Rarely leave reviews but I'm disappointed in the order I received this evening from this location. The service was decent but the pizza was basically overcooked crust and the cheese bread was thick undercooked dough with a greasy layer of cheese on top. Waste of money! read more

This is now our go to place to order pizza delivery. We have some "picky people" in our household and Papa Johns or Pizza Hut doesnt cut it, so we have to look elsewhere. We would get Mellow Mushroom or Antico if we could get it delivered as effectively as Peace Love Pizza or ... this place ... Marcos. We were PLP Fanatics for the longest time, but on a whim decided to try out Marcos. The pizza was good. They are right down the street from us, so the pizza is hot and fresh and the breadsticks are always a good find. We also order their Family Size Greek Salad...very good. Our fav way to order (for two adults and two young kids) is an XL Pizza - half pepperoni and half whatever the adults want - a family size salad and cheesy bread (which is usually free if you do the survey on the receipt). read more

Came on here and was surprised at the low score. Those must be old reviews because this place is great. It checks all the boxes I need for my local pizza shop. 1. Consistently great pizza: used to hate how pizzas were so inconsistent based on the day you ordered. Marcos has delivered a great pizza every time. You have quality ingredients and the toppings are just right. 2. On-time and Fresh: this place is always on time which is important with two toddlers. I used to get free pizzas all the time from competitors who couldn't deliver my pizza within one hour. Not anymore with Marcos and that is a good thing. 3. Fair prices and good coupons: always amazed at how reasonable my bill is. Offer fair pricing with useful coupons. I have never written a review for a local pizza shop before until now. Good employees, fine food, nothing to write home about but also nothing to complain about.

I would like to say good things about establishments, but this place sucks. the inside is a mess...stuff everywhere. the employees don't wear gloves, they drink and eat in the food prepping area and also wall in and out the prepping area alternating between eating/drinking and prepping pizza. Update: easy 40+ minutes after the management contacting me and essentially threatening me to take my review down because "that kind of timing is impossible based on our delivery system". Tried this spontaneously tonight while running errands. We were delightfully surprised. I was expecting poorly tossed together cheap pizza but the product was one made with careful hands. The young lady on the phone was so polite and even called me back to clarify and make a correction. When we arrived a young man excused himself from the customer who was waiting and addressed us to ask the order name. He checked and said it would be ready shortly then again apologized to the waiting customer (seemed to be getting order directions on his phone) and returned to waiting on him. The young lady who took our order rang us out and corrected a price discrepancy on a coupon she offered us. We saved money! We ordered a large deluxe, medium cheese, small pepperoni no cheese (dairy allergy), wings, & a Greek salad. Our deluxe had lots of toppings and looked neat. The cheese pizza looked liked it had double cheese, and our youngest enjoyed her pepperoni no cheese. We will be coming back to this location. read more

Well, if you enjoy hair in your pizza... This is the place to go. Mushroom cheese and hair xtra large pizza. Looked like arm hair from a man with light brown or red hair. Got it to go and discovered the hair half way through the pizza. When we did a csi investigation we remembered the guy making the pizza in the back had extremely hairy arms. We will go back to Jets or papa johns. read more

A few days ago, I called this store and ordered a pizza for delivery. This was my first time getting pizza from this chain. Never again will I do business with any Marco's Pizza store. This particular store charged my debit card twice for the same order. I noticed it within 5 minutes of placing the order since my bank sends me a text message each time a charge is placed on my debit card. I immediately contacted the store. Within a few hours, I also contacted the customer service line for Marco's Pizza via the 800 number. I'm appalled that none of these people offered or agreed to solve the problem. Instead, my bank is the hero of the story. They fixed the problem without dealing with Marco's directly. I was flabbergasted at what the Marco's people told me. When I spoke with a young man at the store, he told me that "Time would tell" regarding the processing of the duplicate charge. Remember, I paid with my debit card. So my bank had automatically deducted the amount of each charge from my available account balance. My available account balance had dropped twice even though I made only one pizza purchase. Frankly, I wasn't interested in passively waiting to see what time was going to tell me about the extra reduction in my available banking balance. So at the store level, I was shocked at the cavalier response of the staff. Furthermore, the store manager could not detect the duplicate charge in their system even though my bank was clear that it happened and my available balance had been reduced twice. So I called the national customer service line for Marco's Pizza at their 800 number. Surely, these people would have some compassion for the problem and a problem-solving approach. I was shocked by the additional foolishness that I encountered. The customer service rep told me that the duplicate charge would drop off of my account automatically, as always happens. I asked the rep if they were in the habit of charging people twice for the same order. I told her that I was harmed nonetheless since the duplicate charge had already reduced the amount that was available to me in my account. Furthermore, I didn't want to spend the time and energy on checking my account everyday for the automatic thing to happen. The rep hung up on me during this call. In the past, I have routinely ordered pizza deliveries from Papa John's, Domino's and Pizza Hut. Never have I been charged twice. So I was shocked that the Marco's people were telling me that the situation would be resolved through "time telling" or "automatic" procedures. Frankly, their procedures had left me with an erroneous reduction in my bank account. I had no faith in these people. My bank is the hero of this story. We waited for the first Marco's charge to close and post to my account. Then the bank quickly credited my account against the pending duplicate charge. So my available account balance was restored to its rightful level. I love the fact that my bank did not even bother to deal with Marco's on this. I guess that once they heard my story, they decided not to waste time by contacting the pizza chain. If I were you, I'd avoid these Marco's people. They shouldn't be so careless when people entrust them with debit card numbers! read more

This location can definitely do a better job at on time delivery. Tips should be based on service but the online ordering site forces you to tip prior to rendering of service. I don't mind tipping on my end as long as Marco's follows through on there's. I don't mind waiting but an hour and a half later is ridiculous. You are better of with the carry out option. Keep in mind I literally live around the corner. read more

Best pizza I have had from a delivery joint! It really is good pizza. I love how fluffy the dough is, the meat they put on the pizza is big and delicious. The delivery time beats all other competitors! When you have hungry kids, time matters! The two times I've ordered from them, I've had my order in about 25 minutes. How awesome! After a delivery snafu that had a sizeable group of pre-teen girls in the doldrums, Marco's made the mix-up RIGHT in the blink of an eye! The manager, Sarah, turned everyone's frowns upside down. She provided AMAZING customer service over the phone, and she went the extra mile to personally deliver new fresh pizzas that were hot & delicious! Sarah is a SUPERSTAR (she deserves a raise) and Marco's Pizza is still super tasty! Can't wait to enjoy the food again. read more
