My grands had an amazing time at Sky Zone, it's a great place for them to run and play and enjoy themselves. There's lots of spacious fun, large slides to explore and bounce into. The line was long to fill out the registration paperwork to get in and jump on the trampolines etc. I was surprised how expensive this place is $30. per person with a mandatory purchase of the special Sky Zone socks that must be worn in the play areas. My purchase was $146.00 for 90 minutes of play time. The grands had an enjoyable visit here. read more

Attended a birthday party at Sky Zone in McDonough, Ga. the experience was poor, customers and staff had to suffer a hot facility because of a broken air conditioning system. No signs acknowledging no air. Management should be ashamed, the air conditioning has been broken for two months according to some staff members. read more

I love the facilities. But ran ito a big problem. Bigger kids (teenagers) will push smaller kids off of the big balls. Out of 4 times my son has been, he has been shoved off the balls 3 times. Sometimes violently. One of those times, my sons neck had slammed against the edge of the ball pit. He went to a staff member and the staff member said, 'then why do you keep going over there?' Once I found out that this has been happening I went in to talk to management. I spoke with the manager, Kevin. Once face to face with Kevin, all of the gestures of disdain, impatience, and contempt from Kevin were hard to take. It devolved into petty back and forth about who had a worse attitude. With a smile, he informed me that he was not rolling his eyes, he was just moving them from side to side (Like, what are you still doing here?) With a big smile, he told me he was raising his voice over mine and tallking over me because he needs to de-escalate the escelation I was choosing to create. But after about 20 infuriating minutes, he still had not taken down a single fact about what happend to my kid. Somewhere in the confrontation, I was told that they have a zero tolerance bullying policy. But the attitude we've experienced on the ground is, 'I know kids are getting bullied, what do you want ME to do about it?' read more

The I went in person over 11 months ago to cancel my membership (because they dont answer the phone) and they assured me it was Done! Turns out that if my card was never compromised they would keep charging me over $50 a month! they stole over $500!! They charge the card using the name of Defy, not SkyZone! BEWARE read more

This place is not just for kids, but it's for adults as well. Our group came Tuesday afternoon and it was very busy. John, this location's AGM guided our group as soon as we walked in and leaving the place. Warning that they keep the place super, super cold but after all the activities, it's quite nice that the room is super cold. They have lockers to keep your personal items. They also have a food court to purchase food and drinks. Best part, they have some claw machines and arcade games. read more

Beware. We took our grandson to this location for a one day event which was an average experience. One month later, they charged my Visa card for the same amount. When I called to reverse the charge, they told me that with my email receipt, I was given the option to "opt out" of a subscription. What a great addition to ITP! This place just opened and we have already been 3 times in 4 days. The staff is super accommodating, interactive with the younger crowd, observant, and just so kind and quick to answer questions. The place is super clean and spread out well. Yet, there is only one way into the activity area which I really like. The food and beverage will be open soon (from what they have told me). Right now they sell bottled drinks, but also have a water fountain. Coat- so it is not cheap. However, the annual membership seems the most worth it as this is our new go-to when the kids have too much energy. Everything is timed by your wrist band color. The music is very loud so if you have a child with sensory issues, this could be a lot! From trampolines to swings, ziplines, ninja course, dodge ball, basketball, soccer, and really cool slides, there is tons for everyone to do. There is also tons of couches and chairs for those just observing and not playing. The do have very clean bathroom facilities as well. My kids and I love this place, I have a 5 year old and a 11 year old and we've came here at least 6 times and always have a great time. This is definitely a place that is suitable for different age ranges up to adults I wouldn't recommend it for small children under the age of 3 but 3& up should be fine. The place is huge. Now downfalls: Staff is horrible but their children what can you expect just watch your kids and enjoy. I wouldn't recommend food here maybe just a slushee but I'm definitely having my daughters birthday party here and I'll be back with a detail review about how it went. Update Review this place was a MADD HOUSE ON SUNDAY 1/15/23 I wouldn't recommend booking a party at DEFY I booked my daughters birthday party for 17 kids I originally had 15 kids on the list I arrived at 4pm and my party was reserved for 4:30 to 6:30 unfortunately I did not get into a party area until 6:30pm I requested to be in the top area due to the amount of people for the party ahead of time (when I booked) and was told I would be guaranteed a area at the top which is either party room 3 or 4 due to the amount of people instead I was told durning check in I would be in room 1 which was a small box so total opposite of what I was told durning booking. You cannot fit 17 kids plus parents in room 1 period! Also booking is not on site FYI so your dealing with two separate staff which is weird to me because if the call center is who deals with party bookings but have no idea how rooms and spaces look for accommodations which was the first miscommunication error in my opinion. The day of the party I get in front of a manager he explains to me there's nothing that can be done besides him discounting one jumper (the foolery) for the inconvenience I'm paying for 17 kids and you make that statement to me. I paid $561 and he had the nerve! Finally a female manager came to me after an hour of standing in front of two teenagers who didn't have a clue and a male manager who likes to hear his self talk in circles she came with some solutions she offered me free passes for my kids and she offered to give me 2 pizzas for the party. It wasn't much but she understood my frustration and knew her staff didn't have the solutions. However half of my daughters party had to be picked up since the invitation was set for 4:30-6:30 and the party didn't start until 6:30 for food and cake the kids that were left were starving and thirsty due to this matter so I wouldn't recommend having a party here your dealing with a place who over books and cannot accommodate the capacity they claim they can. I had a horrible experience over all. This place has the potential but there's no way they can afford to pay adults who have the mentality of how a business is supposed to be ran they have no choice but to offer positions to young adults/ teenagers who can care less if your being accommodated and satisfied. I never leave reviews, but I have to share my negative experience with this Sky Zone location. I visited the location in December 2023 with my children and their friend. I asked for 3 singles tickets but was sold - without my knowledge - 3 subscriptions instead. Of course, I only realized this when they charged my credit card for the second month. Since then, they've been consistently refusing to reimburse me. Very disappointing by those dishonest business practices. I will not be going back. Beware when purchasing tickets at their front desk instead of on online! read more

DEFY is truly a fun place, but it's just not for us just yet. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the pricing that my two year old could jump for free, so I got a pass for myself- Santy insists that mommy participate. And although there are multiple staff members on the floor, which is GREAT, I felt like most of the activities are aimed for older kids, and that's absolutely okay! So there's no designated toddler area like we're used to at Get Air, and no designated toddler mornings just for the littlest of littles, but kids two and under are free and it may feel safer on a really slow day. But, for now.. this mama got tired out super duper quick pulling kiddo off of obstacles that could hurt or scare him, or out of the way of a stampede of older kids. That said, I would definitely bring him back in another few years when he has a better sense about his surroundings. read more

The positive: - The space is great for a party of wild kids...tons of room and they love it The negative: - This place has SPIRALED quickly downhill, notably in three areas: staff, cleanliness, and operations - STAFF: I'd pin this on the management - there are a lot of bodies and not one moves quickly or efficiently. No urgency about anything; as a customer you immediately notice that no one cares. -CLEANLINESS: we are members of this place but will be cancelling. Over the past 2 months the place has become a sticky-floor, vomit-smelling, full-trash cans-everywhere, gross-bathroom -OPERATIONS: all I can say is that when you have two people working a check-in desk for 4 birthday parties checking in/signing waivers, things don't go smoothly. Our party started at 11am and it took 40 minutes to get everyone checked in. Not to mention our party room hadn't been cleaned and when it finally was, they left us without a trash can. read more

Not worth it to pay the already ridiculous price. When you book your time slot for a party understand you won't actually have that time slot. You have to be out playing for 2 hours and then set up the room 2 hours after your actual time slot. So any decorations or ice cream and cake will just be sitting waiting. Oh and don't bother doing your kids hair for pictures because they would have been playing and sweating for two hours. Also let your guest know. Employees seemed ok for the most part however. This place is amazing! Clean and so much more than a jump park. There truly is something for children of all ages and their big kid parents. We came to check it out and are already planning our next visit which will likely be tomorrow. Not worth a penny. Terrible management, did not email back when I sent a complaint and follow up to our bday party. Spent over 1200.00 was over charged when I actually told them I was a member and they didn't apply the membership rate. The worst part is they assign you one person for a 30 kid party to help you. The party space was sticky and the trash was already overflowing. I had to ask multiple times for them to take the trash. The people working and manager at the front desk were very consumed with themselves, conversations and their phones and were not helpful. Terrible child supervision in the entire facility. The bathrooms were overflowing and when I complained to the manager they said " we have some on going plumbing issues" how are they allowed by the CODE of Dekalb county to be opened when the toilets are overflowing and kids are walking with dirty toilet water back onto the trampolines? This place should be reviewed by the county! How did they think it was okay to sell me a birthday party for my kid for over 1200.00 without proper working toilets? read more

Also would prefer more supervision on some of the more dangerous jumping areas, and the staff needs to look for "bullies" and big kids. For three kids to jump it cost $80 and on top of that you have to wear their socks, $7 per pair. they want you to wear the socks they promote, yet they don't have the size that fit your kids. Terrible trampoline park. Do not become a member here and do not have a birthday party here. The facility is filthy, they do not have enough staff so it is so unsafe, and they don't care about honoring a scheduled and paid for birthday party. Terrible experience trying to cancel and the only way to cancel is to dispute the charge on your credit card. There isn't enough supervision, and kids get hurt on a regular basis. During our "Elite Birthday Party", no one cleaned our room, there was throw up on the floor, bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, cheese was frozen so they couldn't make pizza, I had to clean the room, trash was overflowing from previous party, and the staff were not there to bring anything. I am so happy that Defy is in our town and it is so close to home. I ended up getting memberships for my boys. Totally worth it! The staff is great and friendly with the kids. It's filthy. I went late on a Sunday afternoon, so I can almost accept that maybe the facility would not be pristine and possibly a little messy. But my goodness this place is a pigsty for it to be so new. There were dozens of staff walking around doing absolutely nothing. They didn't feel compelled to pick up at all. It was terrible. All the tables had trash on them, the floor was filthy. Some leather benches had spilled drinks on them. Walked by a few party rooms, same story. It was appalling. You really need to watch your kids in this place as well because I don't see it as safe for littles at all. But the straw that broke the camels back for me was the ladies restroom. It was actually flooded. One of the stalls was had apparently overflowed and there was as bits of toilet paper everywhere. The broken toilet stall was locked but apparently still the only stall with toilet paper. As I walked in, a parent tells me that she had to go under the door to retrieve toilet paper because the other stalls were out. I looked down at the standing water around this stall and quickly walked out of the bathroom and then the building. Never again. Whoever owes this place should really be ashamed.
