I have gone to a couple of concerts here and it is pretty great. It is not way too big like some of the other arenas in Atlanta but it is sizable enough. They do have a bag policy ladies so just make sure you check the bag policy like most of the arenas do. Why bc you have to show them several times especially going up the escalator. What if your phone died? Would you be sold? A bottle water $5 and a fountain drink $7. Gas south is by and large a good venue for sports and concerts. Tonight I attended a Gladiators hockey game which was fun. The parking is easy to get in and get out. The gate staff is efficient and the ushers and food service workers are generally pleasant. Unlike other major sports venues, the food selection is generic burgers, hot dogs, greasy cheese or pepperoni pizza, etc. Hoping for some more name brand and unique selections in the future. read more

Came here for a graduation on May 11th. Not the oldest arena and definitely not the newest. Parking was okay because we came early. Seats were not the most comfortable. My only complaint is the customer service. I asked "Sheila" for information about my seating and she was rude and immediately copped an attitude. She REALLY should work back office and away from people. There was no reason for her to be so disgruntled at the beginning of an event. The 3 stars is for the physical arena. Sheila gets zero stars. read more

Came to Gas South for the Lorde concert - she was excellent but the venue itself was just okay. Volume in the large arena was a bit off - it seemed that the bass was too high and too low at different times. Temperature was very good, though, and was never too cold (an issue I've found at other large Atlanta concert venues). Also, seating structure helped to make sure everyone could see, which was good. The parking situation is NOT IT - if you park in one of the decks, expect to wait an hour to leave. My advice: park in one of the lots closer to the road and literally RUN from the arena to your car to beat the crowd. read more

This arena is on the older side. I visited on my birthday 8/24 to attend a concert & while the concert was nice, i noticed the venue started getting smokey. I'm not sure if it was coming from the kitchen of persons cooking but it didn't seem normal. I can say whoever they got behind those stoves can cook because the chicken, the nachos were smelling lovely and could make your belly rumble from hunger. The usher, who we asked to confirm which section we were in since it was difficult to see the signs, was rude, seemed annoyed that I interrupted her leaning against the wall and chatting with someone seated in front of her, ignoring all other guests. We enjoy Gas South Arena. We have been to Disney on Ice, Gladiators hockey games, concerts, and graduations. The parking is very easy and they have different options for parking. They have EV parking too (while limited). Food options are always the same and drinks, food and merchandise are very expensive. Chick-fil-A (sometimes) bars, pizza, popcorn, sandwiches, fries, etc. Restrooms are typically clean but there is always one broken door or messy stall. This place is huge and typical hosts two - three different events at the same time. read more

I wasn't here to enjoy entertainment but actually to work. Our online university held two commencement ceremonies here so I was behind the scenes. It's much larger than I thought and even with the floor covered for the ceremonies, it was a bit chilly as we were over an ice hockey rink. Event staff were professional, if not a bit overzealous at times, during our events. They wouldn't let us in the day before even though our coworkers were already inside. We had to call them to come out and escort us in. There appears to be lots of parking nearby, although probably for a hefty fee. read more

Nice arena & last night was at an event where there were 1,000 of people. The event staff was spot on & as a former events director I know what it takes to have a large team pull together in amazing & hospitable ways. We finally arrived inside. Consessions were made-to-pick up & go. Nothing fancy & no alcohol at this event. The actual food stands were not really open. Fairly fast lines & efficient staff made it not so bad! Restooms were as clean as possible but could maybe use a little updating?! Just old & not fresh. Ladies anyway, I wasn't in the mens room. I didn't take pics- we were focused. Just sharing the good report that all is well at Gas South Arena just off I85 in Duluth, GA. PLENTY of parking: lots & deck(s). My husband arrived about 15 minutes before the 7 pm Sugarland/ Little Big Tion Show. Parking took about 10 minutes and was $10 (cashless system). We got a cameo with the Coca Cola Bear who was in front of his decorated Coca Cola delivery truck. Then It took about five minutes to get through security (clear bags only allowed), then we were in our seats by 7:01 pm. The opening act, the Castellows, had just started and reminded me of Miranda Lambert meets Dixie Chicks with amazing musicians like Ace in the Hole band of George Strait. Talented singers who are sisters from Georgia and went to UGA. Then Sugarland performed for an hour which was powerful. Jennifer Nettles has amazing vocals. The bathrooms were clean and concession prices were reasonable. Now just waiting for Little Big Town to perform! This is a wholesome environment for family fun or for date night with your honey. read more

I recently attended Ado's 2025 World Tour stop at the Gas South Arena in Georgia, and wow--what an unforgettable experience! My friend and I were lucky enough to grab VIP floor tickets, eager to finally witness the voice behind the mystery. We arrived two hours early to queue up for merch, and it was totally worth it. I managed to get a T-shirt, keychain, and charm I loved--but sadly, the Ado plushies and glow sticks were already sold out (unsurprisingly). As VIPs, we entered quickly and even received an exclusive Ado pin, which felt really special. Inside, no photos or videos were allowed, which actually added to the anticipation and focus on the music. Our seats were in section F5, pretty close to the stage. After a short wait, the lights dimmed... and then boom--"Usseewa" exploded through the arena like a sonic fireball. That opening scream? Pure catharsis. The sound, the emotion, the intensity--it hit like a wave of heavy metal power and raw expression. All I could think was: "She is an amazing girl." In a world weighed down with pressure and silence, Ado's music felt like the scream we all needed but couldn't let out. It was healing. It was powerful. It was real. read more

Adequate, if not excellent, facility. No complaints. Lots of bathrooms; place was clean; clear signage. Not exactly a work of art, but not strict concrete block, either. Workers were kind enough, but not overly happy to be there. As would be expected at an arena, everything is wicked expensive; $8 for a bottle of water, and they don't have any water fountains available, and you're not allowed to bring in so much as a cup of your own water. Kind of a bummer. Seats are good. Visuals and sound is quite good. Parking is fairly clear, but getting in and out takes a long time. It took us over a half hour to leave our space to get to the road. Kind of bland end to a good evening. So not terrible, but sure not great. Even down the middle. read more

This is one of the many venues in the Metro Atlanta area. While this isn't my favorite and it's quite a drive from where I live, I had an enjoyable experience. Parking was seamless, security line was fast (as long as you bring a clear bag or no bag at all, then you won't have issues) and scanning in was easy. There are tons of staff to help you find your seat. There are some food options and drink carts throughout the venue. It's reasonably priced but not cheap either. Wish the restrooms were a bit cleaner. They're also pretty outdated. Seats in the venue were comfy and the staff I encountered with are wonderful. read more

Nowhere on the ticket or website does it make it known the parking costs 15 dollars!!! Then as we are walking in we see signs for no bag except clear bags. I had to go back to the car and luckily I found a ziplock bag so I could have my stuff without juggling things at my seat. Do better. This place was nice expensive but nice i came here for the first time for Disney on ice with my friend an kids and it was great the arena was huge with plenty parking space . Disney on ice is what brought us here and it was definitely worth it might of been over priced for the party favors or whatever you call it but it was nice . The food whewww i definitely recommend to come fed or ready to really spend , i spent $18 on cotton candy that came with a Mickey Mouse crown and $32 bucks on 3 chicken tenders with fries , a large drink and a hot dog with fries. Not really worth it. They also had a bar with a bar tender that was good with his mix. Mommy juice / adult drinks lol . The arena was spacious and the tickets were sold at decent prices, parking was $10 and valet was $25. I'll love to attend another event here to see how it goes read more

Super organized parking and entrance set up. It's been a while since I've been back but dropped in for ggc graduation. Parking was $5. Card only. You're also not allowed to bring in bags, purses, and such unless they are clear. They also have you go through metal detectors leaving your extra carryons in a tray on the side. Very impressed with the security. Inside is still the same as has been. Nothing really updated or added on besides the choices of concessions. read more

Came here as a vendor for the Atlanta Women's Expo. This is a beautiful center. Staff were really helpful and super organized. Over the two days of the event the staff were consistently cleaning the inside areas and the bathrooms. There is a parking garage and also a parking lot. I definitely enjoyed this venue. read more

I went here to go to the XG concert. I heard bad reviews about concerts in gas south arena but the line to enter the XG concert was not that bad and it was pretty quick! I was at the Disney On Ice event on 9-25-25 only because my other half wanted to see the show. I'm not happy with TicketMaster as I paid $191 for 2 tickets when my actual tickets from Gas South Arena indicate they were only $22.20 each, so I feel robbed. But, the actual seats are very small, narrow and jammed together and very uncomfortable when you have people on either side and you're not a squad bod. I have a 3x shoulder width, think Reacher, and I was very uncomfortable trying to sit with knees together and arms crossed. Ticketmaster made it appear these two tickets were the only options together, and they were in the middle of a row. That was not the case, as the venue was 30% empty. After the interlude we took other empty seats elsewhere at the end of a row. To get in the arena you have to have a phone with Internet connection to log into ticketmaster and show tickets from a live site. Another PIA as I had saved images of the tickets with QR code. I won't do business with Ticketmaster ever again. You only get one time to screw me and then you've lost all future business. And it will take something very special and rare to ever get me back into the Gas South Arena cramped seating. If you're in the middle of a row, you're stuck as the owners jammed in as many seats as possible and customer comfort was not considered at all. read more

Gas South Arena, formerly known as Infinite Energy Arena and a few other names that take you back several years is a great space for all kinds of events! The area is known as the Gas South District and is more than just this arena. Per the website, Gas South District is a campus that is comprised of a 13,000-seat arena (Gas South Arena), a 708-seat theater (Gas South Theater), 23 versatile meeting rooms, a 50,000-square-foot exhibit hall space, and a 21,600-square-foot grand ballroom (Gas South Convention Center). So in short, there is no shortage of space for whatever event you are trying to have or attend! The Arena and campus is located on Sugarloaf Parkway and features easy access to the interstate, side roads, restaurants and hotels. One thing I enjoy about events here is the traffic control, this is easily the best venue for getting in and out, and it has never been cumbersome. I actually stay to the very end of the event without worry of having to get in front of the crowd to avoid insane back-ups! In addition to the general flow of the roads, and the multiple parking decks and lots, the local Police force acts as traffic guidance when the events let out and portions of the surrounding roads are closed and redirected to keep things moving. I have been here for a few events over the years from concerts to entertainment events to monster trucks and I have enjoyed myself each time! There is not a bad seat in the house, honestly! I have sat floor and in the 100's, and I will say I prefer the seats off the floor as the view is better and the seats here are decently comfy! Service is always stellar from entry to exit. The entry staff to the Ushers/Section Attendants are always friendly and helpful. The food service staff is another story, but they are getting beat up most of the shift, so I let it slide more than usual. The only downside about the space is their public spaces, they are very limited and not spread out well. When folks are after food and drinks, things get crazy, slow and just overwhelming. Overall, I really enjoy events at Gas South Arena and to be honest, it is one of my favorite large seating venues in the city! read more

If you are traveling with a handicap or accessible person skip this venue. The handicap parking out front is always full. It doesn't matter how early you show up. You'll get shuffled to the end of the earth in a parking spot a mile away. The steps to any seat not on ground level is a foot high. If you have someone that is a fall risk do not send them down or up these stairs. I always have issues with the box office getting accessible seats. First time I was literally threatened by the staff and had to beg the box office. The second time they said oh we can't switch seats. I said that's interesting because I've done this before. Thirty minutes and two managers later I finally get the seats changed. Most of the staff is rude like they don't want to be there. If you want free shows try anything but working at the arena. The staff is always shooing me (gestures and all) along after the show to get out when the show is over. I have to wait on my handicap family member to get out of the restroom. If you need ADA accommodation don't waste your time or put your family at risk. read more

Gas South Arena, rebranded from Infinite Center Arena, is located in Duluth, Georgia which is about 30 minutes north of Atlanta. It is home to the Georgia Swarm for lacrosse, and they also do a lot of concerts & conventions at this venue here. The last time I was here was probably more than a decade ago but I recently had the opportunity to come here to work a concert - specficially, a k-pop act. The arena isn't as big as State Farm, so I would say it's more medium-sized, but it can still seat probably around 10,000 people and it's still fairly big. It has a few in-house restaurants where you can order food from and there are bars as well. It can be a little confusing to find the arena because the district is so big, but it's a pretty nice area and I like how it isn't actually near Downtown so you can around without hitting major traffic. read more

We drove up to the arena to attend our granddaughter graduation on Monday, May 26, 2025. The arena could and should make handicap accessible more accommodating. My wife is handicap and have breathing problems. I stopped and asked one security (an old Hispanic man) directing traffic if there's a drop off. He was rude as if he was angry about working on a holiday. My wife tried to explain to him that she could not walk and had breathing problems. He replied by shouting, 'there's is the handicap parking and that's as close as I can get you to the door.' This old man needs an attitude adjustment and a class in customer service. Another man in a wheelchair had to roll himself from the back pasture from the handicap parking lot to the front door. It was raining and cool, yet, people had to stand outside to wait on the doors to open. We missed our granddaughter graduation because my wife was not able to walk from the handicap parking lot, stand in the cool and rain. Thank God, we were able to watch our granddaughter receive her diploma by streaming. read more

DISORGANIZED PARKING FOR ANDRE BOCELLI CONCERT! Very little police to direct traffic and parking attendants just hung out in together not paying attention or doing their job. We paid $10 for parking only to not have any parking spaces left. Had to leave without seeing concert. Ran into a couple at chickfila around the corner who drove in from Charlotte. I was embarrassed as a native atlantan that this experience was horrible and shameful. Been to many concerts across the country and thia was by far the worst for getting patrons parked and in facility in a timely manner. read more

Went to a TXT concert, and the line management was horrible! Lines were going everywhere, and there was no organization. For some reason, a separate line was allowed to form, which allowed many to skip into a line ahead of everyone who had waited over 2 hours! Staff allowed them to merge in line ahead of us. When someone in line said something, the manager just walked away and said they were moving as fast as they could. read more

Valet parking was spot. Great arena. There was an emergency during the concert and the security got EMTs in quickly and cleared the area for them to work. Sheriff came in for another individual and they got the band back on stage quickly. Nice job! read more

I was very impressed with this venue. There was no shortage of complementary parking. The outside decor was both beautiful & unlike anything that I've ever seen. I was here for the Annual Dinner. From the complimentary coat check, champagne tables & red carpet there was always something to get into. Not to mention the thousands of people that flooded the hall. They definitely pay attention to detail & it shows! The table settings were flawless! The satin teal table cloth was breathtaking & was well received. The Aurora theater entertained while people made their way to their tables. Table numbers were strategically placed in the middle of the tables so that people could actively find their setting. The food was phenomenal! I'm not a meat eater but I love salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection & accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes, asparagus & carrots. Dessert was equally as enjoyable. This is a spot that more people need to consider when planning events outside of the city! read more
