Trampolines for individual use keep kids safer from injury.
    Brian H.

Great spot for kids to have fun and play in a fun filled environment that is relatively safe although not perfect. I know it's hard to supervise the play area at all times but it seems on weekdays supervision is literally non existent. Parental supervision is limited as well because regardless if you play with your child it is near impossible to keep up with your kids in their playground which has many spaces with low clearance and tight spots that only young ones can fit in. Anyway, the park itself is chock full of fun and exciting things to keep your kids engaged and having fun. Weekdays seem less busy than weekends and the crowds are basically kept at minimum on weekdays that aren't holidays. Parking is readily available in the mall parking lot and prices are reasonable. 4 stars for Billy Beez and a thank you to the owners for having this playground in the mall of Georgia.

Door were open the whole time we were there.

HORRIBLE PLACE - NO ACCOUNTABILTY FOR SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN The entrance doors stood open the whole time we were there. People walking in and out as they pleased. No one was checking wrist bands to make sure you were leaving with your kids. We had a horrible experience at this place. The manager on duty 8/17/24 was extremely rude. We had an issue with the gift cards I prevsiouly purchased for admission. I was told I was not allowed to use them for admission only to find out later that they could be used for admission. The concession stand was rarely attended to. We stood there for over 20 minutes before someone finally came out. Of course, it was the pathetic manager, she saw it was us and turned around and went back to the kitchen. No one showed up again for over an hour. BEWARE: The place is extremly poorly ran. Only saw 2 workers. No one monitoriing the play area. Total chaos! Needless to say we will not be returning!

My family and I have been coming here since they opened this location. Due to the last few experiences we had, we will be looking for another place to take our kids. They're very understaff, the last 4 times I was here the restrooms were dirty and when My husband informed the staff, he was told they're working on it. By the time they cleaned it (20 mins later), my husband had already taken my 8 year old to the mall restroom and was charged a fee to get back in. For years we never had to purchase their socks but we were told at our last visit by their girl in the front (who was very rude) that we needed them in order for my kids to play. There were lots of kids that didn't have Billy Beez socks playing. Some with no socks on at all. The trampolines are not supervised. Anyone is able to get inside whether they purchased that option or not. There's not enough tables and chairs to sit and eat. No outside food or drinks allowed. We were there really late one night and witnessed one of the workers use the same towel to clean the food counter area, hand rail and multiple tables and chairs. How this place scored 100 is beyond me.

First of all, I would say this is a fun place for kids if you like to go shopping and have another adult to watch them! It's really big and have a lot of different sections for the kids to play. My kids didn't want to go home even after three hours later! Yea, of course. Secondly, if you are parents, you probably won't go back second time if you have to be forced to buy their socks, they insisted everyone must wear their branded socks even your kids have their own socks. It was $3.19 for a pair of socks, and I have two kids. I think that is really not necessary. ‍ You can't bring any food and drink, so you will have to spend money in their cafe, which is not cheap. Security wise, they don't have anyone around to watch your kids which is why they let parents to sign the liability waiver. I think it's fair, you are responsible for your own children. I think it's a safe playground for the kids, the hygiene maybe not so much. I'm on the fence of going back.

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

This place is huge. It was a lot of activities to do for all ages if you ask me from toddlers to teens to even high school kids just a day of fun. The staff was pretty much all high school students, which is pretty good because who know kids better than kids sometimes in certain circumstances. We had a party room for about two hours. The food was a no go for me. Absolutely they had pizza not too sure what else was on the menu because after the pizza issue, we weren't no longer interested in seeing what they had to offer at this point we just wanted to play and eat cake that we brought in from an outside. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here. It was very clean a good way to tire the kids out.

I like that you're not held hostage to stay confined to the location the whole time. It's a full day pass so you can come and go as you please for a break with the kiddies to do something else in the area. Cons: No lockers- just open cubbies, so don't bring valuables if you plan to engage with your kids. I had to lock my wallet and keys at the front desk so I could play too. Staff was very nice about it but I shouldn't have to put them in that position to consider that for me. Food is, ehhh...but I don't have high expectations for food in a place for kids. I did love the quality of the cups! Staff: they are new and we went when they just opened up for the day. Staff needs to be at every play station ready to receive kids and assist. We didn't get a chance on the spinning bike or climbing wall- no staff in sight for those attractions when we first got there and later the big crowd came so, there's that. Sizing: to put it politely, be culturally aware of the founders/area and be realistic with yourself and kids! The cars, zip line and spinning bike are petite person friendly! Pay attention to weight limits and please, know your kids and your size limits! That's it, that's all...until next time folks, toodles!

I didn't get to use them, but there are massage chairs available for adults.

The…read morepremise is simple: bring your kids here, let them run wild, and cross your fingers that they burn off enough energy to stop bugging you for at least 30 minutes after. The first thing you'll notice is how big this place is. It's great for sugar-fueled kids launching themselves at anything that looks climbable. And for parents, the size is a blessing. You can move around without feeling like you're breathing in all the germs from the snot-nosed brats. Plus, the sheer scale means kids will burn through more energy just getting from one area to another. So, what's inside? * Bounce houses: Multiple ones, because one just isn't enough to for kids to jump in * A crash pad, for those moments when gravity wins. * A building zone with huge, life-sized Lego blocks, where kids can test their engineering skills--or just create something to knock down. * A giant, 2-story, maze-like play structure where kids can get lost in with a huge slide. * Air hockey, because it's not a real indoor playground without one neglected table in the middle of the area. * A mini gymnastics area, perfect for somersault attempts and the occasional accidental faceplant. * A small-kid zone for the littlest ones, so they don't get flattened by the big kids. If you're here for a birthday party, Dino Dash has that locked down, too. There are multiple party rooms, a pizza package (because pizza is a universal kid food), and drinks. For parents, it's a one-stop shop: book the party, show up, and let someone else deal with the logistics. Now, let's talk about the real MVP: the parent amenities. First, there are massage chairs. A thoughtful touch, though I'm not sure how relaxing they are when you're calculating how much this is all costing. (Hint: it's not cheap.) Still, at least your back gets a little attention while your wallet takes the hit. They've also got a nursing room, which is a rarity in places like this. Major points for thinking about the moms juggling babies and toddlers. Snacks and drinks are available on-site, though at a bit of a premium. There's a selection of sugary snacks and drinks to help kids get their energy back for more crashing and jumping into things. Whether you're looking for a sugary boost for the kids or just need something to tide you over while they burn through another round of energy, you'll find it here. As for the cost, you get all-day access with no time limit, so feel free to let your kids get their fill of playtime. Here's the breakdown: * Infants are free * Kids cost between $10-$20, depending on their age and when you go. * Adults? You get two free per kid. Not bad. Oh, and don't forget your socks. It's a socks-only zone. If you forget, they'll happily sell you some at the front desk. Because of course, they will. If you're looking for a place to kill a couple of hours while your kids expend enough energy to (hopefully) sleep better tonight, Dino Dash delivers. Sure, it's pricey, but it's clean, well-thought-out, and packed with enough activities to keep most kids entertained. Plus, with the massive size, you won't feel like you're trapped in a petri dish of kid germs. So, grab your socks, a credit card, and your patience. It's one of the better indoor playgrounds around and a solid investment in your sanity. Just remember: tired kids = happy parents. Or at least happier ones.

Birthday Party Review…read more This place is a hidden gem for a birthday party for a child between 4-8, maybe 9. So for the reviews about 12+ year olds, I think that is too old of an age for most activities. This place is by Kitchen wholesale places so you really would not know it existed. It is not far from Slingshots (aka old BJs Wholesale). When you enter it is just a front desk where you sign in and a party room to drop off your shoes and such. I was wondering WTF?!? Anyways, the staff pumps up the kids and gives each one a glow bracelet. The birthday kid gets a brightly colored tie dyed shirt. Then....they open the next door and BAM! You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids. They have soccer and basketball nets, they have a mini mini golf area (thus better for younger kids) and a ball shooting thing. These bounce houses for the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I don't think you can just walk in here like other places so you may need to call and find out the "free play". It was great because there were maybe 30 kids there, most with the party we were with. They have chairs for the parents to sit in which is also a perk. I know that they order in pizza for the parties, but we didn't stay long enough for that. Overall, super cool place off the beaten path.
