It is filthy. And not like kinda dirty, it is FILTHY. Don't Buy Summer Pass Rating is for Summer Pass scheme. It's NOT the deal you think. Paid $70 for a summer pass which is limited to 90 MINUTES PER VISIT and does not include Glow Nights. The Elite Pass (monthly membership) would have been a much better deal because it's $28.99/month, you can cancel after 2 or 3 months and you have UNLIMITED ACCESS. We live too far away to come for only an hour of play. Teenagers working the check in won't give you this information, it's not on the display board, it's not on the receipt and it wasn't on the website at the time of my purchase. (I actually think they made that change later in the summer after I had purchased 3 of these no good passes). I can't give 5 stars and I can't give 1 star. I booked my sons birthday party here for 3pm on 11/30/24. The check in process was slow but without difficulties. The bathrooms were found to be immediately out of order. The snack bar area was found to quickly be out of stuff or broken [i.e popcorn machine] The jump time started at 3. By 3:10, all the kids had come to me that 3 areas were closed. Two out of the three being what they wanted: Warrior Zone and a foam area. Being that the jump time is paid for specifically hour time restriction, I asked why they were closed. I was told "to be cleaned and out be opened". At 3:20, they still were not open and I took a picture of their idea of cleaning it. [Picture one added] I went back to inquire because we are almost half our time up and areas closed. I was told "working on it." I went back to look, by 3:43 the next two photos are of the worker and her idea of cleaning it. She knew I had complained [and other patrons] and she was not pleased with me. She would walk by me sizing me up, facial expressions etc. At 3:45, the foam area was opened but never once Warrior Zone. It took complaining and requesting a manager for 30 minutes to get a resolution, which was at the end of my party room time 4-5, to come back for 30 minutes of additional jump time. Their first option was "we will give the party goers vouchers to return for 30 minutes on another day!" Absolutely not, we live 55 minutes away. Was I thankful for the additional jump time for the kids? Yes. Should it have taken 45 minutes to acquire that, getting a decent resoluion? No. Should public restrooms be open and available? Yes. Per the website and location, the only thing not guaranteed is dodge ball NOT jump areas. Before booking, I do recommend calling and making sure all areas will be available for usage and that their restrooms are back open. My party team member host was amazing at keeping the kids entertained as he was fast, efficient and personable. One of the sweet ladies at the counter who checked me out was also very personable and wanted feedback from the day. The manager who granted the 30 minute extra jump time was understanding. All other team members who tried to ignore complaints and request for help should reevaluate their job, especially the team member who refused to clean the area at 3:10pm when she was told it was supposed to have already been done and open. read more

I always thought this was just trampolines but it's a lot more. There are a ton of things for kids and adults to do. There is an obstacle course, basketball, a climbing wall, foam blocks, and more. The arcade leave a lot to be desired as it is small but I assume the point is more of the physical stuff and not so much about the arcade. You must sign a waiver either before you go online or when you get there. If you are taking someone else's child, you need to get them to go online and sign the waiver before you go. Also, you have to purchase their socks to be able to play. There are people at each station to make sure that no one gets injured. They have a snack zone which offers pizza, chicken fingers, fries, tater tot, pretzels and popcorn. They also have adult glow nights. It looks like all the lights are off except the black lights and you wear glow apparel and get your face painted. We were not aware of the adult night so we can't make it tonight but we will come back and try it. read more

This is a great place to take kids to allow them to burn energy. This location is not as big as the Newnan or Roswell but it gets tge job done. There's a Warped Wall, Basketball Hoops, and Jousting. I'm sure there was more but that's all I could see from the "adult" sitting area. They have an arcade, a little refreshments cafe, massage chairs, for the grown ups, Oh! and free WiFi. I was able to get some homework done while my boys jumped their little hearts out! It is a little on the pricey side, $11 for half and hour, $15 for an hour of jumping, and $19 for 1.5 hours. Luckily, there was some sort of special going on so the boys jumped an hour for $11. One last thing" the staff members are incredibly friendly. We had my sons birthday party here and the service we received was not equal to the price of the party package. Our party was called upstairs for his room time and nothing was set up. The party person assigned to our party was not scheduled to start work until 1pm, which was our party start time. Instead of assigning someone else to our party, they did nothing. The workers didn't know what party room we were supposed to be in, none of my sons stuff was on the second level but still sitting by the party checkin area. Our party room was finally set up about 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. The coke and sprite was flat, one pizza was not cooked all the way. I took my kids here this past Wednesday and they had a ball! One thing I will say though is if this is your kids first visit with sky zone make sure you stop at the desk with the computers first to check in, because if you dont you will stand in line to pay and once you get to the cashier they will turn you around to go check in and sign the waivers on the computers and then when your done you will have to stand in line again to pay.. (Dont be me!) Lol Other than that the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.. The place was nice and clean and they also offered wifi. The best thing about this visit for me was definitely the massage chairs... Omgggg $1 for 3mins.. The chair not only massages your back but it massages your legs and your head too.. Visited December My Family and I visited SkyZone for my Great Nephews 3rd Birthday. This was my first time at Skyzone but my oldest has been before. The Staff was very informative and attentive to the smaller kids. They also interacted with the Kids, I decided I would NOT partake in jumping for the sake of my body and the Staff having to rescue me. Under the right circumstance I would jump next time, lol. The prices are not even worth it, over $70 for 2 people for just 2 hours, forced to buy socks and shirts separately, and just to be told you're confined to one square in the "free jump" area and can't even sit down for a few seconds. The officer on duty there officer peters is corrupt, I saw him rubbing on the shoulders of a young girl as soon as i entered. My Wife was attempting to book online for the lock-in and saw that they didn't offer a military discount online. So she called. She spoke to a manager, who told her, we only offer those on location. We'll put your name on the list and you can pay when you get here, just show your military ID. Well, when we get there, we're told they're 'sold out'. The 'manager' Eric, was the most unprofessional person I've ever met. Hes lucky he ran back inside to be protected by security. He'll definitely get rude with the wrong person one day and regret it. He shouldn't be in that line of work, much less in that position. Don't worry, I don't want anything for free. We'll never be back. The kids have been looking forward to this since June 5th, when we received the email. If we would've been told to pay online, that's what we would've done. Went here today for a birthday party for my niece. This place was a hot mess from the time I walked in. The party was from 1-3. Apparently with their birthday packages, the kids only have 1 hour jump time. This has not been the case at any other skyzone location or trampoline park I've ever visited. Who would pay that much money for 1 hour of jump time? Usually if the children are done eating or singing happy birthday they can go back out to jump. Well these money hungry people want you to pay extra. So a family member decided he would pay the money. Would you believe they said you must now pay for skyzone socks. All the guests did not show so we said how about we get the socks that were paid for in the package. Manager says, you forfeited that when jump time ended at 1 hour mark so you must pay for more socks. What the hell? Will definitely go to Urban Air next time. Mind you, only 3 children attended the party and two additional showed up after one hour mark and wanted a little jump time. All children 5 and under. It turned out to be really bad experience. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Guests were not allowed to check in before jump time ended. As such when they wanted to purchase additional jump time were advised they would have to purchase socks to do so (we had 5 party slots leftover). Spoke to the manager who was calm enough but very unaccomodating after hundreds of dollars were spent at this establishment. Offered discount for socks I'm sure because he knew they were in the wrong. So you turn away paying customers because of a technicality? Good business move. In addition to this we were never called prior to party date as stated in the email we were asked to reference regarding party guest responsibility, which by the way said nothing about socks for guests that weren't allowed to check in before jump time ended. And my daughter's pictures were never displayed in the party room as stated in the email. Funny part is we ended up here by mistake. Thought I picked the park on the other side of the highway. It was adults, teens, kids all together playing in the trampoline park. They had a section for the toddlers, older groups as well. They played dodge ball, basketball, flip into the pit, and the regular section to jump trampoline to trampoline. They have the arcades and three different rooms (has specials names for them). My son turned 7 years old and we celebrated his party here! I initially called to receive pricing and customer service from staff was excellent. I booked the party during a visit and received the same great customer service. When we arrived the staff was informative, patient and kind. The party host set up everything and prepared the room to receive us. We jumped for an hour and had the party room for an hour. The only reason I didn't not give 5 stars is because the party host kind of disappeared after serving the kids pizza and we had to find her for extra cups and a knife to cut the cake. I took a group of kids to sky zone for Spring break Wednesday, April 3. I was greeted with a friendly smile by Shannavia. She was very professional and made checking in a breeze. All my questions were answered and she explained how to proceed to get my kids to the jump area in a timely manner. There were other staff present and each was just as polite and helpful. We also had pizza and Desiree was very helpful letting us know what time we would eat and the pizza was hot and fresh. I wish I could give them zero stars. I arrived to a party yesterday at 5:30pm. We were called to the party room at 7. We past 3 other empty party rooms that were super nice and empty. They take us to this closet to celebrate the child's birthday it was filled with bugs and flies. We had to set up our own room. Which you know everything is on a time schedule. We called the manager and he sent maintenance to handle the big problem. Please look at my picture of maintenance. What a joke the mom spoke to the manger several time of how displease she was. Everything was just off the food came late the drinks came even later not to mention they carry the food and drink from the kitchen with nothing over it from downstairs around the corner. So every germ is going to to be right in you food and beverage. The manager gave a discount off but. The General manger (Eric) and just brushed everything off even tried to say the party was late. No one was trying get anything free, but apologize. Don't blame the customers. This place has really gone down hill since it open. I would never recommend this place for any party for the price and what you get is not worth it. The kids that work there are respectful and nice they just don't have any direction on what to to do.
