Rude, unwelcoming staff, especially to neurodivergent kids and their families. We all felt unsafe there.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.

Our twin girls…read morehave been going since they were 3 years old and now they are 6, and they still absolutely love it. It's one of those places that never gets old for them and every visit feels fun, exciting, and welcoming. We've spent so many great days here over the years from birthday parties, to rainy Saturday play days, to making it a tradition to attend their monthly Parents Night Out (which we never miss!). It has become such an important part of our routine, and our girls always leave happy, worn out, and smiling. They look forward to it and constantly ask to go! What really makes this place stand out is the staff. They are genuinely so kind, patient, and caring, and they've always made our girls feel safe and supported. It means so much as a parent to walk into a place where you know your kids are welcomed with warmth every single time. The gym is clean, safe, and such a great space for kids to explore and play freely. It's a place where they can move their bodies, build confidence, and just be themselves ...and that peace of mind is everything. The owners are absolutely wonderful and you can truly tell they care. It's obvious this place is run with so much thought, care, and intention. We highly recommend We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym in Roswell to anyone looking for a safe, clean, fun environment for their kids. And if you're a parent who needs a little time to yourself, Parents Night Out is amazing , it's such a great way to get a break while knowing your kids are having fun and are in great hands. We are so grateful for this place and everything it's been for our family over the years.

Monkey bars, a few different climbing activities including the rock wall. Swings for the babies and they even have a peaceful room. My kids spent most of the time with all the toys. Parents are welcome and encouraged to play with the kids. There was a employee there cleaning after the kids so I can stay organized. It's was $19.99 for one child and $17.99 for the sibling. A session is two hours long which I find reasonable. The goal was to get the kids tired and it worked out exactly that way. My kids did not want to leave and I'll definitely be bringing them again soon!

This was my second time visiting with my little guy and today's visit was even better than the…read morefirst! We came the first time for a birthday party back in 2020 just before the pandemic came and I remember thinking how cool this place was for kids. So while my little one is on winter break from his daycare, I figured we could go visit to get him out the house and let him use up some of that energy from being in the house the past few days. I checked out their website to look for information about their hours and was directed to call or text for the most up-to-date info. I sent a text this morning and received a response within 3 minutes with a listing of the days and times that they are open this week....so I was already giving a thumbs up for customer service before we even arrived. I figured we could go right when they opened and figured there wouldn't be too many kiddos their and I was right! We got their about 5 minutes after they opened and walking in, I was reminded of how many toys and things they have for the kiddos as soon as we walked in. Note - there is plenty of free parking as the playhouse is in a strip mall with a post office, Planet Fitness, and a few other businesses but there was no issue finding a spot nearby. The young lady who assisted us when we arrived greeted us as soon as we walked in and was pretty friendly, let us know that we could go ahead and take our shoes off (socks are required), and took payment - it's $12 for a 90 play session which I think is pretty awesome. We place our belongings in the cubby holes and made out way through the gate (which I much appreciated as it kept kiddos from getting out the play area). My little dinosaur couldn't wait and was super excited so he took off as soon as he received his wristband. There was so much to do! I could tell they've made a few changes since our last visit and there is something for everyone! There's a cute little driving track in the back with a bunch of ride-on cars, play kitchens, a bouncy house, an area for the tiny ones (0 to 18 months), lots of toys, blocks, huge connect four game...I mean there's a lot. I appreciated that all the adults had on masks and I made sure that my little guy has his on but there were lots of sanitizing areas and a few buckets that you could drop dirty toys in. I did wish that a few of the toys were a bit cleaner but it could have just been that they were older but overall I felt this was a safe space in the midst of all things going on with COVID. Truly had a blast and we will be back next week!

The kiddos had fun, but I question the sanitation as I saw two girls 'clearing away' toys and…read moreputting them away without at least wiping with a disinfectant wipe. Kids are magnets for germs and viruses! Two days after visiting, my granddaughters got sick and I contracted COVID and strep throat! Was it related? Not sure, but it was coincidental.

I compare Jumping World to Altitude, which is where I normally go in my neighborhood. Altitude in East Cobb has similar concepts but focuses on primarily jumping on one level. Jumping World, tries to do a number of additional activities including, video games, go carting, bull riding, water weasel wheeling, ninja course, and kids must navigate them on their extensive carpets. Water fountain and bathrooms are centrally located. There is a snack bar with sweets, drinks, and some fast food choices. For birthday parties the pizza was the choice. If you need your kids to release some energy this is a good local option.

Worst part was being badgered constantly by the manager. We had two families and 4 kids in the group. The manager followed us around nagging the kids and parents. Such issues as - you can't push another kid on the swings, a 3 year old was admonished for pressing non functional buttons on broken equipment. We were the only people there but the manager wouldn't allow an older kid to accompany his 3 year old cousin... While some rules were posted, additional nagging activities were made up as we went along so we couldn't enjoy our time. We had to leave early. Don't recommend. If any of the nagging had merit with our well behaved kids - we recommend writing the rules down and presenting them initially instead of the constant raised voice badgering we experienced.
