Updated review: We used to love this place, had been coming here for years. It was starting to get a bit run-down, and the bathrooms were not reliably cleaned. But, the staff and management were extremely kind to my two boys, one of who has severe autism, and both of whom really enjoyed going there. Now there is a new owner-operator named Brian Wilson. The good news is that the place is actually clean, though the bathrooms are still run-down and semi-functional. The bad news is that the kindness of management is now gone. We paid nearly $400 in November for memberships, and on arrival today Mr. Wilson could not find it in the system. He made my kids wait and pace for a prolonged amount of time while my husband and I searched our phone for the credit card receipt. Ultimately he let our kids come in, but his attitude was rude at best, and he implied we were trying to sneak in without paying. It should not be the customer's responsibility to furnish proof of membership. We have had birthday parties here and brought other families, having enjoyed it immensely for the past couple of years, but we will not be renewing. Recommend going to Sky Zone instead. read more

They have Toddler Time on Tuesday and Thursday mornings until noon. It's only 9.99 and one parent gets in free. I like it because it's a great way for my son to get some energy burned. We've been twice. I thought the times were exclusively toddlers, and there were only toddlers the first time I went, but today it seemed like anyone could get in and pay the normal rate.. my only concern with that being that the bigger kids will just run and jump and fly all over the place oblivious to the tiny kids. I really liked the idea of the exclusive time as it seemed safer for the babies, but if I elect to be a helicopter mom and stay right with my son it's okay.. kids seem to be a little more careful around an adult. The place is kept tidy enough, but you can see that it's also a little run down. There were a few empty bottles and other trash laying around which seemed like it isn't thoroughly cleaned, since we got there only a half hour after opening. I guess the few people already there could have made the mess. I've only seen one employee and he is friendly. Today it seemed very poorly ventilated. I remember it seemed warm before, but with highs reaching 90+ it was HOT inside and we only stayed an hour before my son was dripping wet. I hope that is improved. Overall, it's fun. This place is super rundown and some what unsafe. Equipment is old and needs attention. Square padding is gross and falling apart. It's gets all of your clothes. Price is comparable to ones that are much better quality. They even go so far as to put do not use signs on the water fountain in order to make you pay for drinks. Yet they do not have any water just sugary sodas. All the padded squares are falling apart and get all over your clothes. Plywood exposed in a lot of locations where somebody could get hurt. In an area that is not directly serviced by a Sky Zone, this place did exactly what it should have, which was provide my nephew a place to play, jump and have a good time for a few hours on a rainy Saturday afternoon. It is in an unassuming area that seems more industrial than retail, but you cant miss the large warehouse style building. When you walk in, if you didn't completed online, there are kiosks that provide you an opportunity to complete the waiver, which is required prior to you or your little one jumping. Once that is complete and you are all paid up, including special socks, you are off on your way. majority of the building is simply trampolines for free-based jumping, but they do have areas that are agility based, some basketball goals, a small kiddie area, foam pits and even a dodge ball area. One thing I did wish is that they had more man power on the floor that seemed like they actually cared about what they were doing. The staff, outside of the counter attendants, all seemed to be disconnected and not really concerned with what people did, which was concerning, as many children were doing some less than safe things that impeded on the fun of other kids. It's finally time this area got something that the kids can enjoy. The closest trampoline park is so far away so this is a win. I like the fact that they offer Groupons occasionally. We visited on a Friday and although there was another function scheduled they did not have a problem accommodating our group of little people at the same time. The owner even came out to make sure we were good while checking in, I thought that was very nice. It presented clean, safe, and all without traveling across town. I don't know why this place gets anything less than 4 stars. My two boys had so much fun. We went during the week early so it was only about 6 other kids which gave by boys a lot of space to enjoy. The workers were not as attentive or pushy but honestly I like it that way. I signed the waiver, I'm ok with my kids getting wild and I'm ok with other kids getting wild with them. They are boys and they got some good unorganized play in. Also all the parents where watching their kids so if a kid had to wait either I or another parent would just say so, easy. The attendants job isn't to watch your kid for you. I may have felt different if I had girls or if it was more crowded. Awesome experience with my boys. I called twice before our visit to ask about discounts and combining offers. Both calls were well received and responders were helpful, professional and polite. We entered the park with 12 teenage boys that were eager to jump. Channon, the manager was extremely patient, helpful, friendly and got each of the kids entered into the system quickly. He provided advice to ensure we got the best value for our money. The place was clean and not too crowded at noon on Sunday. The foam pit pieces are deteriorating slightly and some of the nets at the top need to be dusted. I'm sure this isn't an easy tasks though. I brought my children here for a classmates birthday party. When you check-in you have to sign a waiver on the computers releasing any liabilities. They give you a new pair of non slip bottom socks to wear while you're jumping. ( kids love the fact that they got to take them home) . There's several different bouncing areas and equipment for all age groups. They have monitors watching each area to make sure that people are enjoying themselves safely. This was definitely a plus for me. The building was very clean and odor free it didn't smell like a gym or sweaty . There are picnic tables in the lobby area so those who are not jumping can still see everything. We stayed for three hours. I would definitely come back . It's a fun way to exercise. read more

Pretty fun average place. I have never been to a "jumping spot" before and this was pretty fun. The kids have a great time. I feel it's a little overvalued for the money but it's more than enough space for a lot of kids to jump around on the trampolines. The "obstacle course" and trampolines were my fave. Even as an adult I had a good time. However, there is NO FOOD, just a vending machine. Also if you don't want to jump there isn't much to do besides on video game. I visited this location earlier today for a birthday celebration. This was my first time here but it will not be my last. Upon arriving the cashier was very helpful and pleasant.The facility is clean and very well kept. The "play" area is divided into two sides. One side is for the younger kids and the other for older kids/adults. It is also well supervised by the staff. I noticed that a couple of the younger kids had wandered over to the other side and the staff member blew his whistle and escorted the younger kids back over so that they did not get hurt. My 12 yr old wanted to jump here w/ his friends for his bday. So we drove up from NC & had his GA friends meet us there (spur of the moment) on a Friday night. Based off the website it was Club Air from 9pm-Close so they could jump for 2hrs for $15 or 3 hrs for $20 & that there would a live DJ. FALSE FALSE FALSE!!! The young man informed me that the price was for Club Air is for ages 13+ & that he knows it not made mention of on the site. There was no DJ.. in fact the music kept cutting off. There were NO employees watching the kids jump. They were all standing behind the counter eating snacks. They were cleaning up the entire time we were there.. ALL 5 or 6 of them including the shift manager. Vacuuming on the top floor where the kids were jumping & could of possibly tripped. My 12 year old loved this place! The dodgeball area is good, the jump areas are fun, and the place is very clean. The obstacle course is by far the coolest thing there. It is almost like an "America Ninja Warrior" course. The open jump area could be larger, but it wasn't crowded when we there, so there was plenty of room. Ok experience. For 4 of us to jump for an hour & jump socks it was a little over 50 bucks. If you don't fill out the waiver form before coming they have computers set up for you to do so, which is convenient. The food/drinks are expensive. They don't have people monitoring the jump sections which can be annoying because people let their kids do anything like sit in the middle of the basketball ramp or the kids jumps on the basketball ramps instead of utilizing all the other trampoline spaces. Some of the areas needed to have the foam squares evened out to look safe to use.. & the monkey bars need cushion on them because they are really hard to swing across. I want to give a great BIG thank you to the manager on duty on 5/28/2018 from 2-4 pm. I don't know your name, but you made that place YOUR HOUSE. You stayed on top of situations in every area of the jump center. You were always moving from the front desk to the jump floor and communicating with your staff via walkie/talkie. I saw you escort two young (11-12) men engaged in a very heated fight and their very large entourages off the floor and into two rooms. The parents and kids came out with nothing bad to say. No one was cursing or mumbling or fighting. Whatever you did resolved the problem AND kept happy customers. I encountered you at check-in and you were SO friendly and courteous and I could tell you were a man of integrity. I later watched you referee a dodgeball game and you made it so exciting for the older kids AND kept order. My son and another boy made it to the "death match- one on one" and my son lost, but the other boy followed him out to see when we would be back to play again. I love that you created an atmosphere of fun and competition and never let it devolve into a fight or grudge match. My kids tell me you aren't the manager all the time, but they have seen you before. I would have told you in person, but my daughter didn't want me to embarass her (insert eyeroll). My husband suggested posting on social media would do more good. You are AMAZING. This is a terribly run business. Upon check in the young man was not focused on getting us checked in at all. I told over 3 times that we bought tickets online yet he still rung everything up and told me to swipe my card so again I had to tell him I already bought tickets online. There's a few big signs that say get air socks are a must, yet there are ppl running around bare foot (even the teenage employees). Not in a pandemic!! Secondly before me and my family entered the facility there were some young ladies walking around in their regular socks out in the parking lot that they also came in and jumped on the trampolines with. Now I don't have OCD or anything but to just think of what they tracked in with them walking through the whole parking lot. YUCK! Kids were throwing water bottles across the whole place a few popped open and wet the trampolines. There were big kids jumping all over the trampolines for little kids leaving my 1 year old with nowhere to jump. Me and my family decided to cut our time short because all the chaos but it's sad because my 6 year old who is in gymnastics comes here to have a good time and my 1 year old comes here to practice balance.
