Ray's Pizza, Famous Original Rays, Ray Bari ..... notice a theme?! When I grew up in NYC it didn't matter which "Ray" you went to. They were all delicious. The pizza was cheesy with the right amount of grease (that was a good thing!) sometimes so hot you'd burn the roof of your mouth -- but it didn't matter. The crust was pliable, not too thin, certainly not thick. Just right. Then I moved to Georgia and was introduced to buffets: mediocre pizza, a variety of toppings, cardboard-like crusts ... and salad. I like a salad bar. And when you're with a child who doesn't know from the good stuff, you compromise your palate and go with the flow, taking said child to your neighborhood CiCi's. Well, the child is up and grown and I hadn't been to one of these places in ions. Driving by with a grumbling stomach, my husband and I said, 'why not?!' and ventured in. Just as I remember. No better, no worse. (Though they've added chicken soup to their repertoire. I doctored mine up with cheese from a slice; it wasn't half bad!) My favorite pizza here-- meriting more than 2 stars -- is Cici's spinach pie. Even the crust is better than their other pies. It's unlikely I'll return in the foreseeable future, but I'll admit that lunch today was okay. There's definitely a market for restaurants like this: all-you-can-eat, reasonably priced -- a dollar discount for seniors -- and a number of choices. At 1:00, the place was hopping! read more

I had not been to this restaurant in many years. I was pleasantly surprised. They have added an option where you can order a pizza of your choice in the event that they don't have what you want on the buffet. The entire staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I can't see myself visiting this restaurant frequently, but I'll definitely go back again. read more

Customer service is great nothing to complain about. Food was good nothing to bad would have been better if they had more option. Some of the fountain drinks were watered down. Arcade place was not that great . Bathroom was surprisingly clean not all places have there bathroom clean. Something i really recommend is the chicken noodle soup and there buffalo pizza. read more

CiCi's pizza buffet have come a long way. Along the way we saw Stevie B's was making some splash and since everyone likes new things they all rolled with them. I was a vegetarian at that time and I also did stopped by Stevie B's and ordered a vegetarian white pizza. The pizza was the wettest pizza that I've personally had tasted. I asked the worker there and made my claim of being wet and soggy. She stated that they use canned mushrooms/vegetables over fresh ones hence the cheap cost to eat there. I had never gone back and it seems like they all left town. I also found out CiCi's own their own farm and they use fresh vegetables. Yet their pizzas are on a cheaper side compared to that of Stevie B's. This CiCi's location has always been great. I had never been here when the pizzas weren't good. I think this place and the one at Cartersville, Ga are two of the great CiCi's locations. Today as I'm writing this I am sitting here enjoying that fresh pizza and their salads. read more

This place has gone seriously downhill in the last year. Almost all the booth seats in the first row are broken. Out of 10 machines in the play area, 5 of them are claw machines, 1 filthy and worn Namco machine, which is so old there is Pac-Man ghosting the screen on Galaga, 3 filthy racing games. The toys in one of the claw machines are filthy, and some are placed right by the glass so it's physically impossible for the claw ever to get them. Told someone, who had limited customer service, who didn't seem to care... and didn't fix the problem. When I got there the pizzas that were out were dry and old. The desserts were half eaten and dry - they didn't get swapped out for the whole hour we were there. Neither did the pasta. NEEDS RENOVATION - food, staff, games, and cleanliness. read more

Cheap, but you get what you pay for. The pizza just isn't all that. My favorite thing was the salad bar. I wish it had a little more on it, but it had the essentials. The staff was friendly and they kept putting fresh food out so that was nice. The bathrooms were however pretty gross unfortunately. They smelled like raw sewage. Will we come back? Maybe if our friends want to or we need to take some kids somewhere, but not on our own. I think this is a good place to bring kids or a big family for the value and kids love pizza. read more

Classic. Been coming here since I was a kid. Came by alone today to fill a craving. I haven't been in a long time. The pizza is decent the atmosphere is clean, the arcade is a nice for kids. However don't expect to win any prizes. Great place for large families with kids that don't want to spend $100 on dinner. If you ask them at the buffet bar for a certain type of pizza they will cook it fairly quickly and set it out on the buffet. Desert apple pie pizza is a classic and completely unique to this place. You can also just stick to soup and salad if you're not eating bread or meat. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because they haven't really done anything new in like 7 years. It was EXACTLY how I remember it. Which is a good and bad thing. Nothing new, like maybe adding a gluten free pizza option at the buffet or placing some vegan meat options at the salad bar. Ok so confession... I'm not a fan of pizza AT ALL, however anyone who has kids understands how one can get stuck doing something they're not fond of so here we are! There was a pretty good variety of pizza, and it appears that there may be certain "pizza's of the day" which is pretty cool. My boys enjoyed a few plates of pizza, salad, pasta, and desserts... Best part is that it was only like 3.89 per kid and I got an order of buffalo hot wings fried crispy. Those were actually really good as well! I want to give it a 3.5 but I opted for just a little lower. My boyfriend loves Cicis. He use to go all the time back in Alabama and his youth. I, on the other hand, do not really partake in pizza very often. But being so sweet, I didn't offer any injections when this place was picked. There are two doors awkwardly leading to the same place in front of the register. They do not do student discount, but honestly, with these prices, I don't blame them. Two buffet plus a drink was like...14 dollars? Not bad. So if you haven't been to a cicis, it is a pizza buffet. It is what kid's dreams are made of. The pizza was pretty thin, but I like thin crust. My favorite was their bbq chicken. Back in the day, you would tell them what pizza you want, and they will make it. Now, you can write it on a piece of paper and they can make the pizza you want. You will get one of those buzzers when your pizza is done. I got the super flat bbq chicken pizza and it was my favorite. The bathrooms are very clean when I went. I didn't see or notice any odor or anything that would tell me I needed to leave. The people working were friendly enough. All smiles. The restaurant itself seems like it needs an update. I used to come all the time and stopped because the quality had gone downhill. Decided to give it a try again tonight and they completely changed up how stuff is done! Terrible service, somehow worse food. We went on 3/14 and the manager at the cash register was so rude. He gave me my total and I said I thought it was $3.14 today and he said, rudely, "you have to ask for that" how would I know when they advertise this special and I had called hours prior to confirm? Then he gave me the new total which still seemed off. I paid, and on my receipt saw my two kids weren't charged the promotional price. He said that was for adults only, which was not specified. There were maybe 3 old pizzas out when we arrived. Slowly, they were able to get pizzas out but the quality was terrible (but hey we spent $3.14 so can't complain much I guess?) most of the beverages were out of order or out of syrup. Being too lazy to whip up some Pinterest inspired Super Bowl food, I decided to try the to-go option of this CiCi's. And it's decidedly decent. They had more to-go options that I originally thought, so it took my awhile to create my order. My only problem with this experience was the sweet woman working the register. I asked what the difference was between a super supreme and the ultimate veggie and she didn't know. She had to go in the back and ask. When I asked how many breadsticks came in the pack, she had to go in the back and ask. When I had a question about the large salad, she had to ask. She may have been new, but bless her heart, she was really nice about it. I'm glad no one was in line behind me though. I finally ordered the large ultimate veggie ($9) with garlic breadsticks ($2.50) for 14 of them and a large salad ($4.49). They have me a to-go box to get my salad while they were preparing my pizza. This place doesn't have the ultimate salad bar like Sweet Tomato, but it'll do for the basics, lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc. I loaded that box to the brim! In total, it took less than 10 minutes for my pizza and breadsticks. The pizza is definitely the mediocre quality you'd expect from Cici's. The crust isn't the best because it's flimsy, but it's good. The toppings were fresh and the sauce wasn't too overpowering. It's your basic veggie pizza. The breadsticks have won over my heart though. Warm, soft and basically drenched in butter and garlic seasoning, these babies are the reason I wore sweatpants while watching the game. Next time, I'm just going to order the large to-go salad with breadsticks. They also have a "pick 6" type of option, where you can get different slices of their specialty pizzas to-go. Cici's has some good food but over the years I got tired of the disgusing display some of them put on. This location is different, and you can tell as you pull up. Unlike another pizza buffet that shall remain nameless *ahem* the employees here are so friendly and do their job well (without looking abaolutely miserable.) From the gentlemen who greeted us to the older man taking the trash they were all great. I also noticed that they constantly had fresh food coming out eventhough they were closing in an hour. This is my first time at this location, it looks new. By far its my favorite location. The buffet is large and has a great variety. If there is something you crave and it isnt on the buffet just ask and they will make it for you or for the buffet (your choice). The employees here are also very friendly and helpful. There was only pepperoni pizza and an old buffalo chicken pizza. Wasn't sure if they were making any so I waited and still nothing. Really came for the spinach and veggie one. There was also a whole empty section (where there should've have been more pizza). This is a $5.99 pizza buffet...you know this before you go in so don't expect artisan cheese and organic ingredients. I love the fact that they have ALL the ingredients listrd on the website. I eat clean about 95% so I have to be careful about the preservatives, hidden MSG, and chemicals in food. You can check out the website and eat accordingly. Everything has soy in eat (but what fast food restaurant doesn't these days). I can eat here without feeling bad physically afterwards like I do when I deviate from my clean eating. The service was really great. They kept the pizzas coming our quickly and very accommodating. I always have them make our pizza because of dietary limitations. It's fast and fresh. The salad bar has a decent variety. Brocolli would be good to add.. The mushrooms were a bit brown. The onions weren't as crisp but again it is a $5.99 buffet. My 6yo son was fine with both and said they tasted fine. The tea was sweet to perfection (which is big for my son and I since we don't drink soda). As previous Yelpers have mentioned, you cannot expect top notch quality or much variety due to the low price. The salad, pasta, and soup bar is quite lacking.
