This is my son's favorite place, the membership is worth it, the place is always clean and well maintained

New and updated equipment made a day of fun and laughter. This catch air had so much to do. From glow in the dark slides to ball pits, trampolines, climbing ropes. My two 10yr olds and friends enjoyed. Will definitely be returning soon!

We love coming here! The staff is always friendly and eager to help! I love that we no longer have to take our shoes off at the entrance and can actually keep them on unless we are going into the play structure! They are constantly updating the venue and it's never dull!

I am always looking for daddy-daughter time and had missed the first opportunities to do so before. Catch air was the perfect solution. My daughters face lit up and it seemed that she couldn't get enough. A great way to get her exercise and have fun at the same time. They also will host birthday parties so this is a plus. You have to take off your shoes to enter the play area but there are storage cubicles and lockers for valuables. The amount of exploration here is endless and it is a great way to spark your child's imagination. Plenty of space to sit and watch your child is available. Once you set up an account it is easy to pay and not all that expensive. In case you have the munchies there is a small concession stand with snacks and drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I accomplished my goal to spend quality time with my family

This place is fun, however the cleanliness is horrible once you see everything climbing around with your kids.

Disappointing! Dirty floors, unsanitary, crowded, and unfriendly staff. We won't be back.

The decor and set was nice for a kid We had our time to jump. We were kindly reminded that our time was up in five minutes As we gathered our guest, a girl LOUDLY spoke across the mic that it was time to go and go now! Urban Air or Catch Air does NOT KICK YOU OUT -not in this manner. Give us time to gather our guest for an adequate head count so we may all exit safely and together. We do NOT need you yelling LOUDLY over a speaker to remind us of anything. It is not packed It was not packed! It wasn't like there was a lot of children. Policies are just that-Professionalism should be that! Redirect your staff to be more professional because reviews like these will keep guest away from your establishment! It's a huge trampoline park, decently clean, clean restrooms. Make note- parking fills up fast! It's directly behind TJ Maxx, Marshall's. They share the same building but it's on the backend. Jump socks required and they have some for purchase. We were greeted by an awesome party host who led us to our party room for pizza, lemonade, cake and some games. Then the kiddos were able to bounce and run around the trampoline park. They have tons of staff walking around and monitoring the facility and checking for wrist bands/smiley face stamps. We had a great time and we would definitely go back.

Urban Air is the kind of place that makes you forget you're an adult for a minute…read more From the moment we walked in, it felt like controlled chaos in the best possible way. There are go-karts (which were genuinely fun), a zip line that suspends you over the entire park, ball pit dodgeball, arcade games, a skywalk-style ropes course jungle gym, a gladiator foam pit, VR experiences, and just about every high-energy activity you can imagine. It's basically a giant indoor adventure park. My son had an absolute blast. Shoes off, special socks on, running from station to station like he had discovered his personal paradise. We ended up signing up for a membership, which felt worth it since friends get half off when he brings them. That alone made it feel like we'll be back often. For parents, there's a café with pretty decent pizza and massage chairs scattered throughout the park where you can actually sit and pay for a quick massage while your kid burns off all their energy. I appreciated that the bathrooms were relatively clean, especially for a place with this much traffic. I skipped the popcorn because it looked a little dried out, but everything else we tried was solid. My only real critiques: staffing seemed a bit thin. Some of the teens working there appeared more focused on chatting with friends than actively monitoring the stations. And personally, I found it a little dark inside, which made it harder for me to keep eyes on my kid. That might just be my "I'm not 22 anymore" moment talking. Overall though, if you have an energetic kid and want a place where they can truly go all out, Urban Air delivers. It's loud, it's active, it's a little chaotic, and it's a whole lot of fun. There are lots of things to do to wear the kids out. Most things were in working order. I hope they maintain the facilities. Definitely recommended for kids.
