Shanika G T.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location during a birthday party I booked and paid for. When arriving I was greeted and told the party room was still being cleaned. That's no problem, I appreciate a clean room. Although, the ladies restaurant was not very clean and did not have any soap. I notified the front worker. I asked were we able to have ice for the drinks. We were told yes. An hour later, we went to retrieve the ice and were told that the person that checked us in told us incorrectly. At that point, we were not able to go get ice from a store as the food was being served. Upon entering the party room, the floor was wet from a spill from a previous party. We were all wearing socks so our socks were now wet. The room comes with a table with a plastic table cloth with a happy birthday sign hung on the wall. We provided our own decorations. Once it was time to eat, we received two cheese pizzas. One appeared to be undercooked. Our party time ended at 5pm. However, usually the establishment closes a couple of hours afterwards. After we finished paying, we were then told we had to leave the entire place as there was a private party booked. We were never told, nor given advance notice that we would be kicked out directly after our party. Our party payment included admission for 16 children and per their own rules, once you pay you can play all day and even come back. The children in my party including my daughter, whose party it was, were heartbroken. Had I known in advance I would have arrived earlier as we only got 75 minutes to play. For the amount that was paid, this is totally unacceptable. The professionalism from the manager Aniya when I spoke to her, was lacking. We will not visit this location or book another party as we were very disappointed with the level of customer service we received.

We celebrated my son 2 year old cousin birthday here. 1 and under is free so I was able to attend for free. You must wear socks. If you forget to wear some or you decided to wear flip flops don't you worry . You can purchase socks for $2. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome I it's small but powerful place I love that they offer a section dedicated to our toddlers that is trying to walk or already walking. Parking is super tight and you have to park across Ejemole street.

Parking: Easily available Price: Very good comparing to other indoor fun parks for toddlers/children Cleanliness: This is an issue. I had to stop my toddler from picking up a sprite can on the floor 5 times in 1 hour. Finally I picked it up and threw it away. They harp on being clean but I found an empty Easter egg that my toddler picked up, empty wrappers for snacks, straw wrappers, and empty snack pouches on the chairs. I wasn't impressed at how the workers there were not walking around and cleaning up after children. Loved the idea of the cotton candy machine - super neat! I always bring my own disinfectant wipes where I go so thankfully I can wipe things down easily but the lack of upkeep is kind of ridiculous. This place has very good potential if they are able to keep up with things but if not then this place won't be here much longer. Very good idea for when it's rainy and cold outside but only when it is executed properly. There's nobody enforcing any kind of rules and probably two people working so I'm not sure how it works especially with the kitchen.

The toys are old, broken, no batteries and dirty. This place needs a major upgrade. I like taking kids there but too dirty.

Are the Party’s here worth the price?Do they host extra activities for the party’s?

I definitely think the party is worth the price. You can't beat the price for a private party. I'm not aware of extra party activities. It was just free play.

I recently held my daughter's 5th birthday party at Hippo Hop and I would highly rate the experience.

Cool Play Area For Kids…read more I'd give it 3.5 stars but 3 is love so I have 4. Facts: $16 for my 4 year old. Positives: Alexander says his favorite part is the jump around floor video game. And air hockey. Fun little obstacle course line in the beginning. Alexander loved running and jumping on it. Octagon bounce jumper is good due groups of kids together. The end blowup the coolest part. Climb up and slide down inflatable. My son loved the cotton candy machine! Reasonable priced food court. We didn't get food to rate it. Negatives: Viking axe throwing needs some new Velcro in the axes. They don't stick anymore. Would be cool. Foosball Table needs some replacement bolts from ace hardware. Bathrooms need better bleach cleaning. Tips to business: The negatives are easy fixes. Then a couple more add on items to fill the place out would make this place great for the little ones.

The bouncy houses, the jungle gym and even the food area was nice. He also got pizza and a juice box (which was included in the ticket I purchased online). For only $16 plus tax you can't beat that. The ticket was for all day play as well, so we could stay as long as we like. I enjoyed so much I can't wait to come back. The customer service was really good too, which is very important. The workers/owners were really nice and attentive Bathrooms were pretty clean as well for it to be a children's place, I appreciated that a lot!

Upon arriving, we walked in and was greeted by a manager he let us know we have an hour of play time before we have access to the room. Once had access to the room, we had 20 mins to set up, which our party coordinator, Jada, really showed her strengths. Once the room was set up, our guest were allowed to enter. We had 40 mins to enjoy the snacks we provided and pizza from the venue. We were allowed to bring a cooler and prepackaged foods. We had charcuterie, fruit, drinks, chips, candy and cupcakes. The pizza, fries and chicken tenders were provided by catch air. They do have a full kitchen with many hot items, a limited coffee menu, plenty of cold beverages, ice cream, candy, snacks and cold sandwiches. Overall impressed with the food aspect, the buffalo chicken pizza is worth a try. The bathroom facilities are clean and the play area is expansive. Your kiddos will not run out of things to do regardless of age. The under 4 area was not lacking. They even have a toddler area up on the second play level. Ari took our pics and was extremely professional. Can't recommend this venue enough.

On a fundamental level, I would not recommend having a birthday party here to anybody. Like another…read moreperson said, they rush birthday parties and have not fully trained their staff. This is to no fault of the staff however it was painfully obvious that they had not been trained as there was a lack of consistency from room to room for the birthdays. Staff did not know that decorations could not be taped to the ceiling, staff did not include a happy birthday display for the celebrants, staff did not help clean the room ahead of the next party, and staff were VERY rude to the parents and guess of the celebrant. The process to check in was not bad. I actually like that they put invisible stamps on family members which staff then check upon departure to ensure that you are leaving with the correct child and did not just sneak in unpaid. Overall, the children had a lot of fun playing, however, I would never book a birthday party here for the simple fact that they don't know how to handle them and for the price that they're charging I don't think it's worth it.

Glow Galaxy - Very clean and lots of room for multiple groups.

Birthday Party Review…read more This place is a hidden gem for a birthday party for a child between 4-8, maybe 9. So for the reviews about 12+ year olds, I think that is too old of an age for most activities. This place is by Kitchen wholesale places so you really would not know it existed. It is not far from Slingshots (aka old BJs Wholesale). When you enter it is just a front desk where you sign in and a party room to drop off your shoes and such. I was wondering WTF?!? Anyways, the staff pumps up the kids and gives each one a glow bracelet. The birthday kid gets a brightly colored tie dyed shirt. Then....they open the next door and BAM! You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids. They have soccer and basketball nets, they have a mini mini golf area (thus better for younger kids) and a ball shooting thing. These bounce houses for the cleanest ones I have ever seen. I don't think you can just walk in here like other places so you may need to call and find out the "free play". It was great because there were maybe 30 kids there, most with the party we were with. They have chairs for the parents to sit in which is also a perk. I know that they order in pizza for the parties, but we didn't stay long enough for that. Overall, super cool place off the beaten path.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.

They also offer a lot in house extras like balloon decor, cupcakes and face painters, etc. Their packages do include decor (bare minimum) but I purchased all my own, the only items purchased from them was the food and the ballon decorations. The food was really good and I found out they order from the Hudson Grille that is in the same plaza. My one complaint would be the event coordinator Meg! It was even more baffling when I found out that Meg is also an owner, which is disappointing that her customer service skills are below subpar. There was a miscommunication with the decor set up, which wasn't the problem it was how she handled the situation. She was very rude and disrespectful so much so that the other ladies on the staff had to keep apologizing for her rudeness. I will also say I had to call and leave several voicemails and send an email before she called me back leading up to the party which I wasn't a fan of. The day of the party the other staff members were so helpful and accommodating with bringing my vision to life I really appreciated them. I probably won't be back because bad customer service has a lasting effect but it it a really nice facility and all the kids enjoyed themselves.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. A great place for kids to play and a nice place to have a birthday party because they offer that as well! 10 out of 10.
