DinoDash Indoor Playground

We attended several birthday parties here, and it generally is a huge hit with the kids. The space…read moreis clean, well-organized, and spacious. There are tons of activities for the little ones, including bounce houses, climbing structures, slides, and even foosball. One of the features is the designated area for smaller kids. The entire facility is socks-only, and they sell them if you forgot. They also provide slippers for kids and parents using the bathroom. I didn't get to use them, but there are massage chairs available for adults.

Dino Dash is an indoor playground, or as parents know it, a controlled-chaos energy sink. The…read morepremise is simple: bring your kids here, let them run wild, and cross your fingers that they burn off enough energy to stop bugging you for at least 30 minutes after. The first thing you'll notice is how big this place is. It's great for sugar-fueled kids launching themselves at anything that looks climbable. And for parents, the size is a blessing. You can move around without feeling like you're breathing in all the germs from the snot-nosed brats. Plus, the sheer scale means kids will burn through more energy just getting from one area to another. So, what's inside? * Bounce houses: Multiple ones, because one just isn't enough to for kids to jump in * A crash pad, for those moments when gravity wins. * A building zone with huge, life-sized Lego blocks, where kids can test their engineering skills--or just create something to knock down. * A giant, 2-story, maze-like play structure where kids can get lost in with a huge slide. * Air hockey, because it's not a real indoor playground without one neglected table in the middle of the area. * A mini gymnastics area, perfect for somersault attempts and the occasional accidental faceplant. * A small-kid zone for the littlest ones, so they don't get flattened by the big kids. If you're here for a birthday party, Dino Dash has that locked down, too. There are multiple party rooms, a pizza package (because pizza is a universal kid food), and drinks. For parents, it's a one-stop shop: book the party, show up, and let someone else deal with the logistics. Now, let's talk about the real MVP: the parent amenities. First, there are massage chairs. A thoughtful touch, though I'm not sure how relaxing they are when you're calculating how much this is all costing. (Hint: it's not cheap.) Still, at least your back gets a little attention while your wallet takes the hit. They've also got a nursing room, which is a rarity in places like this. Major points for thinking about the moms juggling babies and toddlers. Snacks and drinks are available on-site, though at a bit of a premium. There's a selection of sugary snacks and drinks to help kids get their energy back for more crashing and jumping into things. Whether you're looking for a sugary boost for the kids or just need something to tide you over while they burn through another round of energy, you'll find it here. As for the cost, you get all-day access with no time limit, so feel free to let your kids get their fill of playtime. Here's the breakdown: * Infants are free * Kids cost between $10-$20, depending on their age and when you go. * Adults? You get two free per kid. Not bad. Oh, and don't forget your socks. It's a socks-only zone. If you forget, they'll happily sell you some at the front desk. Because of course, they will. If you're looking for a place to kill a couple of hours while your kids expend enough energy to (hopefully) sleep better tonight, Dino Dash delivers. Sure, it's pricey, but it's clean, well-thought-out, and packed with enough activities to keep most kids entertained. Plus, with the massive size, you won't feel like you're trapped in a petri dish of kid germs. So, grab your socks, a credit card, and your patience. It's one of the better indoor playgrounds around and a solid investment in your sanity. Just remember: tired kids = happy parents. Or at least happier ones.

This place is huge. It was a lot of activities to do for all ages if you ask me from toddlers to teens to even high school kids just a day of fun. The staff was pretty much all high school students, which is pretty good because who know kids better than kids sometimes in certain circumstances. We had a party room for about two hours. The food was a no go for me. Absolutely they had pizza not too sure what else was on the menu because after the pizza issue, we weren't no longer interested in seeing what they had to offer at this point we just wanted to play and eat cake that we brought in from an outside. I highly recommend you to bring your kids here. It was very clean a good way to tire the kids out.

I like that you're not held hostage to stay confined to the location the whole time. It's a full day pass so you can come and go as you please for a break with the kiddies to do something else in the area. Cons: No lockers- just open cubbies, so don't bring valuables if you plan to engage with your kids. I had to lock my wallet and keys at the front desk so I could play too. Staff was very nice about it but I shouldn't have to put them in that position to consider that for me. Food is, ehhh...but I don't have high expectations for food in a place for kids. I did love the quality of the cups! Staff: they are new and we went when they just opened up for the day. Staff needs to be at every play station ready to receive kids and assist. We didn't get a chance on the spinning bike or climbing wall- no staff in sight for those attractions when we first got there and later the big crowd came so, there's that. Sizing: to put it politely, be culturally aware of the founders/area and be realistic with yourself and kids! The cars, zip line and spinning bike are petite person friendly! Pay attention to weight limits and please, know your kids and your size limits! That's it, that's all...until next time folks, toodles!

Birthday Party Review…read more This place is a hidden gem for a birthday party for a child between 4-8, maybe 9. So for the reviews about 12+ year olds, I think that is too old of an age for most activities. This place is by Kitchen wholesale places so you really would not know it existed. It is not far from Slingshots (aka old BJs Wholesale). When you enter it is just a front desk where you sign in and a party room to drop off your shoes and such. I was wondering WTF?!? Anyways, the staff pumps up the kids and gives each one a glow bracelet. The birthday kid gets a brightly colored tie dyed shirt. Then....they open the next door and BAM! You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids. They have soccer and basketball nets, they have a mini mini golf area (thus better for younger kids) and a ball shooting thing. These bounce houses for the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I don't think you can just walk in here like other places so you may need to call and find out the "free play". It was great because there were maybe 30 kids there, most with the party we were with. They have chairs for the parents to sit in which is also a perk. I know that they order in pizza for the parties, but we didn't stay long enough for that. Overall, super cool place off the beaten path.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.

They also offer a lot in house extras like balloon decor, cupcakes and face painters, etc. Their packages do include decor (bare minimum) but I purchased all my own, the only items purchased from them was the food and the ballon decorations. The food was really good and I found out they order from the Hudson Grille that is in the same plaza. My one complaint would be the event coordinator Meg! It was even more baffling when I found out that Meg is also an owner, which is disappointing that her customer service skills are below subpar. There was a miscommunication with the decor set up, which wasn't the problem it was how she handled the situation. She was very rude and disrespectful so much so that the other ladies on the staff had to keep apologizing for her rudeness. I will also say I had to call and leave several voicemails and send an email before she called me back leading up to the party which I wasn't a fan of. The day of the party the other staff members were so helpful and accommodating with bringing my vision to life I really appreciated them. I probably won't be back because bad customer service has a lasting effect but it it a really nice facility and all the kids enjoyed themselves.

I recently hosted my son's 4th birthday at Catch Air Atlanta and left feeling disappointed by how…read morethe situation was handled. Six days before the party, I called to reserve a room. I was told bookings require at least seven days' notice, so it was not possible. The online system also would not allow me to reserve because it was within the week. I asked to speak with a manager and explained this was for my 4-year-old's birthday. She confirmed I could not book a room but said many families celebrate at a table instead. She also stated I could decorate the table and bring my own cake, though outside food was not allowed. Based on that information, I adjusted my plans. I limited the guest list to six children, brought simple Spider-Man décor, and purchased a $60 cake. When I arrived with my two young children and began setting up the table as discussed, a staff member approached and told me I needed to remove the decorations because I did not have a room. This was confusing and embarrassing, especially after confirming details in advance. I explained the prior conversation, even providing the date and time of my call so they could verify it. No one was willing to accommodate cutting the cake at the table or allow us into a room for even ten minutes to sing Happy Birthday. When I asked to speak with a general manager, I was told their team understands the rules. The tone suggested I was trying to bypass policy, which was not the case. I had followed the instructions given to me. Being told I could "reserve a different day" while guests were already present felt dismissive. The inconsistency in communication created unnecessary stress on what should have been a simple children's party. Clear, consistent policy explanation and a willingness to find small solutions would have made a significant difference. On a positive note, my son enjoyed playing and was happy during his party. That mattered most to me. I only hope management takes feedback seriously and improves communication so other families do not experience the same confusion.
