It is the coolest exhibit imo but they had a huge train table, tent for pretend play and tons of other educational toys for kids in the other rooms too They also took us down to see the reptile exhibit with turtles, snakes and lizards and it's a scenic route with waterfalls and cool architecture. However, I noticed several children without Platinum Passes being allowed into areas that should have been exclusive to Platinum guests. This made it feel like I paid extra for benefits that were not being enforced. Second, many of the staff members appeared disengaged. Several were on their phones or chatting with one another instead of supervising the children. My child wanted to complete the obstacle course, and the employee assisting my child, whom I believe was named Isabella, simply put the harness on, attached my child to a course, and walked away without explaining how to safely navigate it. Third, there needs to be better staff coverage throughout the facility. I witnessed other children behaving aggressively toward my child, and there were no employees nearby to intervene or ensure a safe environment. Proper supervision could have prevented these situations. (Luckily I keep eyes on my child the entire time) Lastly, the food service was extremely slow, with long wait times that added to the overall frustration. For the price I paid, I expected a well-managed facility where my child would feel safe, welcomed, and properly supervised. I left disappointed with the overall experience and do not feel the value matched the cost.

Granted, it was a weekday around 3 in the afternoon there weren't many people there. When I got arrived there was only one person in the mixed dog run with her dog. When I left about a half hour later, three other people showed up but everyone was in a separate dog run. The people I met were all very nice and I was told that the park rarely has anyone in the dog park area. I found that really odd because it seems like a nice park with a lot of room for your dog to get all of their energy released.

It can be a bit confusing to navigate towards the basketball/volleyball court area, as there's a large library (I think?) you pass first to get through. The GPS will correctly lead you to the appropriate area. There is ample parking and restrooms on site at the park near the courts. Everyone was respectful of others sharing the courts, so we all had a great time. Definitely recommend.

The date…read moreand I were amazed and shocked at the size, number of people, and layout of this place when we visited this past Tuesday evening. Even the kid's playground area had fancy equipment I never thought would be in a park. This place is definitely a hangout area for high schoolers. The skating/in-line skating pits, volleyball pit, and basketball courts were filled as if there were tournaments occurring. This area is in a different part of the park and away from the kid's playground. There is another area (football field) that we didn't get to visit, but I can imagine it to be quite large. There was also a large building that seemed like a library filled with children's books, but I'm not too positive what this could be. I believe there are also walking trails and picnic areas as well. Sadly, I don't think there are tennis courts here. :( This park is definitely great for both the young and old. The best part is that this place is very clean and well lit! This definitely warrants more future visits.
