I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ready Set Fun…read more I booked and paid a $381.50 deposit for my daughter's birthday party scheduled for January 25. Unfortunately, our area was hit by a winter storm, and a state of emergency was declared both that weekend and the following weekend. Travel conditions were unsafe, especially for children and families attending the party. I notified the business as soon as possible, but they refused to refund the deposit and only offered rescheduling, for an additional $250. At that point, my daughter's birthday had already passed, so there was no reason to reschedule a birthday party weeks later. I understand businesses have policies, but emergencies and state-declared weather events are beyond a customer's control. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but no resolution was offered. I'm sharing this so other families are aware before booking, especially during winter months when weather can impact plans. The owner commented below- families let's use common sense as to why the party was canceled just four hours prior, the snow began coming down heavily, and I couldn't in good conscience ask my family members to travel on dangerous roads. The owner also failed to mention I was emailing Meg, since 6am that morning. Their behavior shows more compassion for money than families.

They also offer a lot in house extras like balloon decor, cupcakes and face painters, etc. Their packages do include decor (bare minimum) but I purchased all my own, the only items purchased from them was the food and the ballon decorations. The food was really good and I found out they order from the Hudson Grille that is in the same plaza. My one complaint would be the event coordinator Meg! It was even more baffling when I found out that Meg is also an owner, which is disappointing that her customer service skills are below subpar. There was a miscommunication with the decor set up, which wasn't the problem it was how she handled the situation. She was very rude and disrespectful so much so that the other ladies on the staff had to keep apologizing for her rudeness. I will also say I had to call and leave several voicemails and send an email before she called me back leading up to the party which I wasn't a fan of. The day of the party the other staff members were so helpful and accommodating with bringing my vision to life I really appreciated them. I probably won't be back because bad customer service has a lasting effect but it it a really nice facility and all the kids enjoyed themselves.

I…read morelove that there are so many indoor kid-friendly places in Atlanta for the little ones to enjoy while it's burning up outside. So when I came across Play Street Museum while lunching in the area, I made a plan to return one day and finally had the chance. I booked our reservations online prior to visiting and it was a breeze. I snagged a spot for my little one + free entry for myself for under $20. Each session is reserved and offers a 1.5hr time slot which was more than enough time. They're located in a busy plaza which can sometimes prove to be a struggle when parking, but having just a few minutes of patience will always prove to be fruitful. After parking, we headed inside and were cheerfully greeted by a tall gentleman with an accent and an insanely sparkly and fun outfit! It was funny because he was such a character but I feel like it's his everyday personality, lol. His fun energy was a great way to kickoff our visit. He asked for my son's name and gave me a token to use on our way out for a treat. The space wasn't as big as I thought it would be, but there was way more fun elements than I could have expected. There was a little row of mini houses/rooms with different vibes such as the kitchen, bedroom/laundry, and a vet office that featured a real turtle in his tank! They also had a huge train track with Lego blocks, cars, people, etc. which my son couldn't get enough of. And if that's not enough, they had an airplane, ice cream truck and grocery store, all kid-sized with engaging pieces in each one to keep them playing, such as mini suitcase, fake food and more. Shoot, I had to stop myself from playing with the toys! Play Street also offered little stations that included painting/coloring, mini airplane creation, Slime creation, etc. As well as a corner that had blocks, cars & trucks to play with and some other little knick-knacks that proved to be a favorite of my little one. Let me also say: the space was incrediblyyyy clean. Like, insanely clean as if children never step foot in there, and I know that they do lol. On our way out, the sparkly guy reminded me to use our token for a goodie. He pointed to a section of toddler-friendly goodies such as fruit snacks, crackers and more. We grabbed an apple sauce packet which is my son's latest fave. Such a nice concept as playing makes everyone hungry! Such a fun way to spend an afternoon with your little one, we will definitely be back for more fun.

I brought my grandson here before when he was a toddler. Now years later here I am with my granddaughter. Coming in you have sign in like all children play areas. And LAWD I truly understand why (ﾒﾒ). Once all that is done, off we went to explore. She took off like a lighting bolt (‿). Tiny Town has a few interactive rides, like the food truck, race car, tractor trailer and just a few more. Tiny Town only uses tokens for their games. Which I have 2 cons about here. These little token rides shouldn't require more than 2 or 3 tokens. Some required 4 and I believe I one that used 5. I was like NO ma'am. I mean because the kids that's pretty much utilize these rides are babies. And they won't sit long enough to use a token. Anywho, she enjoyed everything. They have a inflatable obstacle play area with balls and building blocks. Little play cars the kids can ride themselves in. Tiny Town also has a train ride that goes around the space with music playing. She really enjoyed that. They offer food here as well and if you like they have birthday packages. For the bigger kids they have bumper cars and a interactive driving class. So if your teenager is getting to get they're learners permit they can come here first to practice for the road laws test. My overall review of Tiny Town is 4 stars only because I think they need to have more things to do for the kids that under 3 and the token requirement for the car rides need to less.

The Bunny Hive has locations all around Georgia, offering fun, engaging activities for little ones and their parents. I hate that I was dragging my feet initially because now that my son is in daycare, we don't have the time to enjoy as many available activities as I'd hoped. But the variety is amazing, especially if you're a stay-at-home parent or if your child goes to daycare part-time. This Bunny Hive location is in the Historic Downtown Smyrna plaza, making it close to many other awesome businesses to check out before/after your visit. There is ample street parking and lot parking behind the building, making it easy to get in and out with your children for your activity. I decided to make use of the free intro offer for The Bunny Hive and easily booked a spot for my son & I at a Saturday session. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Ashley and Ms. Alyssa at the front desk and finished our check-in. We took off our shoes and my son was allowed to enjoy their adorable playroom as we waited for class to start - he loved the play area! We visited for the culinary exploration class and were joined by another adorable kid and her parents for the morning. Miss Ashley was so wonderful! The kids got to use little spatulas to flip "eggs", they learned to arrange their place settings, got a little maraschino cherry treat (which my son loved), and made ice cream. Not real ice cream, but one using yarn, plastic sprinkles and wool balls. Too cute! My son was overly excited and wanted to play helper... even if Ms. Ashley didn't ask for it, lol. Class started and ended with a fun song, bubbles and a parachute fun. My son and I loved this experience and it was such a fun way to start our Saturday together! We will definitely be checking out more weekend events and keeping our eyes out for the fun that The Bunny Hive is making for adults and littles alike.

The classes are a bit pricey especially if you want to attend multiple classes; so I'm appreciative for insurance. When arriving it was difficult for me to initially find the location, since my GPS took me to the back half. I called but unfortunately they did not answer, so I drove around and finally found it. There are a wide range of classes for smaller babies 2-3months to toddlers. The classes include baby massage classes, sensory classes, Daddy and Baby classes, culinary experience, etc. I attended the massage class and sensory I class, both lasted a total of 30 mins and was instructed led. It's a perfect opportunity for SAHP to bring there small babies out and socializing with other adults and a change of scenery. The improvements that can be made is the variety of classes they typically during the day and don't allow opportunities for working parents. I would enjoy if the classes included take home guides of some of the things you can do at home that's similar to what's done in class.

The space is huge and I must say the kiddos have the chance to run, jump, scream, and burn off sooooo much energy while parents/guardians can hang back a bit and allow kiddos to just have fun. This location is easy to miss is you're not paying attention to the signage and once you're in the parking lot, you'll want to enter at the door across from the gated open field. The other entrance (closest to Dekalb Industrial) will lead you to the open gym space. Either way, once you're inside, there's tons of fun to be had. Open play can be purchased online for $20 for two hours of playtime. I love the activities they have for the kiddos and there's a separate play space for the tinier ones. There plenty of space to sit, chat, and there's WiFi available if you need to bring your laptop. It's bright, lively, and a wonderful addition to the area.
