What a great addition to ITP! This place just opened and we have already been 3 times in 4 days. The staff is super accommodating, interactive with the younger crowd, observant, and just so kind and quick to answer questions. The place is super clean and spread out well. Yet, there is only one way into the activity area which I really like. The food and beverage will be open soon (from what they have told me). Right now they sell bottled drinks, but also have a water fountain. Coat- so it is not cheap. However, the annual membership seems the most worth it as this is our new go-to when the kids have too much energy. Everything is timed by your wrist band color. The music is very loud so if you have a child with sensory issues, this could be a lot! From trampolines to swings, ziplines, ninja course, dodge ball, basketball, soccer, and really cool slides, there is tons for everyone to do. There is also tons of couches and chairs for those just observing and not playing. The do have very clean bathroom facilities as well. I know that they are not done building everything so we are super excited to see what else is coming.

My kids and I love this place, I have a 5 year old and a 11 year old and we've came here at least 6 times and always have a great time. This is definitely a place that is suitable for different age ranges up to adults I wouldn't recommend it for small children under the age of 3 but 3& up should be fine. The place is huge. Now downfalls: Staff is horrible but their children what can you expect just watch your kids and enjoy. I wouldn't recommend food here maybe just a slushee but I'm definitely having my daughters birthday party here and I'll be back with a detail review about how it went. Update Review this place was a MADD HOUSE ON SUNDAY 1/15/23 I wouldn't recommend booking a party at DEFY I booked my daughters birthday party for 17 kids I originally had 15 kids on the list I arrived at 4pm and my party was reserved for 4:30 to 6:30 unfortunately I did not get into a party area until 6:30pm I requested to be in the top area due to the amount of people for the party ahead of time (when I booked) and was told I would be guaranteed a area at the top which is either party room 3 or 4 due to the amount of people instead I was told durning check in I would be in room 1 which was a small box so total opposite of what I was told durning booking. You cannot fit 17 kids plus parents in room 1 period! Also booking is not on site FYI so your dealing with two separate staff which is weird to me because if the call center is who deals with party bookings but have no idea how rooms and spaces look for accommodations which was the first miscommunication error in my opinion. The day of the party I get in front of a manager he explains to me there's nothing that can be done besides him discounting one jumper (the foolery) for the inconvenience I'm paying for 17 kids and you make that statement to me. I paid $561 and he had the nerve! Finally a female manager came to me after an hour of standing in front of two teenagers who didn't have a clue and a male manager who likes to hear his self talk in circles she came with some solutions she offered me free passes for my kids and she offered to give me 2 pizzas for the party. It wasn't much but she understood my frustration and knew her staff didn't have the solutions. However half of my daughters party had to be picked up since the invitation was set for 4:30-6:30 and the party didn't start until 6:30 for food and cake the kids that were left were starving and thirsty due to this matter so I wouldn't recommend having a party here your dealing with a place who over books and cannot accommodate the capacity they claim they can. I had a horrible experience over all. This place has the potential but there's no way they can afford to pay adults who have the mentality of how a business is supposed to be ran they have no choice but to offer positions to young adults/ teenagers who can care less if your being accommodated and satisfied. So that's my take on it

DEFY is truly a fun place, but it's just not for us just yet. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the pricing that my two year old could jump for free, so I got a pass for myself- Santy insists that mommy participate. And although there are multiple staff members on the floor, which is GREAT, I felt like most of the activities are aimed for older kids, and that's absolutely okay! So there's no designated toddler area like we're used to at Get Air, and no designated toddler mornings just for the littlest of littles, but kids two and under are free and it may feel safer on a really slow day. But, for now.. this mama got tired out super duper quick pulling kiddo off of obstacles that could hurt or scare him, or out of the way of a stampede of older kids. That said, I would definitely bring him back in another few years when he has a better sense about his surroundings.

Not only do they have trampoline jumping They have rock climbing Basketball. All areas were crowded with kids Having the time of their life They have snacks and food So you can order a pizza With sodas And other kid like foods The price to jump is comparable to An adult goin to the movie theater You pay to jump by the hour They have room for hosting Parties, birthday celebrations, Hands down.. If you have a child that has been Stuck indoors... This is the place for them!!! This is heaven for kids I highly recommend it Towards the end of the day Altitude turns out the lights And when it happens You get to listen to tons of kids Scream at the same moment I also noticed more kids Being active jumping around Versus just hanging out on trampolines Once the lights went out As the kids jump We adults wait outside At tables or chairs Or you can join them Btw, they have special socks So your kids Don't have to worry about Slipping and risking injury in traditional socks. They have a 3.00 fee I believe for them Highly recommend this place

If your kids love basketball, this one is awesome as they have three different height basketball nets. They have a great course, running up ramp, several pits for kids to jump in, two swings with pits, and some other cool areas for kids. Some of the other parks don't even have anywhere near as many different options for kids, so this one is great. If you have been to several different parks, you will understand what I mean when I say this is one of the best options compared to the others. Other than that, understand this place is operated by high school kids. [Review #708] (6th Review of 2024)

I assumed I would pay for the 90 minute package for each. They said that because it was past 6:30, they could not do the 90 minute package, and I had to sign up for the monthly membership for each of the kids I had with me! I would have turned around and left except I was there with exchange students who had never been and really wanted to jump. I tried to explain these kids aren't even local, I was just a chaperone, they would never be back. I don't need a membership, etc. Everyone in line was complaining. It's not the employee's fault, and I felt bad she had to defend such an insane policy.

And they had WiFi so I could work while they played?? Sold! Parking was easy. They don't share their lot with any other business. The space is a decent size , with bounce houses and air hockey. The staff was younger, and not really engaged. Similar to what other Yelpers reported, but that wasn't a big deal since I wasn't hosting a party and I honestly didn't need anything besides the WiFi password. They had a space to order food even though I didn't see anyone there and their bathrooms were pretty clean. Overall, my nephews had fun and it's an option to consider if I need to do something last minute and inexpensive.

You will still need to use the Groupon to buy the ticket in advance online though and buying tickets online involves filling out a waiver form. My toddler isn't quite 2 yet and took a bit to warm up to this space even though we came on a weekday morning with what seemed like mostly nannies and kids. Not too busy but the inflatables were a bit intimidating for my little one and then she eventually warmed up. There's an infant area too but I would have loved to see some pretend play like a toy kitchen. It's a really affordable play area though and there's no limit to how long you can stay, so you can eat there and I even saw massage chairs haha
