Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I was told bookings require at least seven days' notice, so it was not possible. The online system also would not allow me to reserve because it was within the week. I asked to speak with a manager and explained this was for my 4-year-old's birthday. She confirmed I could not book a room but said many families celebrate at a table instead. She also stated I could decorate the table and bring my own cake, though outside food was not allowed. Based on that information, I adjusted my plans. I limited the guest list to six children, brought simple Spider-Man décor, and purchased a $60 cake. When I arrived with my two young children and began setting up the table as discussed, a staff member approached and told me I needed to remove the decorations because I did not have a room. This was confusing and embarrassing, especially after confirming details in advance. I explained the prior conversation, even providing the date and time of my call so they could verify it. No one was willing to accommodate cutting the cake at the table or allow us into a room for even ten minutes to sing Happy Birthday. When I asked to speak with a general manager, I was told their team understands the rules. The tone suggested I was trying to bypass policy, which was not the case. I had followed the instructions given to me. Being told I could "reserve a different day" while guests were already present felt dismissive. The inconsistency in communication created unnecessary stress on what should have been a simple children's party. Clear, consistent policy explanation and a willingness to find small solutions would have made a significant difference. On a positive note, my son enjoyed playing and was happy during his party. That mattered most to me. I only hope management takes feedback seriously and improves communication so other families do not experience the same confusion.

All the horses had beautiful horns and painted hair (like pastel chalk that does not hurt them). All animals are under the most wonderful care and we are given instructions on how to approach them and observe them. Amongst many things we saw a baby chick being hatched, baby bunnies, adult bunnies, donkeys, sheep's, horses, pigs, pony's, goats, doves, chickens, roosters, chicks and of course UNICORNS! Staff was out of this world helpful!! So sweet and kind. It was a hot day and they let my little nephew play in the clean water they had to cool off! We even got a tractor ride! They have a beautiful tree swing and so many cute picture spots! Pack a picnic (but be careful not to throw any food on the ground the animals each have specific diets and we wouldn't want them to eat anything that could hurt their stomachs). Also there is hand sanitizer but I would suggest bringing some soap and water if you want to wash your hands. Just ask for the best place to do that! They have a pretty Montessori style here. You're given help in approaching the animals and donkeys sheep and goats are sitting all around and you can walk around and pet them. There are brushes set aside for you to brush them too!! The more attention specific animals like the bigger bunnies were handled with the wonderful caregivers! Allowing people to hold the more socialized animals even! Also the unicorns were beautiful with flower leis and gorgeous horns! Absolutely a must to do for any birthday, field trip, or just a way to get kids used to animals in a wonderfully comfortable setting.

Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking
