However, this location really missed the mark all around. The bowling and games in particular are not well-maintained. - Food: We ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza but they later told us the kitchen had run out (even though it was 6:30pm at the beginning of the week). The seasonal fruit that came with the kids meal was a very meager portion of 2 tiny watermelon pieces. - Bowling: They initially gave us Lane 5 but the right bumper was stuck in the up position. The worst part was that they admitted they knew that it was broken. On top of that, just a short while later, they gave the same lane to a new group!! I couldn't believe it. They reassigned us to Lane 6, which also had a broken bumper (half of the left bumper was gone). - Games: many of the games were broken and we wasted game points on them. The VR headset kept getting loose when we tried to put it in the tightest position. The basketball game to the very right didn't register points. The soccer game was not working at all. The bouncing tile game was missing tiles. One of the large basketball games got the balls stuck in the net. Overall, I would not recommend this location and would try to avoid it if I could.

(1) The bowling ball kept getting jammed which delayed our game on lanes 13 & 14. Our 3rd lane had no problems. (2) I was asked if I wanted my group to eat 30 minutes early due to them having a larger group that will be eating the same time as us, (we made reservations), (3) I was told they would get our order for which kids wanted pepperoni or cheese pizza, then they young lady told me I did not select it on my reservation; however, I told her I was told we would give our selection before you cooked the food, (4) the Air Hockey pucks did not come out when we swiped the cards to play and the balls did not come out for Skee Ball. They had everything from prime rib and salmon to pasta, rice, Brussels sprouts with bacon, green beans, and more. Everything I tried was delicious. The drinks were another surprise. I had no idea they had such a unique cocktail menu! They had so many fun and colorful drinks, and every one I tried was really good. She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

We understand that this is a huge group (16 of us) and that we would have to be patient with them as they are with us. So everyone puts in there orders. First wave comes out... I noticed that all the food is cold. Not ideal but the food was good so whatever. Second wave comes out, again the food is cold and peoples orders are missing. Fine. We are a big group, it happens. 3rd wave comes and they are seemingly trying to land the plane with us, finalizing anything that may have been missed while also getting refills. One of my friends that was a part of that first wave was still waiting his burger that he ordered (he had informed them twice at this point). 45 mins later the waiter checks on us again... My friend still doesn't have his burger. Cool AGAIN this is a big group... It happens. My side of the table who got all their food are ready to play some games now. Walking over to the bowling desk, Carl was helpful in getting us set up and grabbing a lane that we wanted, close to the wall. Lance 1 was out of order, so we got a couple games in on lane 2. With two people it was very affordable, instead of paying by the hour for cosmic bowling. Less than $30 which is a great deal. Afterwards, we decided to play the Marvel coin and card game that my brother and I started in May. We spent the good part of an hour just trying to collect the missing cards for sets that we could get. Both my friend and I sat there for about 75 minutes. One machine went down twice, but Nate came over and made some adjustments and we were able to continue without losing credits or time. Nate knew what he was doing since both times we were back and playing within a couple minutes. As we were in a rush to get going for our dinner plans, we walked back to the counter and Andrew explained how to redeem full sets of the (9 total per set) Marvel cards for 3,000 tickets. Individually the cards are worth 50 tickets each. Andrew was patient and explained our options as well, in order for us to know the best way to set up my nieces and nephew the next time we come back to bowl and play games together as a family. The cost is relatively cheap... it only takes about 45 mins for 4 to get through 18 and it is a pretty course. It's not real hard but challenging enough to make it fun! We didn't keep score but I'm pretty sure my oldest beat us all... at least he thought so.
