Wow, Chuck E. Cheese. Somehow, I've managed to avoid this childhood rite of passage. Yes, I know, I've been deprived. My strict Asian parents probably thought this place would distract me from my studies. Why let your kid have fun when you can just force them to do Kumon and go to Saturday school? I walked in with some pretty classic stereotypes about Chuck E. Cheese: mostly involving a mess of food, sticky floors, and suspiciously germy walls. I mean, what's a childhood without exposure to some sort of questionable bacteria, right? But shockingly, it wasn't nearly as chaotic as I imagined. It was actually... clean. Tidy even. Now, when you walk in, you've got two options for play: time-based or per-game. If you're smart, you go with the time-based option. Unlimited game plays for a specific time because if you're here for any reason other than to play endless arcade games and waste your kids' energy, are you even really at Chuck E. Cheese? Plus, you get a one-time "pause" when you need to eat, which is a nice move. Speaking of food, let's talk about the pizza. Now, I know you didn't come here for a gourmet meal, but let's just say the pizza is... adequate. I wouldn't go as far as calling it "delicious," but hey, it's pizza. It's there to keep your kids from collapsing from hunger while they endlessly bang on skee-ball machines, pretend to play basketball, and kill video game zombies. You're not exactly going to find a slice on par with Di Fara's in Brooklyn, but who needs that? This is Chuck E. Cheese, where kids can be kids, and kids will eat anything that resembles pizza, even if it's basically frozen dough with cheese. Speaking of arcade games, they've got all the classics: skeeball, basketball hoops, the usual suspects. But here's the thing that really breaks my heart: no more physical tickets. Instead, it's all digital now. You don't even get the satisfying feeling of hoarding a massive pile of tickets that smell faintly of mystery germs. The kids these days will never know the joy and disgust of collecting those little slips of paper, only to exchange them for a plastic trinket worth less than a peso. Shakes cane. It's all on your card now. Now, if you're thinking about bringing toddlers or kids under 5, I'd say skip it. The games are mostly too advanced for them, and they'll probably just wander around aimlessly, wondering why they're surrounded by flashing lights and a hyperactive rodent mascot. But somehow, my 4-year-old managed to have fun, probably just from sheer sensory overload. So maybe it's fine? Or maybe they just get distracted by the colors. Oh, and about those creepy animatronic puppets? Gone. Now it's just a TV screen. No more watching a slightly off-key Chuck E. Cheese stumble through a song with that weird, unblinking stare. I guess kids today don't need to be psychologically scarred by animatronics that are clearly malfunctioning after being used a few thousand times. They'll have to find new ways to be haunted in their sleep. There is, however, a bounce house. But it's an extra cost, and you have to reserve it. The bounce house is like the VIP section of Chuck E. Cheese. Don't even think about trying to sneak in there unless you've made a reservation. All in all, I think Chuck E. Cheese is a pretty solid choice for kids ages 5 and up. It's a great birthday party venue or a place to let your kids burn off all that excess energy. Just don't expect much in the way of quality food or profound life experiences. we spent almost 50 dollars on cars and didn't even get anything but that doesn't what was upsetting My little sister ordered a giant warm sugar cookie and it came out as a chocolate chip cookie but it was also very undercooked. the edges were burnt and the middle was slush. and there was so much oil in the cookie it was disgusting. we ended up using almost 8 napkins just trying to soak up all the oil that was on top of the cookie. This is a fun place for kids, because there are lots of video games. The machines no longer take tokens. You can purchase a game card with a specific amount of time for playing games. You simply insert the card in the machines and play as many games within the amount of time. The place is over-priced. They have coupons and email offers, but these are geared towards purchasing a large pizza with one topping. Michael, the person who helped us, was friendly and welcoming, but he tried up-selling us on everything. First, you can upgrade to an extra large family size pizza for $3.00 more. Then you can add extra toppings for $1.99 each. Each drink costs $2.79 each. 15 minutes of game play for one person costs $5.00. This is not the type of place I would visit frequently, but it's a nice place to take the kids on occasion. My one complaint is that they only offer Pepsi products. There are two drinks machines, and they could easily offer Pepsi on one side and Coke on the other side, but they only have Pepsi. When Sukuna said we were going to Chuck E. Cheese, my standards were low. But when I got here, my experience was quite exquisite. The staff, they were amazing! They all worked together so well! They reminded me of my 3 students. Next, the Pizza! The pizza was so fresh and hot! I loved it! I also tried their cotton candy which was so sweet, and as someone with a sweet tooth, I can say it was amazing. Sukuna told me that when Chuck E. Cheese comes out, he would have an aura around him which would remind me of many powerful people who I met in my days. I would also like to thank these 2 workers who were there! Call before you go and ask how many machines are out of order. I counted 5 last time. Possibly think about applying a discounted rate when your top games are out of order. This is probably one of the best Chuck E Cheese's locations and experiences that I've had since I was a child. I had the pleasure of visiting to celebrate my younger cousin's son's first birthday party. My cousin chose the party package, that included pizza, cake, dipping dots, beverages, and party favors. The package also gave two hour playing cards and this allowed our kids to play their hearts out. The service was outstanding from the staff and they're a variety of games for children of all ages. As long as you get her early, you stand a better chance at escaping without a massive headache. ;-) My boys love coming here and we come at least once a month. They open at 11am Sun-Fri and if you can get here right when they open, you'll sometimes find lots of tickets in the machines. They always have coupons online, so be sure to check them out. This post is more about Covid measures. All of the tables have the "do not sit here" sticker on them. So, because of that, people just sit where they want. It would make better sense if every other table had that sticker. Temps are taken at the entrance, hand sanitizer upon entry is mandated. Masks are supposed to be enforced, but they aren't. A good 30-40% of the adults/kids are not wearing one as they are walking around and playing games. The staff wears one, but they do not enforce it on patrons. Salad bar is obviously gone. You can get a salad in a to go container. It contains iceberg lettuce, a few tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion. Would feel more comfortable returning during Covid if they enforced their stated policies. read more

For birthday parties for kids younger than 8, this is the place to go. It's super cheap and the parties are well managed/organized and the pizza is really good. It's better than Dominos and Pizza Hut in my opinion. You get bonus tokens and tickets for the birthday boy/girl. The games are fun and there is a variety for kids of all ages. Absolutely one of the cleanest and friendliest locations I've visited! We are here on a rainy Sunday. Soooooooo busy and we arrived when door opened! But staff was ready and capable to handle the crowd! Just Cashari was just amazing as I asked her dozens of questions to get a good deal and she patiently answered. One of the kids card stopped working and she took care of the problem without hesitation. We will definitely return to this location. There's a hiring sign out front. Also, the new "pay for unlimited game time" is the ultimate rip off if you have more than one child (so just get one card and run around swiping for everyone). Man, times are changing! Took my daughter here for the first time yesterday. There were exactly 2 people working the floor. There was one employee at the register, and one at the door to stamp hands of parents and children. The woman at the register also had to man the prize counter. Since plates and silverware are not available, we had to go to her for those things and she had a long line of people waiting to order food. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. When it came time to get our prizes, we had to wait 20 minutes for the people in line to order food before the one employee could come over and give us prizes. This place has potential, but someone who knows how to run a business needs to come in. read more

What a great day with my 5 year old. It was her birthday and we decided to make it a fun day. A Monday morning is a perfect time to go. For a birthday party, The host had several different tables. I still had to do a lot of cleaning up and serving. There wasn't a lighter "because people steal them". The ticket blaster was horrible, by the time my kids got in there were hardly any left and the special birthday ones with 100 or 500 on them were never added. The tables are so close together there is hardly any room. The lady running the cash register was so rude and unfamiliar with how the parties and tickets went. I had to walk back and forth between her and my hostess to understand how much tickets my gets were to get for a voucher. We had my Son's third Birthday party here yesterday. We had a lot of fun! All the children had a blast and us parents were surprised that the pizza was really good. It was very affordable. Our party host Amelia was amazing! She was very sweet and put a lot of effort into making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we were having a good time. The manger on duty was awesome as well. She introduced herself and checked back with us to make sure everything was okay. The only thing is that it can get busy. I mean, super busy. How this location has more than 2 stars is beyond me! THeres a review a couple posts down that talks about them NOT stamping the hand OR checking and yet they were given 4 stars?!?!?!?! Really!?!?!?!? ANyway, we went here at 3:30 to avoid chaos and the busy rush, and man oh man, talk about employees that seem to NOT CARE about a darn thing that happense there. Every other game we went to was not working. Went to take a pic in the fun shot, it then had an error message that said see attendant. After going up to the guy, he said, "here's a token, i'll send someone out (aka go away I don't care)." My sweet son waited there, I told him he could play and I would follow up. THat original guy saw me coming back and walked to the back. Then I found another guy and he said, oh man that sucks, don't use it. We've been having issues with so many games. I'm like, um? Generally someone knows how to restart? fix? resolve? the problem. Nope, not here. THey had taped 2 games, unplugged a couple others while I was there, and then just left the others malfunctioning. The manager, Genesis, didn't bother to do anything despite her attention being requested. Half the time I saw ppl waiting at the counter for someone to help them. Chuck E came out, did the dance, then some other employee threw tickets from the back while all the kids sweetly sat looking at Chuck E. FInally, the bathrooms. WOW! Talk about need of health dept attention. COming from amazing Cali, I was shocked to see not one, but almost the entire one side of games requiring 2 tokens! It might be a GA thing, but not one CHuck E cheese's in southern cali requires more than a token for ANYTHING! THe sketch a picture...I fainted when I saw it required 3 tokens! This is a really nice Chuck E Cheese. Everything is very clean and the games seem new. I have been there for other kids Birthday parties and then I had my own kids Birthday there. Both were great. I recommend booking the earliest time slot if you are having a bday on a weekend day. Its nice because its not very crowded yet. My child has been there as a 3 year old, 4 year old and 5 year old and totally loves it. Pizza is pretty good, but mainly I would go for my child anyway. read more

Go during the week and the crowds are less. We had great service upon arriving in recommendations for packages for my family etc. We left our drinks in the table while playing and they cleaned it up but had no problem giving my daughter another cup for a refill when we asked. We even had a machine break moon us and the young guy was quick and happy yo help fix the machine. We have actually booked a bday party for this summer too!
