I've never been to a Chuck E. Cheese's and never really expected much but my son got stuck in the tubes at the top of the restaurant and none of the staff seemed to notice. There was only 3 people working. It took us 20 minutes or so to be seated and no one stamped our hands which I'm told is pretty standard. We walked out with our son and no one checked our hand. My daughter recently got an invite for a birthday party - Saturday night at a Chuck E. Cheese. (Insert eye-roll here). BUT...this is the cleanest and best-staffed CEC I've been to. The Chuck E. Cheese's near Northpoint has the greatest service out of all the Chuck E. Cheese's I have been to with my family. I'm making this claim because of the great experiences I've had with my children's birthday parties at this location. A few years back, I had my party here with a male server, and it was alright. Recently, we had our five-year old son's party here, and we were fortunate enough to have Niki as our server. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we walked out, she went above and beyond for our party! As soon as she met us, she introduced herself professionally, walked us to our table, and made conversation with both me and my wife, as well as our kids (they absolutely loved her) -- which is a lot more than I observed other some other waitresses doing. Niki walked us through our party specifications, food order, and the timing of the show making absolutely sure that we were aware of the details, so there would be no surprises. All throughout the party, she checked up on us, gave us forewarning of anything we needed to know like when the food would come out, and explored different options with us making sure we were happy. Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also put on a fantastic performance with Chuck E. Cheese. Whoever was playing Chuck E. Cheese during our party was so lively and in tune with the video dialogue. Once we sang happy birthday and passed out cake, Niki took our son into the ticketblaster and made him feel extremely special! Our party ended soon, and Niki was polite enough to ask permission to clear away trash and waited until most of our guests left before reviewing the bill with me and my wife. She got straight to cleaning after the bill. It was amazing because she seemed so organized trying to lead her entire team of waitresses to set up for the next parties. I loved the experience my family had mainly because of Niki. She really seemed to care. I suggest that you request Niki for your next party if you want to sit back, relax, and have a good time! Also, it is wise to have your parties at the earliest time slot offered because they gave us 120 tokens free! Most importantly, be aware that the party servers can only accept CASH TIPS; there is no gratuity line, which I think is extremely unfair! read more

I always hated chuck e cheese until I encountered this location--it's bright, cheery and has really good games for kids of all ages. I generally go around noon on weekdays with my daughter, so I can't speak for other time frames...but each time the staff has been SO enthusiastic and polite, really interacting with the kids and multitasking. I always go with a coupon and feel the for around $20-30 for one kid and an adult to eat and drink and play games with the tokens provided in the bundle for an hour---it's a good deal! Plus, the pizza is really really good and there's always enough to take home. Noting customer service, today I bought a pizza with a coupon and was overcharged $2. I pointed this out to the employee on hand and she said it was a new computer thing she couldn't control. She asked if I wanted a refund and I said no, it's only $2. Shortly after, she arrived with 25 tokens for the inconvenience---which I thought was a nice gesture. All in all it is a meticulously clean environment with good pizza and an excellent way to spend a couple hours for essentially what you would pay to sit through a movie. Also, may I add that chucke himself appears frequently and does exactly what he does in the commercials, which is nice to see the commercial hype on TV live up to the standards it lays out. read more

I had a birthday party to my 5-year-old bot at Oct-22-2017, 11 am location- 925 North Point Drive Alpharetta, GA 30022. the 2 hostesses were not around all party long. I had to look for them all the time. Some of the kids didn't receive any pizza slices, no drinks were offered to the kids, I paid for 19 kids in total, but received only 3 medium pizzas. I was really embarrassed not to have enough pizza to all the kids, and no drinks. when I needed more cards, I had to run around and look for the hostess she was not there, I had to go into the kitchen to get some help but she didn't help at all, and was really rude in front of my guests. when I wanted to order more food (since we were missing pizza for the kids, I had to go and look for some help, again no hostess was found, I have to go to the kitchen and ask for more food). i asked for the manager to get some sense in the big mess, but the manager just I had the worst customer experience. I am disappointed, I am embarrassed for not having enough food for the kids, and I will NOT recommend this place to anyone I love. read more

My family and I have been to many Chuck E Cheese and even used to go to this one often. Lately the last few times have not been very enjoyable. The staff that work there are pretty blah and for a kids place don't seem all that enthused. My son hit a bonus on one of the games and it was out of tickets, so I went to tell an employee. They gave my token back and said they'd fix it, however my son was pretty bummed he lost 40 tickets. After that there were 3 other machines that did the same thing and for the hour and a half we were there not one of them got fixed. It's bad enough they raised the prices of the machines last year, but it wouldn't be bad if you actually won the tickets owed. They also took a few machines out and didn't replace them with anything else. A lot of the other Chuck E Cheeses have games that are much more fun and work with friendlier staff. With the outrageous prices you pay for their drink and food packages you'd think you'd receive a better experience. It'll definitely be awhile before we go back there. I first visited this location when my twins were three for a birthday party they attended. While we had a lot of leftover tokens, the noise, the meltdowns, and memories of all that kept us from coming back until today, almost 5 years later. After reading the reviews on here about service, broken machines, and cleanliness, I dreaded returning, but from the hand-stamping lady at the front until the moment we left, I was pleasantly surprised. An employee cheerfully and patiently helped me exchange my tokens for a card, employees were present everywhere, and one man appeared to be hard at work fixing machines for the duration of our visit. He even gave my son a receipt for tickets that a malfunctioning machine generated. Children that were present were well-behaved and accompanied by adults, parents counseled their children on letting others in line play, and I even had a positive interaction with the nice teenager who carefully checked our handstamps as we left. At the end of our visit, I remarked to my children how we had only had positive interactions and my girl sagely noted that maybe the people giving bad reviews had broken the rules and gotten in trouble. I have to agree. This place is much better than I remember. read more

Great service, food selection (even gluten free pizza), and clean. Best time to go is in the morning on a weekday. It's less crowded, thus easier to find your child(ren). The games are fun and plentiful. Some aren't so hot, but there are enough machines you'll have fun. Expect to spend about $15-20 on games for a couple hours. $10 on food. They have a great salad bar located near the registers which is ideal so staff can make sure kids aren't digging their hands into the croutons which I've seen at the Cumberland location. 5 stars if they had the whole Chuck E Cheese animatron band. They only have Chucke E Cheese and the rest is a video screen. Chuck E Cheese comes out about every hour and does a dance and throws prize tickets in the air. A must for the kids. My 3 year old son & I went to the Chuck E. Cheese near North Point Mall, and the food at the salad bar was terrible. I was so disappointed in the food- everything I tried was tasting bad, like spoiled tomatoes, cantaloupe, & lettuce. The pasta salad was really yucky. I can't believe they would serve such awful food to children who can get sick easily. All I could eat at the 'all-you-can-eat' salad bar were the crackers because they were in plastic packaging so safe to eat. My son did like a few of the games, but overall the place didn't feel clean. read more

We just had our twin 6 year old boys birthday party at this Chuck E Cheese today. Shakema, the manager and our party host, the facility, and the food FAR exceeded my expectations. My kids had a blast and compared to the many other places we researched, the costs and service included with the party package was unbeatable. I would highly recommend this location to other parents looking for a one-stop-shop birthday venue. read more

Horrible customer service. It took about 20 minutes to someone to come help us at the gift counter. My daughter wanted cotton candy, well we would of have to wait another 20 to 25 minutes to have it ready. What a ripoff! read more
