We had a blast enjoying our birthday Bowling Party :) too much fun turned into a night of unforgettables

I had a Groupon for 2 people for 2 hours of bowling with shoes included for $23. They were able to use the groupon the same day. Forgot my socks - the alley sold those at $3 a piece - itchy, standard bulk pack white socks. The alley itself was clean but could stand an update. It has plastic chairs to sit at in between your bowling but the placement could be better. The chair are situated right in front of the bowling ball racks so it's an inconvenient when you're trying to get a ball and you have to disrupt someone sitting there. The area for your personal belongings was located near the bowling ball holder area too. The lanes worked well - no issues. Overall I had fun. They had a flyer which boasted a few days out of the week there was unlimited bowling for $14. So great prices. There was a bar/food area, small arcade room - saw an air hockey table and arcade games. Didn't explore any other areas to discuss. read more

The manager ED and the bartender Sarah were amazing. The staff was amazing. If there was an issue they helped. The find was good the vibe was good. I only give 4 stars because of security. I personally have a background in security. The security guard was mad rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend they go with another company or officer. The interactions and comments said directly to me was mad disrespectful and unacceptable. read more

I arrived on 4/20 at 5:15pm to bowl with my 2 daughters and was told that I needed to wait at least 30 minutes. why? are you not open ? I am on a schedule, I'm not sitting around for an additional 30 minutes to an hour. Waste of time. read more

Machines can't count pins correctly doesn't count strikes and cheats on score board and wait hours when lanes are open to bowl

We celebrated our daughter Isabella's birthday on January 28th. I cannot tell you how satisfied we are with the entire party. Please forgive me as I didn't collect names. We were greeted with a smile, the GM was so attentive and responsive at all times. The gentleman who brought our food and kept checking up on us was amazing! Our guests had so much fun (I think the adults had more fun than the kids). Each and everyone of your staff was spectacular! Haven't been here in a while and am just getting back out from quarantine. The reason I came was because I read the safety measures online on the website. I figured I would get out and check it out for myself and the staff did not disappoint. When I got to my lane I noticed an employee cleaning the area where some other customers had just left. I instantly felt safe and was glad I came. I told the employee they seemed to be doing a good job and I appreciated this. The employee said they want everyone to be safe and enjoy themselves. So glad I came. So happy with what they are doing by sanitizing all the surfaces. The building smells clean when you come in and I watched them clean after each group of people left. They really do what they say they are doing on the website and I am so happy to see that. I now feel safe to return here because I know they are taking it seriously and they care about the customer. I had my Birthday event at AMF in Conyers on Flat Shoals Road, in March of 2022. I have to say my attempt to reserve lanes was a bit late; however, Carlos at the desk was very courteous, and assisted me with professional customer service skills. He assured me that AMF was willing to help in any way they could. Justin was also helpful over the phone with reservations and making sure I did get the amount of lanes I wanted and any other amenities needed. I had a great time because of these two AMF employees. They are definitely an asset to the company and I thank them very much. read more

I'm soo upset. I called last night Friday to ask what times to come on Saturday where it would be less crowded so I can make sure my kids will have a lane to play without wait. The person at the front desk said anytime before 12 or between 2-3 is when they are less busy. I scheduled My Whole Family + Relatives to go this Sat Morning for 10am...and when I called to confirm the Hours then Changed to 12PM Opening but According to the website and the person I spoke to last night they were Supposed to open at 9am. The person working there even told me he wasn't informed of the time change from management until he got there. I'm glad I called but now a bunch of my family members canceled on us because a 12pm start time conflicts with their pre existing schedules. You would think that during spring break you'd keep to the normal Early schedule for Saturdays being that children are home from school with nothing to do or atleast inform your employees of the time change before they blurt out to the customers the wrong information. I just moved to conyers and was so excited to go bowling today and try out this New place but now I'm just really sad and upset. Please do better AMF this was Not acceptable. This is my new favorite bowling spot. Me and friends had a great time, having fun bowling and listening to music. The food we had was great, and we really enjoyed the music that was playing the whole time. Definitely going to tell more people about this place. read more

This review is more for the manager than the facility. As for the facility, it was acceptably clean and all you would expect from a bowling alley. There were one or two glitches with the machines and automatic scoring system which lower my rating by one star but nothing fatal. The real star of the show was the manager Joe. Due to staffing shortage he had to run the whole thing by himself...bar, snack bar, and front counter. One man show, yet he maintained a positive, friendly attitude, taking time to bring us our drinks and snap a couple of pictures for us. Job very well done, Joe! read more

This seemed like a really good idea.... Two games, two pairs of shoes, two adults.. and the price was 30.00. What happened to old school fun at old school prices? The guy behind the counter had a strange, blank and appraising stare. Like he was mentally weighing my organs. He assigned us the lane right in front of his register, which crammed my date and I into a lane with a large family celebrating a birthday. Our addition made them have to gather their belongings and stand behind and around the seats we were to occupy. I'm pretty convinced the guy behind the counter was conducting a social experiment. 2/3 of the building was completely empty. It was a Tuesday. Er, happy birthday my new, due to close proximity, friends... Bowling is still fun though. Bowling with beer is more fun. They have a full bar, a small arcarde, and a snack counter which, of the three, I didn't try out. I think I'd go again, just to gather more facts, if I find myself with money to burn and a hankering for something familiar. On a weekday. Bowling alleys in small towns are all what you might expect, I think. Desperate teenagers making out over hot dogs in steamy shoes... Pop music so loud it washes out the sounds of your neighbors... Screaming children running amok and asking you for change... Cashiers surly with the thought of how his or her life might have been... For the record, the bartender was nice. Hi I would like to give this place a five star I've been going bowling with a few of my brothers friends here fun place to hangout at if you have nothing else to do I'm 21 years old I've applied here not to long ago waited about 6 weeks I would like to say thanks to Rhonda she's the nice person I've ever meet to offer to take my application in and to submit the workers there are really nice and sweet it was a long process but tomorrow I have to bring in my ID and social security card at 5' o clock i can't wait read more

Great parking, clean, the workers were very sweet. I hadn't bowled in years but the price didn't look too bad. I think for our shoes and two games the price was around $30. Great shoes by the way. They looked almost new and were very comfortable. The atmosphere is clean and I love that there were mostly families there seeing as I am hardly around little ones. My friends and I called this bowling alley and they told us that it was $7 for unlimited bowling so we went in stood in line for 30 minutes to be told that it was college night and that we had to have our "college ID" when online it said that college night was on a Thursday when it is Wednesday, we called back after we left and they proceeded to tell us this after we wasted our time. I would not recommend this bowling alley if you would like to waste your time for nothing. read more

Standard bowling alley, shoes could use some updating mine were all ripped, the food was lack luster, I had chili cheese fries the fries were so salty I couldn't even eat it, also had chicken tenders which were awesome I'll have those again for sure, I had a Long Island and that drink was good and huge. I played pool which you have to pay for also, overall I had fun due to the company I was with, but I'd come here again for drinks and bowling. read more

This is my second review of the bowling center in Conyers, Ga and like my first visit this one was the same as last: 1. The girl working the front desk, I believe her name was Melody, was so rude and acted like she hated her job was so short with myself and my party, I truly hope she is not management! 2. She spoke to the other gentleman that was working with her so disrespectful almost as if the we're married and having issues, I believe his name was Sammy (who was working his tail off helping with the front desk and food counter). Again the only upside to the visit was the machines ran wonderful no breakdowns and the gentleman I saw running all over the place getting balls out of the gutter and going through the side door behind the lanes, he didn't have a name tag on but you could tell he enjoyed his job, KUDOS TO THAT GENTLEMAN! read more

The manager has you work Christmas Day all by yourself and you do 2500 in beer sales but get no appreciation. During the holidays the manager and comanager have the shift leaders work every holiday while they skip some. After scott demanded 50 hours a week during the holidays neither one of the managers work it. You want to blame me for all your problems well maybe you should place the blame on yourself. Scott i am sorry for my brain damage disability causing me to not perform up to your standards. I was always treated like i was normal when my brain is not. Had a great time once again. And they got some new shoes!! I really enjoy coming here.

Typically I enjoy bowling here, but in the last few months it's been impossible to even get a lane before 9 due to leagues which they do not inform anyone about them happening. So first you waste time going here planning to bowl but every night there is a league so there's that. But tonight was the last straw for me. My friends and I are pretty avid bowlers now and we are getting good, one friend in particular almost bowled a perfect game tonight but due to AMF's incompetence, under staffing, and sheer disregard for customer complaints we waited 70 minutes to finish this game. Yes I know it's just a game. But to wait 70 minutes on a bother repair, may I add we had problems with the lanes all night long. At one point they jut kept resetting continuously without stopping. The gym didn't seem to be upset or have any issues with the way our night went even after explaining we bowled 3 games and had been there 5 1/2 hours. I'm over AMF and will not be returning. I suggest you do the same. read more
