The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that.
