I know this is Chuck E. Cheese but the service is horrible , only one cashier in n a super busy Saturday who was moving extra slow, no clean tables and when I asked for a table to be cleaned it took 15 minutes, no ice in the drink machine, most of the drinks needed to be changed out they taste horrible, the attendant just or manager kept yelling over the intercom for people to get their kids socks and never made the kids get out who didn't when the kids who had socks couldn't even play because of those rude kids it was a horrible experience . read more

We absolutely loved our experience! My son had his 3rd birthday there today. I'm thankful the facility was clean, the food came out nice and hot, all the games were working & the workers were extremely nice. Any issue we may have had, which were none, I had no doubt that they will be there to help us along the way because they were intentional on making sure we enjoyed ourselves. This place has grown nicely since my childhood. The pizza is notably better. The silly electric robot band has been replaced by a human in a costume, which the kids loved. The service was great -- now using a scan card instead of tickets and tokens. Perfect kid forward ambiance at a good price point. Surprised to say, I'll be back with more kids. read more

We came here for a birthday party on a Saturday 3-5pm. The lady helping with the party kept forgetting things and it took quite a while to get drinks. The tea was disgusting, tasted rancid, none of us could handle it. Then we got pink lemonade and it was better but still gross. Then, they brought the kids pizza. After a long time waiting for the other 2 pizzas and wings, I finally found the host again and she put the orders in. 20 minutes before the party was over (and they make you move immediately at 5), they finally brought the pizzas and wings. The wings were good. The pizzas were pure dough. One of them half the party wouldn't eat because it was so doughy. Half of the games had error codes and weren't working. We tried this one over the Norcross one this time but won't be making that mistake again. read more

We came to this Chuck E. Cheese as my kids were inviting to a birthday party because they have a friend who lives out in Conyers. Honestly, we usually visit the one-off Jimmy Carter or the Mall of Georgia. This Chuck E. Cheese was okay, the games mostly work, but it does seem to be a bit outdated compared to the other Chuck E. Cheese that we visit and the games here do not pay out many tickets. If you live in the area then I would recommend coming here. Otherwise, it is not worth the drive if you have a Chuck E. It was one of my grand kids birthday as she has just turned 2 years old. My oldest grandchild is 7 so my daughter decided to do something at this place for them. This is a very noisy place!! Walk In: Once entering of course, all of the kids in there are raising hell and running around and on games. A few tables were empty but was never cleaned off. We had to find another place to move the trash to as for some reason there aren't any trash cans in the place seems like to discard trash. That really sucked. Alcohol: Now, beer is served here but by stiff rules. You can only order 1 beer per hour for the max of 2 beers. Mind you, I had to find a way around that. As long as you're not driving, if you like to drink beer and other people in your company doesn't drink, have them buy you a beer. Now, here they put your drivers license in their system as well as when the alcohol was purchased. So I had 3 people with me and we stayed about 3 hours and change. Yet, I already had a designated driver so that wasn't any problem. If any of you decide to take my advice about extra alcohol, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, have a designated driver!!! Games: There are plenty of games to play for the kids and especially gaining a lot of free tickets. For some things the ticket count is so high to trade them in that the majority of kids opt for the candy to trade their tickets in on. We stood in line for a few minutes for our employee to help us out at the counter. They aren't too friendly with greeting. On a regular day it was pretty packed. The ticket machines weren't working properly. Tables weren't getting cleaned off. And like any other Chuck E. Cheese it was filled and kids running around. We didn't eat but by looking at the salad bar next to the register it looked like it hadn't been attended to and cleaned. Needed a good sweep around the place lots of empty cups and trash. read more

This location seemed larger than the one in Cumberland. It was a long drive for me and very crowded. The pizza was good like always. And it seemed that they have joined the game card band wagon. I liked that all of the games costed one credit. So for $5 you get 16 credits, and that is great because a toddler tires out before 16 games/rides are done. I would not recommend doing a birthday party here on the weekend without a reserved table. My cousin did this and there was only one small table available because the place was PACKED out. The small tables seat four comfortably, the rest of us were standing up or able to be seated later on the opposite side of the room. Overall it is still great to be a kid at this location, and inexpensive. Arrive early if you go the cheap route, or you may be standing for a while. read more

My husband and I brought my 6 year old son to a birthday party here last Saturday and he has a blast. This is my favorite location of them all. From the parking to the way it's ran. The staff is friendly and helpful. The party was well organized and ran on time. Who doesn't love Chucky cheese pizza and now for parents there is a beer and I wine menu. This is by far THE WORST Chucky Cheese's I've ever visited! It was dirty, more than half the games didn't work, some games didn't even have tickets in them! So even if they worked and you won tickets...NO TICKETS!! My 4 year old son, honest to God, looked at me and said, "Sorry Momma, I picked the wrong place". How sad is that?! A 4 year old even noticed that this place was horrible. I spent $46 to reward my son for good behavior at school and it was a total DUMP and he felt the need to apologize to me for it being so terribly nasty! I had my son's 3rd birthday here over the weekend, but my family goes to this location about twice a year anyway. When the place is crowded on a weekend, it is too loud and chaotic, and every game has a mob around it to play it next, with no real line being enforced. That said, if you go on a weekday, the experience can be totally different. Also, more than a few of the games were broken, which is pretty unacceptable for this type of venue. The pizza is usually hot, but no great shakes. There IS beer, which I appreciated . I wanted to write this review because despite all this, the staff at this location went out of their way to please us. Granted, we were having a birthday party, so they had plenty of reason to show us an extra fun time, but even accounting for that, I felt like I owed them a positive review. So yeah, cheap pizza, albeit hot and fresh, and video games (too many broken) are not as big a deal as a poor staff would have been. read more

Worst experience ever. Ordered a large pizza noticed some sort of white fibers on the pizza tray halfway through eating. Called the manager over and she said she could replace it with a personal pizza since my family of 4 had eaten half. She was very rude and argumentative. Finally brought out a medium size loaded with pepperoni and neither me or one of my sons eat pork. Poor customer service from the manager India. I placed an order immediately after we arrived at Chuck E Cheese. I noticed it was taking a while to receive our food. I watched one of the employees bring food out to another table that looked like it could've been what we ordered. Then, she went back to the kitchen. She came out 5 minutes later, took the wing tray from the other table and brought it straight to our table. She said that the other family had already eaten a slice of the pizza so she the pizza took it back. I told her that we didn't want the wings that were sitting at a table with another family. She got an attitude and said that it had only been sitting there for 5 min. I jumped out of my chair and followed her to the kitchen. I demanded a manager immediately. The manager was very apologetic and offered to remake everything. I took my refund and left. That will be the last time we visit that Chuck E Cheese location. read more

I won't rate this placed based on my hatred for other people's bad azz kids and their simple azz parents who clearly don't know any better. Instead I will rate it on the fact that the staff is just ok. They aren't rude but definitely lacking that service with a smile. We went on a Thursday so it might be different for those of you who go in Friday and Saturday, the games were great and we had a lot of fun there, there was something for everybody ! BUT the staff didn't go above and beyond when it comes to friendliness, they weren't rude or anything, but they were just kinda getting by, I mean, it's intended for little kids, at least ACT like you're happy.
