Came here for a birthday lunch with my wife and 1 year-old. Didn't expect much, but was blown away at the quality of food and quality of service received on a random Thursday afternoon. The lunch special for $15 has to be the best deal money can buy. The Caesar salad with fresh shaved Parmesan was absolutely delicious. The pizzas are so authentic and flavorful. I am a tough critic when it comes to good Neapolitan pizza.... Campania arrivals some of the best I've ever had. Not only was the food, exceptional, but Liam delivered outstanding service. He was attentive, he was caring, and he made our visit pleasant and relaxing. I cannot say enough about how good his service was. You can tell when servers are just doing their job, versus when someone is truly passionate about serving guests. Liam is passionate, and it shows with his interactions. We will definitely be back soon, & I would recommend Campania to everyone. read more

We had a pretty good first time experience at Campania. The charcuterie board is top tier! It's a beautiful selection of meats and cheeses, and well worth the price! We also the Arugala and Prosciutto pizza with white sauce. The way they treat the arugula with lemon juice before applying it to the pizza really adds a whole new dimension if flavir and it's REALLY good! The location is tucked away in a strip mall, but don't let that steer you away, it's worth checking out! read more

The food and service is always 100%. This is our neighborhood hot spot, they are always busy so be sure to make a reservation, yes even on a weekday. The inside dining area is small and tight but dim and the bar is always buzzing. They are making the pizzas to the left of the dining area so you can see all the dough being made, it's pretty cool. We always split the Mediterranean salad, and the lasagna special on Friday nights for $19 is my fave! It's literally a brick read more

While the service is always fantastic when we eat in the restaurant, the 800° oven seems to consistently burn the crust while under cooking the middle... every time. They always forget to put the requested extra sauce on the pizza and never ever supply the blue cheese for the wings when we get takeaway. It's local, and we always want to support local businesses, but we are on the hunt for a new pizza place. read more

We went in at 5:15 and were told it would be 30 minutes by two novice hostesses. An hour later we still weren't seated and tweedle dumb and tweetle dumber couldn't tell us a time for a table. $50 at the bar and no table. What seemed to be a manager ignored me while at the hostess stand while he was telling the dumbs to not seat people. No explanation, just done seat people. He didn't even look up to see me standing there. We won't be going back, there are many Italian places around us. read more

Some of my favorite pizza OTP! Used to come here for the wine Wednesday deals, but now I find myself coming for the delicious pizza and great service. For starters, the fried ravioli and the caprese salad are my go-to's, but the Caesar salad is also fantastic. As for pizza - they are all incredible! My favorites include the Margherita, Sofia, and the Arugula E Prosciutto. They also offer an array of paninis and a few pasta dishes, but I honestly have yet to branch out from the pizza because it's just that good! Mostly indoor seating with a bar area, booths, and tables, but they do offer a couple of outdoor tables out front in case inside is too busy (and the weather works out). As I mentioned, service has always been top notch and it seems like they don't have a lot of turnaround with the staff which is always nice to see. Always love my visit to Campania! read more

Food and staff are top notch! I have tried many things on the menu, and never been disappointed!

First time, recommended by our friend. Met him for lunch! Calamari was SO GOOD. Lite, fresh, great sauce & pretty good portion for $12. Pizza- oh my GOSH- seriously DELICIOUS! Straight from Italy (not that I've been, but the oven from Italy, the chef trained in Italy & ingredients from Italy- done properly! Server was sweet & knew the history behind the restaurant & seemed to genuinely appreciate the care taken to bring authentic to the community! Pretty good lunch crowd too! The patio is fresh, bar window & plenty of seating. Great place to chill! Parking behind the restaurant, but a small lot. I'm sure other parking, but I was not in the front seat to see. We will be back!!!!!! read more

Kate was our waitress--excellent job! We knew her from a restaurant in Canton. Great server and so personable. We love her. The food was excellent. We had lasagne and pizza. The only thing I would have changed was the lasagne could have been a little warmer. It was lukewarm when it was served. Disappointed in the bread choice but overall, we liked it and will be back. I ordered pizza to go while at the bar about 30 minutes before closing on 3/10/24. I was greeted by an employee outside telling me to order at the bar, but I was not greeted by the gentleman at the bar. Furthermore he helped another customer that came after me, before me... The pizza was ready in about 20 minutes. I got the Margherita pizza for $17. It was a decent pizza but not worth a revisit due to my experience. There were only 6 slices and it was thin. They have a private parking lot and a patio. If you're looking for wood fire pizza in the area, give it a try you may have a better experience. read more

"When the Cup Runneth Over... with Profit, Not Mercy" I recently visited Campania, hoping for a moment of refreshment and fellowship. Instead, I was served a cosmo priced like it had been blessed by angels and aged in Solomon's cellar. $19 for a splash of spirits and Cointreau and cranberry? That's not hospitality--it's highway robbery with a garnish. Let's talk markup. The bottle of vodka (the entire bottle) costs less than $30 retail. A single pour? Maybe $1.50 worth. Yet here I am, paying over tenfold, while the server smiles like Mammon himself wrote the menu. Actually the server was in a bad mood, so there were no smiles. I'm not against profit--Proverbs says, "The laborer is worthy of his wages." But this feels more like "Woe to those who add house to house and field to field until there is no room left." (Isaiah 5:8). In other words: greed dressed up as service. I'd love to see: * Transparent pricing * Reasonable markups * A drink menu that respects both the customer and the craft Until then, I'll be sipping water and praying for reform. Campania isn't the only dining spot to do this, it's a runaway train in the restaurant industry. I love Campania but shocked at the drink prices. I can wait to drink after coming back home from dinner. More water, please? read more

We stopped in to try this place for the first time tonight, but unfortunately it will also be our last. The ambiance was cute, though not quite as polished as the photos. Service was fine overall--friendly enough, just a little low-energy. The food was decent. The meatballs had okay flavor, but the portion felt a bit small at three for $15. For pizza, we ordered a Margherita ($16) and added sausage ($4), which turned out to be the same as the Salsiccia ($18) but without ricotta--so we ended up paying more for less. It also would have been nice if half-and-half toppings were an option. Since the restaurant wasn't busy (only two other tables and a few people at the bar), it seemed like a simple request that could have been accommodated. Instead, my daughter had to pick off ground sausage from her slices. We also tried the Tartufo, but the rosemary flavor overpowered everything and we didn't get any truffle notes. Lastly, there's an extra charge for using a credit card, which left us with a less positive impression at the end of the meal. Overall, I didn't think it was worth $61 plus tip for 2 meh pizzas and 3 meatballs. While the place has potential, the combination of portion sizes, pricing quirks, and lack of flexibility left us feeling hesitant to return. With a few adjustments, this place could be so much more enjoyable. I really hope management takes heed. read more

We tried Campania tonight. What can I say. The place is casual and cozy, our waiter was very kind and professional. Pizza was just ok. The ingredients are good however the crust seemed to be missing a few house of rising process. It was hard and chewy when hot, super chewy when colder. We had to Spritz and they were good. No dessert as we were in a hurry. I was hoping to have found a pizza I like close by...nope, still driving to Woodstock! read more

This Alpharetta location of Campania has the same great menu as their Crabapple location. The pizza here is always a winner. We love the funghi one, as well as the spice salume. I love that the calabrian chiles they use are already chopped. Other places like Antico give you whole ones. I would say the ambiance here is nicer than the Crabapple location, at least on weekend nights. They dim the lights low and it can definitely be used as a date spot. The Crabapple location tends to be more families, in my experience. We will continue to visit both locations for their terrific pizza. read more

I used to love this place. Their salads were amazing. They changed the bowl. Smaller salads now but same price. $15 for Mediterranean salad that was honestly about 10 bites of food. Pizza are still pretty good. But the wait was ridiculously long because we ordered meatballs on the side and they were cold by the time the pizza came out. And the place wasn't even busy. I hope they step up their act. Maybe I just caught them on a bad night. read more

Campania made it really easy to make a reservation online and then modify it to a table of 9 via phone. I'm pointing this out specifically because some restaurants don't even pick up the phone anymore nor can they make accommodations like that. The food was FANTASTIC! Great service and lovely drink options. Would definitely come here again! I'd be stupid not to! The pizzas I got to try were: * MARGHERITA DOP (DOP means it's the same ingredients that they'd use it Italy and this pizza was a classic beauuuutyyyyy of traditional flavors) * TARTUFO (WOW WOW incredible white pizza) * SPINACI E CARCIOFI (anything with artichoke on top is going IN MY BELLY and I'm so glad it did!) I also ordered the calamari as an appetizer and ate about 80% of it. LOL Sharing is hard when I love the dish too much :) Thank you again for such a great experience! xx read more

SUCH good pizza. Thin crust with quality ingredients. We ordered the Mista (sub salami for spicy pepperoni). The pepperoni and sausage was a great combo. Make sure to ask for a side of their tomato sauce because it tastes so fresh. We also ordered a sausage panini with Caesar salad, but I would pass on the paninis and stick to the pizzas here. Delicious food, great ambiance, and house music? A no brainer. Come with friends or family for a fun and intimate dinner! read more

YOU ARE AN OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMER. Direct comment from the manager. Eight years ago I gave this restaurant a perfect score. The food, the service and the ambiance was perfection. In the past 8 years, we have been to this restaurant probably 80 times. Over the past year, we have noticed a decline in quality. But, we kept going back. Several months ago our pizza was burned. But we kept going back. At one point, their beer taps were on the fritz and unable to provide cold beer. But we kept going back. Today, we ordered the same pizzas we have ordered for the last 8 years. They were smaller and with fewer toppings. For the first time ever, we ask to speak to a manager. We were the only customers in the restaurant and the manager came out to speak with us after ten minutes. He responded to our comments in an incredulous manner and accused us of having complained before. Which we had not. (The previous time we had seen this manager, we complemented his bar staff). We again told him that, we wanted no recompense, but the portion size/quality was different. He then accused us, loudly, of being OBNOXIOUS CUSTOMERS. We were so disappointed that, what was once was our favorite pizza restaurant, had declined to a point where the manager felt that a personal verbal assault was his only possible response. We can only hope that this review resonates with the owners because the response we received from your manager today was beyond unprofessional. And we hope it does not represent the views of the ownership. read more

Not a big fan of thin crust Pizza but Campania has made me one now. Yes, after trying out at different places this Wood fired Thin Crust pizza stands out for the distinct smoky flavor it comes with and especially the house made Marinara sauce. The toppings were too good. We ordered a plate of Rosetta but it was more like tiny cheese Pizza slices. Wasn't too good or too bad. The Tiramisu certainly had layers of cream, cocoa powder and of course the cake underneath. It was absolutely ecstatic! My picks: Pizza and Tiramisu read more

Went here for a casual dinner. It's moodier inside than I expected but it was a nice surprise. The service was fine. Overall, the restaurant is just okay. The food isn't better than average. I've paid less for better Caesar salads. The pizza was also just okay. The salmon was the only thing worth talking about, it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The food looks great but is lackluster. I wouldn't come back or recommended to anyone if they asked me for a great Italian spot. Too many good places to have just average. read more

Perfection. One word that sums up the pizza at Campania. Pizza has been on my mind for a few weeks. So so so happy we decided on Campania! Placed a phone order and in 12 short minutes we were told our pizzas would be ready! Parking and pick-up were easy breezy; we were on our way back home in no time. We ordered the following: Salame (spicy pepperoni) $16 Polpetta di Vitello (veal meatball) $17 Spinaci e Carciofo (spinach and artichoke) $17 I will admit, all 3 pizzas did not make it home safely. I had to treat myself to a road slice - I went with the Salame. It was phenomenal and is tied for my fave of the three. The Salame pizza had an abundance of you guessed it.. salame. I so appreciate a nice amount of topping so this was a lovely treat. The salame curled perfectly in the oven and was the perfect amount of spice and saltiness. It really is so good. The Spinaci e Carciofo I enjoyed so much more than I'd anticipated. All of the veggies were delightful, it was both sweet and savory - with a healthy punch of fresh garlic. It is as close to perfect as I think veggie pizzas will ever go. It is so tasty and different. Hubby and I already decided this one is a must for every order. The Polpetta di Vitello was another really good option. Hubby loved this one, I preferred the Salame, but it really hinged on personal preference. The meatball was really well seasoned and also felt like a very "different" pizza than the usual. Overall, this is one of the more pricier pizza options, but oh so good and worth every penny! I really am a firm believer of you get what you pay for. This was $54 well spent for sure and we will absolutely be back. The crust is chewy and crunchy at the same time in the best way. Toppings are flavorful and thoughtful. The pomodoro is perfect. I am actually so glad we ordered so much more than we needed, because now I can have more tomorrow.. or later! Cannot wait to be back! read more
