We've had such a great experience with Soccer Shots! My child absolutely loves going each week and…read moretalks about it nonstop afterward. The coaches are amazing, patient, upbeat, and so good at keeping the kids engaged while still teaching real skills. What I appreciate most is how positive and encouraging the program is. It's not just about soccer, they really focus on confidence, listening, and having fun. My child has grown so much, both on and off the field. The communication from the Soccer Shots team has also been great, which makes everything easy as a parent. I would 100% recommend Soccer Shots to any family looking for a fun, well-run activity for young kids.

To my shock she woke up the day of the new season and told me she wants to tell Coach Justin how she was stung by a bee about 7 months ago. This shocked me because she has not seen or spoken about Coach Justin since the last season about a year ago. This is a child who often call me mama remembering her coaches name from a year ago! I can not say enough good things about the great job they do here. They manage to keep a group of toddles on a field organize while teaching soccer drills. The foundation of confidence and fair play is woven into the spirit of competitive sports. All in an hr! They pace the lessons very well always keeping the kids engaged by shifting from one drill to the next seeming on the brink of attention colapse. The coaches learn the students name almost instantly to the joy of the kids who pick up on the individual attention. Often child oriented activities feel like a money grab, here I feel I should be paying more for the time. Thanks for all that you do!

I've passed by this place a million times but when out little one started playing soccer here, I finally had an opportunity to check it out. There is an area for batting practice as well as an indoor soccer field. Nothin too fancy about this place but I do appreciate that there are plenty of bleachers available to sit and watch as well as bathrooms available. This place is pretty clean and the staff are helpful if you need anything.

This past weekend, I hosted a family field day and kickball event at your facility. Overall, the…read morestaff members we encountered were courteous and accommodating, which we genuinely appreciated. However, our experience with the manager/owner, Shon, introduced an element of discomfort that cannot be overlooked. In preparation for this event, I visited the location on multiple occasions and had not previously encountered him. His presence and demeanor on the day of our gathering felt noticeably reactive, particularly once it became apparent that our group--comprised of approximately 40 to 50 Black attendees--was utilizing the space. This created an impression that our presence was, in some way, unexpected or unwelcome. Additionally, there was inconsistency and lack of clarity regarding your policies. We were initially informed that external speakers were not permitted. Afterward, we were told we could only utilize the facility's radio system. When we requested a station change to better suit the tone of our private event, the response involved internal deliberation and hesitation. When Shon eventually addressed us, his explanation--though carefully worded--suggested an underlying reluctance to allow what he indirectly referred to as "urban" music. While he attempted to frame this in consideration of "families" and "Christian patrons," the implication was both unnecessary and, frankly, offensive. It is important to emphasize that this was a paid, private event. As such, it is reasonable to expect that the environment would be tailored to the preferences of the hosting party, rather than hypothetical or intermittent walk-in guests. The repeated presence of management circling our group, observing, and intermittently interjecting added to an atmosphere that felt less like hospitality and more like scrutiny. While we remained focused on enjoying the occasion we planned and paid for, the overall experience was undeniably impacted by what felt like biased assumptions and differential treatment. The situation left us feeling uncomfortable and, quite honestly, disrespected. I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and used to reassess how guests--regardless of background--are engaged and accommodated moving forward.
