No refund for only not following their policy
    Sabrina G.

Be aware there is price difference between what they offer in the site and online. I want to buy only 60 mins jump. I came to the store they immediately said they don't have 60 mins jump only offer for birthday party. I showed them what it says online. They gave finally could charged me for the 60 mins jump. I told them my kids one is 5 up one is 5 below. Online it says 5 and older for 60 min is $19.99 and 5 under is $13.99. They charge both kids for $19.99. I didn't think much at the cash register. After I sited for few mins later I did math in my head the bill seems high and immediately went to cash register for receipt. They keep saying ohhhh yeah this is only for birthday party rate. I told them you could told me to book online. I am happy to do it. Then they came up like oh sometime our online rate and store rate are different. I told them yes I understand that however you could told me just booked online. They offer for store credit or snacks for same value. I told them NO. Either gave me the $6 difference or cancelled the sales and I can rebooked online. They said they can't do refund. I told them there is nothing on the receipt or in the store with writing says no refund after purchase. This worker says oh it says on the wavier unfortunately you didn't read through it. Also told me that they are trying to compromise just I am not taking their deal. They lied and lied. I went back to read the wavier again. It says no such thing. Very shady business.

My son officially loves it here so I felt it was time to update my review. We got a membership and come a few times a month. Great for exercise and to get some jumping in for the kiddo. Overall, a fun establishment. Thanks guys!

We had a great time here last night with the kids we spent a hour watching the kids run and play . This was our first time here and it was pretty crowded lots of parties were going on . When you first get here you have to sign a waiver for you and your kid if under 18 it takes 5mins then you have to choose a plan to play for how long and purchase socks the non slip socks or grip socks whatever you call it socks are like $4.50 each . Next time i will bring my own because we were not allowed to wear our own socks we came with cause it was none grip. They had a rock climbing spot, a play area i assume for toddle age kids and a dodgeball room . Next time I would like to stay longer and possibly try food.

Great fun with 4 and 6 year old grandsons. Will definitely be back. Am I at 85 characters yet?

So much fun for the entire family. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and they were packed. I purchased the 1.5hour option and socks for all of us. My kids started out at the play area for the little ones but quickly made their way to the bigger trampoline area. My only complaints are... our pizza order took over 30 mins, lack of staff, and cleanliness of the restrooms.

I brought my son in on a whim. He's 4. I knew to fill out the waiver before coming in so that saved us time. We were met by a friendly employee who quickly told us our options. The Junior Jumper option seemed the best fit for us, which is one preschool or under aged kiddo for 3 hours for $15ish, one parent jumps free. They do insist that you use their branded socks, HOWEVER they allowed me to swap out some generic grip socks we carry around from some other park- for free. The space was pretty clean and the equipment was in good shape. I observed staff tidying up by wiping surfaces or vacuuming a few times for the little over 2 hours we were there. It's a large facility with plenty to do as far as trampolines, an obstacle course, a zip line, and a play area for the smaller kiddos with tunnels and slides. There were always one or two employees on the trampoline court. Snack options are okay. Mostly chip options but they had whole pizzas or nachos, too. Overall, I was impressed. I'm glad to know this is a local option.

Super affordable, convenient and closer to my home. My son and his friends love it there and they also make new friends all the time! Would consider having his party here!

Expensive, but awesome! Kiddos had a blast. They didn't have working games on a couple of things.... But otherwise, great experience.

It's not subtle--it's overpowering to the point that it made my eyes water and caused intensely painful headache. The room itself was even worse. The odor was so strong it triggered a headache and nausea, making it incredibly difficult to relax or get any rest--especially frustrating after arriving already sleep-deprived. What added to the experience was the lack of clear or confident communication from staff. I received multiple explanations for the smell--air freshener, cleaning products, even the floors--none of which inspired confidence or resolution. The room also lacked proper ventilation, leaving no way to escape the lingering fumes. Beyond that, the overall experience continued to fall short. The vibe felt off, my room key repeatedly failed to work from outside due to what I was told was a broken door, and parking comes at an additional $9/day. The noise level is bonkers. They said they were full. They stated I would be on the top floor and stocked with coffee and blankets for the bed. As seen by the photos, neither was confirmed or delivered. In contrast, the Hilton next door offers free parking and a much more comfortable, odor-free environment. Overall, this stay was disappointing and far from relaxing. I would not choose to stay here again. - signed an elite member staying on the road 80-90% of the month

He told me that he didn't have a room for me. I asked if I needed to wait a few minutes until 3:00, he just shrugged and said he didn't know. I was a bit confused, and told him I had a room booked. He just looked at me and said "I don't know, we had 15 rooms that requested a late check out". I was a little bit baffled, so I just stood there looking at him. He eventually got on the phone and spoke to someone, then told me he'd found me a hearing accessible room. He was very dismissive and almost rude during our entire interaction, it was very odd. The room itself was fine, but I'd be very hesitant to book again based on how I was treated. He was working again the next morning when I checked out, and had the same dismissive attitude. The manager reached out to me to discuss what happened, and how they intended to move forward. I really appreciated their response, so I'm updating this review.

I have to admit, it wasn't nearly as messy as I expected--they provided everything we needed and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My granddaughter had a blast, and thanks to the wonderful employees, she gives this place 10 stars. And, said "We will definitely be back"!!! For me, it was the perfect stress-relief activity and such a great bonding experience. We went at noon, so it was peaceful and relaxed, which made it even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, giving clear instructions before and after our session. It was also nice to see that they offer event spaces for parties and gatherings. Highly recommend Color Sling for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and memorable experience

There are amazing group deals on their website as well as some more information about the business! Melissa, co-owner, was there the day we went in and she was so so welcoming. We were supplied ponchos and shoe coverings as well as lockers for our things and even hair nets and accessories. They thought of it all! Melissa explained everything to us and made sure we were comfortable before leaving us to our creativity. I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. LOL I absolutely cannot wait to drop by again and bring others because I definitely feel it's a very special little place. The vibe just gives and I'm so grateful to know a place like this exists.
