We absolutely loved our experience! My son had his 3rd birthday there today. I'm thankful the facility was clean, the food came out nice and hot, all the games were working & the workers were extremely nice. Any issue we may have had, which were none, I had no doubt that they will be there to help us along the way because they were intentional on making sure we enjoyed ourselves. I love that I was about to decorate the table myself too every thing was relaxing and enjoyable!

This place has grown nicely since my childhood. The pizza is notably better. The silly electric robot band has been replaced by a human in a costume, which the kids loved. The service was great -- now using a scan card instead of tickets and tokens. Perfect kid forward ambiance at a good price point. Surprised to say, I'll be back with more kids.

It was one of my grand kids birthday as she has just turned 2 years old. My oldest grandchild is 7 so my daughter decided to do something at this place for them. This is a very noisy place!! Walk In: Once entering of course, all of the kids in there are raising hell and running around and on games. A few tables were empty but was never cleaned off. We had to find another place to move the trash to as for some reason there aren't any trash cans in the place seems like to discard trash. That really sucked. Alcohol: Now, beer is served here but by stiff rules. You can only order 1 beer per hour for the max of 2 beers. Mind you, I had to find a way around that. As long as you're not driving, if you like to drink beer and other people in your company doesn't drink, have them buy you a beer. Now, here they put your drivers license in their system as well as when the alcohol was purchased. So I had 3 people with me and we stayed about 3 hours and change. Yet, I already had a designated driver so that wasn't any problem. If any of you decide to take my advice about extra alcohol, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, have a designated driver!!! Games: There are plenty of games to play for the kids and especially gaining a lot of free tickets. For some things the ticket count is so high to trade them in that the majority of kids opt for the candy to trade their tickets in on. At the end of the day, my grand kids had a great time.

My husband and I brought my 6 year old son to a birthday party here last Saturday and he has a blast. This is my favorite location of them all. From the parking to the way it's ran. The staff is friendly and helpful. The party was well organized and ran on time. Who doesn't love Chucky cheese pizza and now for parents there is a beer and I wine menu. All A's in my book.

We had a good time. For my sons birthday party. I was what we expected. I like the new system of the electronic version of coins. With the wrist band. That helped with the kids not losing coins all over the place. And the games. Was up to date.

I was fortunate to find a code so admission was free but I had pay to feed the animals which was reasonably priced. However with little ones we ran through those tokens so fast because they were overly excited once they realized they could feed the fish ducks and goat. The goats are where most of our time was spent lol. You can pay $20 or 10 tokens to hold animals in different locations. There's a gift shop in the back which I was thankful it was tucked away and not having to walk through it while leaving so tantrums were avoided. Like other reviews yes it's fairly warm but I just figured it's to keep the animals comfortable and I dealt with it, it didn't make or break my experience just bring some water with you. Also yes the smell as soon as you walk in punches you in your nose but you go nose blind after awhile. Every staff member from the front desk to those walking around has awesome customer service interacting with My kids and I and explaining what they were doing with the animals. We will definitely be back soon!

The smell coming from the farm animals really just hits you right in the face when you enter. I wore a cardigan over a tank top and was sweating. There's so many people and very little air conditioning. Yikes. You can smell everyone's body odor. I purchased my tickets online and received my wrist bands. We also bought 15 tokens for about $32 so my kids can interact with the animals. It's cheaper to buy from the token machines inside. Save your money, don't get tokens at all. The amount of animal feed you get is very little. I'm talking about 1 tsp size. Like 2 pebbles for the farm animals, but I understand why they do this. The animals are getting feed all day long. Our first stop was to feed the catfishes. When I say there is a lot of people. There was A LOT of people. I feel like the SeaQuest was really understaffed. Parents were allowing their kids to run around in the turtle inclosure. There was no staff in sight. Poor thing was getting chased by kids. Same thing for the iguana. The only animal interaction my kids enjoyed was the parakeets. It was 1 token per person and you spend about 2-5 mins inside. I would not come back and do not recommend.

Online it says the $9 price is just the online price, but that is what we paid to get in when we paid at the door. Everyone pays to get in even if you are not playing. This bounce house situation was serious. It was huge. If you are not in there with your kids, it's hard to keep up with them. There are people everywhere. The employees are inside the bounce house too. Outside there is a space to leave your shoes, a place to buy snow cones, and seating under a tent. I only gave it three stars because the customer service was poor. The young lady at the door was short and barely wanted to answer questions. Other employees are walking around, but no one is acknowledging what is happening in front of them. This place was packed this day and there were people, mostly children, everywhere you turned. I just wanted to see a bit more order. I would only bring the kids back here if I had at least two more adults with me to help supervise. There was a whole lot going on.
