Originally my son was going to get married at the courthouse but I wanted something more personal and special for them. The hall owners, Patty and Israel, went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations in making the space accommodating for us. We had 10 tables and 110 seats, a main table for the bride and groom, 3 food tables, 5 pedestal stands, wedding arch, DJ, and photobooth and STILL had room for dancing! We even had room to do La Vibora de la Mar (if you know you know!) and having the ceremony and reception in the same place was AWESOME! we used a wedding aisle runner and wedding arch in addition to their decorations, so it was perfect! We had so many compliments! Their packages are AFFORDABLE, way better than places I found on Thumbtack, Peerspace, The Knot, and Wedding Wire. Israel's quick response time was so much better than other places. Communication was GREAT, decorations were GREAT, and they even helped us secure an awesome taco guy who prepared the tacos for all of our guests. They even took care of cleaning, including the rose petals from the flower girls and the confetti! Thank you Patty and Israel, this will be our "go to" salon/event hall for future events!

They reminded me that great customer service and genuinely good people still exist! I chose the baby shower package, which included decorations, and let me tell you--the decor was stunning! Everything was thoughtfully arranged and looked gorgeous. The venue provides tables and chairs, a food table, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They also had little things you didn't think you needed. (Ice, wire racks, garbage bags ect) There are also two separate bathrooms, a spacious layout, great lighting, a speaker system, and even a separate sitting area. I took on a lot of responsibility for my event--cooking, baking, making a balloon arch, and more. The week of the event, the owner surprised me by gifting me the balloon arch, and it was such a blessing! I almost cried because it took such a huge load off my plate. That level of kindness and generosity is rare, and it meant so much to me. You can tell the owners truly care about their venue and their guests. They're not just out to nickel and dime you--they want you to have a great experience. I had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely book here again!

Everything was clean. 2) The reception was catered and the staff was really good. They came around all the time to give refills and to take plates away. 3) The temperature was good. Not too warm, not too cold like some places. My mother of the bride is one of my partner's BFFs and it seems like (from what she said), the price to rent the space and catering was reasonable. They had several rooms of varying sizes which could come in handy for any kind of event. The one thing I thought was weird was that the bridal suite was on the completely opposite side of the building from where the wedding took place and if you wanted to walk inside, rather than outside, you had to go through 2 of the big rooms. I don't know what they do when there are multiple events taking place. Maybe they never schedule multiple events? Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The acoustics were great, and the venue made the performance feel up close and personal without sacrificing the concert atmosphere. The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the evening. My only complaint is parking--it's definitely a pain. But at this point, I've become accustomed to the struggles of parking in Georgia's cities. Overall, GreyStone Amphitheater was a great concert experience, and I'd absolutely come back for another show.
