The new person at the front desk at Chuck E. Cheese is extremely unprofessional. She's very unpleasant when explaining anything, always on her phone, and won't help anyone until she finishes her personal conversations. Sometimes she's even arguing on the phone, and her attitude is rude and disrespectful. In a place meant for children and families, this is completely inappropriate. We've been coming here regularly for two years, and ever since this new employee arrived a few weeks ago, the place has become a mess. Suddenly the memberships "never work," and we're always told that the computers are down yet somehow they work perfectly when it comes to charging extra fees. What's the point of paying for a membership if they won't accept it? Her responses are terrible, her attitude is unpleasant, and she's not willing to help. If she hates her job that much, she shouldn't be working in a place that's supposed to be fun, friendly, and welcoming for kids and families. We visited this Chuck E. Cheese location on a Saturday evening for a birthday party. My step sister ordered a party package which provided game cards, pizza and cake for a select number of people. The staff began cleaning up some of the food items before the 2-hour time frame ended. If we wouldn't have been monitoring the table, some of the food would have been tossed too early. Other than that, the party experience went well. My son had a great time playing and ended up leaving with a few toys from the tickets that he racked up. On a negative note, the ladies restroom was messy. A handful of games were in need of servicing or cosmetic repair. Some of the interactive/driving games had worn seats that were pealing off. Both picture stations were out of order. The car photo game worked as far as the ride, but failed to print the photo. The other camera game with the blue bench that can fit one to two people was completely shut off. I always look forward to taking photos on it with my son, so this was disappointing. I grew up in Germany so we had no Junk Food palaces. My mother being a health nut would not approve of places like this so I never "got to be a kid I guess." So when my kid said Friday morning that she wanted to be picked up early and have a fun time, in the back of my mind, I thought why not come and check it out. I'd have to say, we did have a good time. Food wise, I didn't expect much, but it was practical and convenient. We came at 4:30pm, and there was a concert at Truist Park at 7pm so we pretty much had the place to ourselves until about 7pm when it did get busy. I purchased 90 minutes of play and we got a medium pepperoni pizza, 10 wings buffalo style with ranch dressing. The food was ok. It came out in 20 mins. We stopped our play. We ate for 30 mins. I burned my mouth on the pizza it was hot, and very salty, but ok it's Chuck E Cheese. I didn't expect much. The drinks were full of sugar. My kid and I ran around the place like headless chickens trying out all the rides and games. It was crazy fun. Then one kid had a birthday party and the catered tables were all set up. My kid loved the performance and singing by the staff and Chucky of course. She ate it all up. Many of the games were probably beyond her. That's ok. This is like a set up for either a casino with all the coin games or a theme park with the rides. She definitely preferred the more kid-like games and activities. I went to Chuck E. Cheese as a child so it was definitely a heartfelt moment, taking my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese just as I had. - In 30 years, Chuck E. Cheese has definitely changed some, no longer offering the stage & band of moving animals on instruments, but instead offering screens of dancing children and characters. I'm personally not opposed to it per se, as they at least provided a Chuck E. cheese mascot that danced and took photos with the kids & their families, but I was hoping for the nostalgia of seeing the Chuck E. cheese band creepily move to the beat of song. - I do like that the rides/attractions/games were age appropriate for my 3 year old daughter, as many places I attend here in LA seem to only cater to those of at least school age. - My only quip would be the lack of presence - there was a lack of staff present so it felt like it was hard to find help at times, particularly when one of the attractions malfunctions and you need assistance like we did for the air hockey game. In addition they do up charge you for the trampoline which isn't great either. - As I mentioned in the outset, I'm happy this staple of Marietta is still here and would definitely advise anyone with little ones to come. read more

I've been coming to this Chuck E. Cheese for some time and even have a membership but today i never been disrespected so hard all because the Chuck E. Cheese issued card stop working so I said hey can you put my membership points back on and the tickets I had he say you want these point or not I said who are you talking to like this while holding my daughter, he says what do you want me to do I said put the tickets back on there like it's not my fault the card stop working then gets upset at me cuz I told him to talk to me with respect and acted like he was calling the police on me. At the beginning of the cornavirus mandatory stay-at-Home, Chuck E. Cheese started what I think is a genius idea. They have starting advertising their food for delivery on Grubhub as "Pasqually's Pizza and Wings." I called this location and asked about it, and they said that they're recipes for Pasqually's are slightly different than what's served in stores. Pasqually is one of their mascot characters. Pasqually's just "shares kitchen space." After heading all of this, I wanted to try it for myself. I ordered one order of boneless wings, one Large Cheesy Bread, and one Large Pizza. The delivery took a while, but that's because GrubHub is terrible, not Chuck E. Cheeses' fault. The food was surprisingly amazing! The Cheesy Bread was the best part in my opinion. It was basically a huge pizza without the marinara sauce. The pizza was good too, and did taste better than what Chuck E Cheese normally serves. The wings were good too, but not as good as the other two items. I really didn't think I'd enjoy Pasqually's Pizza and Wings as much as I did! Staff is super friendly but how they do things is so SLOW... they only had one person on the front desk and the other was just standing there... stood in line behind one man for 5 minutes then when we went to cash in tickets she said I had to stand in line AGAIN to redeem the app tickets... there were 6 people in line then so I just left. My friend's two nephews (ages 4 and 2) were in town, so she invited a small group of us to join her and her nephews at Chuck E. Cheese's. When I was a kid, this place used to be called Showbiz Pizza. I may have been to one once or twice back in the 80s or early 90s. The inside of Chuck E. Cheese's is not as big as I imagined. About 2/3 of the space is dedicated to games. The other 1/3 is reserved for booths, tables, and the stage where a giant, animatronic Chuck E. Cheese sings contemporary pop songs. I think he sings songs every half hour. They serve food here, but I did not try any (nor did I want to). I glanced at the menu. You can get salads, pizzas, and sandwiches. The salads come from a generic salad bar. It's actually kind of gross because of all the kids running around sneezing, coughing, and touching everything. The salad bar starts at $6.99. There are two soda fountain machines. One adult drink with unlimited refills is $1.99. You can sign up for the Chuck E-Club and get coupons online for tokens and food. My friend used a couple coupons, which saved us between $5-10 on tokens. Some of the games can be a lot of fun, so I recommend getting a lot of tokens. Three of us adults split about 100 tokens or so and played games for about an hour. All games are only one token. Skee ball is always fun (my high score: 21,000). My favorites, though, were the two basketball games (my high score on the "street ball" version: 175) and the "Flamin' Finger." Flamin' Finger is funny. As soon as you insert your token, a maze pops up on the screen, catchy club music plays, and you are supposed to trace the maze with your finger before time expires. It's addictive and the music makes you want to dance. One kid inserted tokens just to listen to the music -- she didn't even play the game. I'm pretty sure the games where you time moving lights to hit a certain spot on a wheel or bar are fixed. In other words, they are suckers' games. I was definitely a sucker trying to hit the special bonuses or jackpots on those games. There are also some machines that print out your picture inside framed artwork or on a plastic "ID" card. At one token, it's a pretty good deal. Staff kept the machines in generally good shape. This is nice considering all the wild kids running around and beating on them. If you have problems with any games eating your tokens, just let the employees know and they'll comp you and fix the machines on the spot. I had more fun than I was expecting here, though towards the end of our visit (Sunday around 4pm), the place was getting very crowded and I could not wait to get out of there. Well here we are with our 7 year old for Friday lunch time fun. First thing is they took everyone's temperature to ensure we were all Covid 19 free! Then hand sanitizer, all plates and cups protected in plastic. No buffet salad. Pizza was nice and hot fresh out of the oven. Salad came in it's own container and was very good. Social distancing with spacing of tables. Chuck E was only on video for now. Only thing missing were other customers. Please support them by coming out to play. Feels super safe in here! Lol Our grandson is having a SUPER good time. The announcements encourage using their hand sanitizing stations often. Gloves are available too. They sanitize all the games every 30 minutes! WOW. No tokens to get germs either, they only use the cards which are disposed of at the end of your visit. They even switch out balls on games with fresh sanitized ones from the back. They did a fantastic job with my 6yo birthday party today. I was pleasantly surprised with the A+ customer service they provided. I absolutely would do another birthday party here. I pretty much come here every weekend. It's 5mins from my house and a great place to spend 1-2 hrs. I never tried the food so I will speak to the experience. They stamp the hand of both the parent and child when you enter. This ensures kids can't leave without the parent. My daughter is 2.5yrs old and loves this place. I recommend it for children who can walk. Not too much for infants. The staff has always been super friendly ever time I have come and everything is very clean. I try to come early before it gets too crowded. Before noon is optimal. It's a fun time! The kids love trading in their tickets for a prize at the end. read more

This place is awesome! The best Chuck E Cheese that we've been to for a birthday party. We had 10 kids and 8 adults and plenty of room. Perfect location in the place, with some adjacent booths for our use. Everyone was professional and courteous. Food was delicious (even the salad bar). Kids had a blast (age ranges 3 yrs to 10 yrs). A few glitches in service were addressed right away by the manager and we couldn't have been happier. I've been to many locations and this one by far has the most customer friendly staff. The kids loved the pizza and I was happy with my shocktop. This Chuck E Cheese is the best that I've seen so far in Ga. I'm use to going to a much larger one up north, so the size is disappointing. This is the second one that I've been to and they are like compact Chuck E Cheeses. They do have enough to keep small elementary kids busy, and enough games to also keep the parents entertained. The food is expensive for the size, but I'm never disappointed in the quality. Come here if you don't mind spending $40 plus per kid. Also, Chucky comes out every hour or so. The kids love him. This was my second visit and the place just stinks. They really need to get rid of the carpet. I'm sure that would help. My first visit was on a busy Saturday evening for a birthday party. Besides the stench I had no complaints. Today, my visit was at 8:10pm on a Thursday night. I know they close at 9, I know it sucks to have people come in so late when you probably want to clean up and head home, but you close at 9:00pm. The employee taking our order was uninviting and had it written all over his face how much he either hated his job or the fact that we just walked in. The last place I would want to be is a Chuck E. Cheese that smells like feet on a Thursday night, but it was my nephews birthday, my sister gets out of work late so it was the earliest we could go in. We just wanted to eat some pizza and let our 3 kids play for a little. The employees started putting up the salad bar at 8:30pm. Cool, we had zero interest in that. Then, they started vacuuming and cleaning the machines around 8:40pm. For the sake of the time we had for the kids to enjoy playing I didn't ask for their manager, but it was sooooo rude to have them cleaning around our children while they played for bit and ate. We got there early about 15 minutes after they opened on Sunday afternoon 5/1/16. I prefer going to places like that before it gets all germed up. The customer service was decent; I saw the manager walking around delegating tasks and assisting parents in a helpful, kind, manner. The employees mostly teenagers and early 20 somethings had good customer service and were respectful, that was appreciated. This location is known as "the hood" chuck e cheese not because of location but because it's primarily 70% hood people (regardless of race) that frequent this establishment and leave us 30% who want to avoid them to come early as possible. Most of the children were respectful but then again we beat the hood crowd. By the time we left at 2pm that's when the hood boogers started rolling in. There was one hood kid there whom I wanted to spank and his father although a big dude looked like a wuss anyway. This kid put his hands in the sunflower seeds in the salad bar and his father watched him and said NOTHING! you know I said something and requested the whole damn thing of seeds be thrown out.
