I had my nephews for the weekend and I needed something to do that was relatively inexpensive but still fun. I stumbled upon HippoHopp thanks to Groupon. A pass for two for $15! And they had WiFi so I could work while they played?? Sold! Parking was easy. They don't share their lot with any other business. The space is a decent size , with bounce houses and air hockey. The staff was younger, and not really engaged. Similar to what other Yelpers reported, but that wasn't a big deal since I wasn't hosting a party and I honestly didn't need anything besides the WiFi password. They had a space to order food even though I didn't see anyone there and their bathrooms were pretty clean. Overall, my nephews had fun and it's an option to consider if I need to do something last minute and inexpensive. read more

You just pay for the child and can buy tickets online for the specific day (no time limit), but check if there's a Groupon deal going because it could be even cheaper than the online ticket prices. You will still need to use the Groupon to buy the ticket in advance online though and buying tickets online involves filling out a waiver form. My toddler isn't quite 2 yet and took a bit to warm up to this space even though we came on a weekday morning with what seemed like mostly nannies and kids. Not too busy but the inflatables were a bit intimidating for my little one and then she eventually warmed up. There's an infant area too but I would have loved to see some pretend play like a toy kitchen. It's a really affordable play area though and there's no limit to how long you can stay, so you can eat there and I even saw massage chairs haha read more

This place is a decent indoor excursion/activity center for kids. Appropriate when you need to tire your kids out or if it's raining and all other options fall through!! They do have a strict sock policy (kids and adults need to have socks on), and their admission prices are cheaper online vs. in person. Highly recommend you buy tickets online and bring your not so favorite pair of socks with you. Cubbies are available on the side to leave your shoes and lockers in case you need to store any valuables. They have a few bounce houses, a small-kids section, a painting area, and a few obstacle courses to keep children occupied. Plus they have a snack and food area in case you or your kids feel hungry/thirsty. We carry a water bottle every time we go there but there are options. Every time I've been there staff seems disinterested but again as long as I can get in and out without issues I don't care. Overall for the price, this place is decent. I'm not sure how clean/sanitized this place is but the stuff there is in an ok condition and the kids love it so can't complain. read more

Attended for a one year old birthday party 12-2 window. I myself had a 15 month old. There were a few different areas for different age groups. There was not a lot of play options, but definitely a variety for different age groups. I wish the areas were supervised by staff (or parents) more since the infant/toddler area seemed to be so popular even bigger kids were there. One or 2 people were far beyond the limit of the "no shoes" only areas and in the play areas. I wish that was monitored. I'm extremely disappointed with our experience hosting our daughter's first birthday party at HippoHopp. After extensive research, we selected HippoHopp and drove nearly two hours because the Happy Hopping Party Package was advertised as an all-inclusive, well-managed experience. We paid $304.95, but several promised amenities were not provided. The following items included in the package were missing: Karaoke speaker (a major reason we chose this package and planned games around it) Birthday crown for the birthday child Coupon for a free return visit Food service timing -- pizza arrived over 30 minutes late, cutting into our scheduled party time It is also unclear whether the full 10-child admission included in the package was honored Because the food arrived late, we were offered a $30 discount, which does not fairly compensate for multiple missing package items or lost party time. A $30 adjustment on a $304.95 package does not reflect the value of what was not delivered. While the facility itself is clean and visually appealing, the experience was poorly managed and misleadingly advertised. For a child's first birthday, this was especially disappointing and resulted in wasted money, travel time, and unmet expectations for our guests. I hope management addresses these issues more appropriately, as this experience did not align with the package we paid for. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location during a birthday party I booked and paid for. When arriving I was greeted and told the party room was still being cleaned. That's no problem, I appreciate a clean room. Although, the ladies restaurant was not very clean and did not have any soap. I notified the front worker. I asked were we able to have ice for the drinks. We were told yes. An hour later, we went to retrieve the ice and were told that the person that checked us in told us incorrectly. At that point, we were not able to go get ice from a store as the food was being served. Upon entering the party room, the floor was wet from a spill from a previous party. We were all wearing socks so our socks were now wet. The room comes with a table with a plastic table cloth with a happy birthday sign hung on the wall. We provided our own decorations. Once it was time to eat, we received two cheese pizzas. One appeared to be undercooked. Our party time ended at 5pm. However, usually the establishment closes a couple of hours afterwards. After we finished paying, we were then told we had to leave the entire place as there was a private party booked. We were never told, nor given advance notice that we would be kicked out directly after our party. Our party payment included admission for 16 children and per their own rules, once you pay you can play all day and even come back. The children in my party including my daughter, whose party it was, were heartbroken. Had I known in advance I would have arrived earlier as we only got 75 minutes to play. For the amount that was paid, this is totally unacceptable. The professionalism from the manager Aniya when I spoke to her, was lacking. We will not visit this location or book another party as we were very disappointed with the level of customer service we received. read more

We had my son's 4th birthday at HippoHop today, and it was fantastic start to finish. Our room was ready when we got there, and Valeria helped us out the entire time. She and the whole team were kind and professional, and they really cared about making our party special. She asked about color choices and blew up balloons, got waters and juices, and was just so helpful and made the whole day go so smoothly. Valeria even cut the cake for us (which was so nice because that oddly stresses me out), helped hand it out, and was so sweet to all of the kids. She was also managing a party I attended last week as a guest and was awesome for that party as well. All of the kids had so much fun, and we had a really great day. read more

We celebrated my son 2 year old cousin birthday here. 1 and under is free so I was able to attend for free. You must wear socks. If you forget to wear some or you decided to wear flip flops don't you worry . You can purchase socks for $2. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome I it's small but powerful place I love that they offer a section dedicated to our toddlers that is trying to walk or already walking. I had to stop my toddler from picking up a sprite can on the floor 5 times in 1 hour. Finally I picked it up and threw it away. They harp on being clean but I found an empty Easter egg that my toddler picked up, empty wrappers for snacks, straw wrappers, and empty snack pouches on the chairs. I wasn't impressed at how the workers there were not walking around and cleaning up after children. Loved the idea of the cotton candy machine - super neat! I always bring my own disinfectant wipes where I go so thankfully I can wipe things down easily but the lack of upkeep is kind of ridiculous. This place has very good potential if they are able to keep up with things but if not then this place won't be here much longer. Very good idea for when it's rainy and cold outside but only when it is executed properly. There's nobody enforcing any kind of rules and probably two people working so I'm not sure how it works especially with the kitchen. read more

Whew, the ghetto.... I swear I usually don't make such inflammatory reviews, but this place made Chucky Cheese look like the Ritz Carlton! Whoever owns this place literally went to Sam's club or Walmart, bought up any and every bounce house they had with no regard for a theme or anything, blew them up, and said "here's my business." They also bought up your standard run of the mill little tikes and 2-step play kitchens and playhouses as well and did the same thing. Half the bounce houses were under inflated and half the random toys and play houses in there had broken parts. Despite the establishment claiming they clean and sanitize for covid and them having a "socks only" policy, after an hour of playing, both my children's socks were FILTHY. I think it would make much more sense for them to require customers to buy socks from the establishment. The workers live behind the counters mindlessly texting on their phones, you will rarely see them leave that area except to deliver food to the party rooms. No one is enforcing the age restricted areas or stopping the older kids playing a rough game of pitch up tackle in the middle of the floor putting all the smaller children in danger. Apparently, most of the children don't have parental supervision as children as young as 2 seem to be running around on their own fending for themselves. There are also no lockers for belongings just open cubby holes so had to keep all our shoes and belongings on hand or stuffed into diaper bags and totes. Needless to say, we won't be back. There's many much nicer establishments and trampoline parks that actually put thought into their business and lay out. read more

The staff is friendly, service is rather slow but it is a bunch of high schoolers so I didn't have high expectations anyways. There are so many cool things for a kid to do on a rainy day. Seconding opinions from other reviewers that the previous location was much better. We used to go there at least once a month, had a membership, and it was a wonderful indoor playground for the children. As they've gotten a bit older (ranging 6-10), the new location offers zero for them. It feels much smaller, and lacks any bouncy houses or room for them to move around on on the mobile toys they used to have. Unfortunately, this is now a place for very small children only, and parents who have no idea what they are missing from the previous location. I was really looking forward to trying this place out once they offered more open hours. It made it even better that there was a Groupon.. or so I thought. I'm having to dispute the charge on my credit card because I made an error, an error the staff member said was VERY common, but they weren't willing to help me out in any way other than to say.. basically, you lost money. I assumed I was purchasing 4 passes to be used on separate occasions since I have an only child. In reality, it was for 4 kids at once. No problem, I'm sure someone can help fix this, right? It made me create an account on the site so surely they can add credits, or my receipt and offer a gift certificate. NOPE. You just spent almost $20 for one kid to play for 2 hours. "We're not responsible for what Groupon is advertising for our business." Really?? The listing on Groupon was a bit ambiguous to begin with, but research shows me I'm not the only one who has had problems with the offer. Oh well. Music is very faint, you can mostly hear the air conditioner and the kids playing. The interior feels like a middle school gym decked out with toys. This place is amazing!!! Took my 2 year old and my friend had her 3 year old here to burn off energy. $5 for 2&up and $1 for socks. No barefeet allowed to anyone including parents. Lots of options for kids to play. Food options are available healthy snacks and chips. Parking here is first come first serve or go around to access road and park in the back of building. No sick children policy is great! Overall great spot for parents and kids to run around. Even a soft floor area for small crawlers in the back. Definitely will consider to come back! Prices weren't bad memberships are available. The only thing I despise were parking. The kiddos had a great time and was worn out by the time we got back to the car. There was sticky stuff on the floor in the party room that should have been mopped being that everyone has to remove their shoes. The gnats were insane! This is a great place for parents with kids under 10!! There are different play areas for all ages. My son is 10 months and they had a toddler area so the bigger kids aren't tumbling over him!! They even have a separate jumpy house for toddlers!! They have multiple jumpy houses and they restrict ages on some of them , like 4 and under so big kids aren't playing to rough with smaller kids! They have LEGO section, a rock climbing wall, slides, princess house and probably anything you can imagine. For parents they have WiFi!! And air hockey! Which I enjoy and would play with an older child. Food is where they lose a star. We had the pizza and it was dry, hard and not good. I know they try to be healthy and have a lot of healthy options which is nice but was disappointed in the pizza. Also the prices are little high. In future I'll eat somewhere else before going and play for hours with my little one!! They have parking in the back and a street down. Just follow the signs and drive slow so you don't miss the small street they are on. Plus kids under 1 are free!!! We came here on my son's 2nd birthday. I absolutely do not recommend it for children under 3. The toddler area has kids of all ages running through it. I left because an older child was screaming and raising her fists at my son because he wouldn't get out of the playhouse chair. Parents and caregivers bring their kids here for indoor playtime and to run all their energy out. They sit and allow their children to run around and play wild. Kids are fighting, wrestling, angrily knocking over the huge block walls. It is highly unregulated. It is literally just an indoor playground with bounce houses and a few additional toys. That's it. Definitely needs to be renovated. The amenities and toys are worn and run down. It's not all bad. It's just not for small children. The cafe food is amazing. I think there should be employers as monitors and better regulated behavior. read more
