to pay an additional $500 plus 2 bartender fee plus security during their working hours. Need to mention none of their drink vendors had anything Yes my crew messed up by bringing in their own adult drinks. But we were kicked out early because of that. Still no return of any fees. so, again. It's a nice space. But everything does not work. I am fearful to rent anything else from them. All because the overly price scam they have going on. But you can contact me I found a great spot you can rent to have an exclusive bowling experience. A lot better. read more

I was looking to find an activity for the nieces/nephews visiting over the holiday weekend. I found the deal on Groupon and went with a party of 10. We were able to get a great deal for bowling and arcades. Finding the place is a little cumbersome. It's in a huge bland building with vague signage, but it's behind Six Flags. Once we found it, we were not sure where to go, but we found the check-in and was greeted by the nicest young lady at the bowling alley. I didn't understand why she assigned a group in front of us to a *1) lane for when there was clearly a larger group behind who needed 2 lanes together and othwr single lanes available, but she did let us go to thwe arcade first so she could hold 2 lanes together for us. Also.in her defense, the place is small, and the lanes are tight together, so she probably gets complaints about the tightness. But, that's a design issue they clearly tried to stuff too many lanes in a small place. We went over to the arcade, and it is also small, but the kids had a good time with the small number of games, even though the adults got into some of them. We were called back to bowling for our lanes, and all seemed to enjoy. I think this place was good for us as it wasn't a lot of people during our visit, if it were crowded, with up to 30, then it would be too much. It would be a great place to reserve for a family or corporate event. read more

It's a nice facility but the staff make it so hard to enjoy your visits. Today is Tuesday, April 11th. Whoever was attending the front desk around 6:30am was less than welcoming. Im a member and brought my 16 year old for a before school workout and had to spend several additional minutes providing address, identification, etc for my child. It could be normal protocol, but again, the staff's demeanor makes it an unpleasant experience on top of the inconvenience. I recently left evo fitness to switch over to epicenter, but now I'm not sure if it was the best idea. People simply want to be treated as the paying clients that they are. read more

Excellent gym, everything and more your are looking for in a gym. Lots of different classes from cycle class to Zumba, you will find a class that suits you. Dressing you is very nice including Steam room and dry sauna is the cherry on top. I just wish some women would not go in the dream room fully dressed after their work out, carrying all the sweat in their clothes in there. Staff is very attentive and nice at all times! Smoothie bar is also nice, recovery smoothie is my favorite and is worth the $6. read more

My parents relocated to Georgia recently and wanted to join a gym that accepted the Silver Sneakers program for seniors so we decided to check out this gym since they participated in the program. One other thing that was a plus is that they have an indoor track to walk around. I think the location is very nice and since they can go free it is really nice (lol)! The only negative thing I can say about it is that I thought the workout area would be a lot bigger judging from the outside of the building. read more

I recently started working nearby and wanted a gym to go to on my lunch break. This place has such a nice gym. The weight room isn't huge, but it has all the equipment you need -- free weights, weight machines, and cardio machines -- for a good workout. They also have group fitness classes and spin classes. The ladies locker room is so clean, and the service at the front desk is phenomenal. And there's a good smoothie bar and coffee bar in the same building. And the building has a lot of other amenities within it that are equally clean and cared for, and I look forward to checking them out in the future. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Top notch facility! I LOVE the REC. This review is for the fitness center. This facility is brand new (opened to the public in Jan 2014). The gym is awesome and I participated in a large variety of group workout classes. My last visit was a month ago and two things prevented a 5 star rating: - Lack of childcare; my daughter LOVED Tots (the original child care provider) but the service was discontinued due to lack of use - Lack of massage services - this also closed due to the lack of use (I think). WARNING: for those with an "original" gym membership contract, it did not have a cancellation clause, the new contracts have a fee for cancelling, even it you move out of town. Imagine moving out of town and being charged for cancellation, this happened to use and it was disappointing! Despite the issues above, this is the premier workout and events center in South Cobb. read more

Everyone knows working out is an essential part of human life. I used to go to LA fitness and I despised it. It was smelly, dank, hot and all around gross. My mother informed there was new "gym" owned by the Bronner Bros. called EpiCenter. I went, reluctantly, and I was taken aback. The outside is incredible along with the inside which houses state of the art workout equipment, basketball courts, food courts, a bowling alley, theatre, teen center, recording studio, rock climbing, massages, steam room, and sauna room. I have been a member since they opened and the facility is nice along with the equipment. The place isn't managed well. If there are issues or problems then there is no procedure in place to answer member issues. They allow people to come in and take over basketball courts and/or equipment. Rules aren't enforced. There have been lots of arguments and potential fights because one person wants to train themselves or a client or child. There should be a scheduled time when people can train alone and/or rent basketball courts or equipment. You don't know if you can use it until you drive there and notice the gym is closed because of a practice and/or training. read more

Was a member here till about fall of last year, the facility is pretty decent; the hosting events ran somewhat smooth from what could tell. But the epiFit gym program is trash, definitely can not get a good run on the basketball court cause it's always taken and only open during working professionals hours; the machines are hoarded at times by people who only came to get selfies or taken over by the so-called bad attitude, messy, non professional trainers, they talk mess about the non cliental & generally allow clients to be as messy as they are. As guy i don't need to worry about someone talking about my sexual preference, who i so called might be interested in or even be labeled a gym creep by someone who is starring at me while i do my workout and happen to notice them staring. I could name the so called PT staff by name who are like the previous statements but not really warranted for this review i would suggest you not waste your money and invest in a home gym if you got the space. read more

I am a current member of EpiFitness and it is great. Terry was my membership advisor and he is awesome. I use to be a member of Golds Gym and I do not miss it at all. Epifitness has so many classes to choose from (primary reason for joining), plenty of treadmills and weights. This facility is clean from the gyms to the locker rooms. Wonderful place. Parking is great and employees are welcoming. The security guard is nice too. My only con is that during the week, the music is a little lame. Would love to hear more of the jams that are played on the radio or even workout mixes. I use my own headphones for now but it would be great to hear more upbeat music. read more

The gym here is top notch. Very clean. The men's locker room and shower area is also extremely clean. The staff is very friendly and is attentive to any needs that may arise. The gym is a very quiet peaceful environment. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives in the area. read more

I'm a current member of the Riverside EpiCenter and I enjoy the small size classes and family atmposhere. The sauna and whirlpool was something that attracted me to the gym.
