We hosted our Daughter's 4th Birthday party at 'SeaQuest at Stonecrest' today, Feb 4, 2023. It was amazing from start to finish. I originally reached out over the phone(with the number provided on Google) and got a call center rep who didn't really have too much knowledge on the venue. BUT-- he made it clear that he wanted to take my money to book over the phone. It just didn't feel right because I was reading reviews online that we're all bad!! So I did what any parent would do-- I drove there and was greeted with a friendly face named Keisha. She was welcoming, warm and walked me through the facility to show me the event space, as well as, some of the animal enclosures they have on site. We'll it's safe to say-- I immediately booked the ultimate birthday party package and signed up for a membership Lol. Our package included rental of the space of half the room. Yes, I made a return visit to take measurements for a space divider. We had her party on a Saturday-- we were concerned about 'crowd control' and didn't want unwanted visitors dawdling into our party. We had custom labels made to put on the wrist bands of all of our attendees to keep track of everyone. I brought in my own decor, face painter, balloon artist and food to feed everyone. It was the sweetest party experience. But look. I have to say-- this was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so accommodating and approachable for questions. Our party attendant was AMAZING (please forgive me if I butcher her name)- Geneviva or Genevieve - you guyssss... She was attentive, and always had a answer for questions asked. If you have a party there-- she will NOT disappoint. We were also helped consistently by a young lady named Lily, she led the Safari and brought over animals for our party of kiddos to have a personal meet and greet. She was so knowledgeable of all of the animals and their care routines.. She was great with all of the kids and truly helped to make this experience so sweet. We also paid for 'Oceanana' the Mermaid and 'Captain Quest' The Pirate to interact with our guests. They were great with the kids taking photos and telling stories. I totally recommend that upgrade Lol I'm going to upload photos. They kids loved the mermaid's pretty tail and were scared to get too close Lol But they didn't want to hurt her fin Lol Kids are so sweet and thoughtful. Thank you again to the entire team at SeaQuest. You were amazing hosts and I can't wait to use our memberships to return for visits

Hello everyone Thank you for choosing A Fancy Review, I'm Tiffancy your host today. Seaquest at Stonecrest, a great place for kids. It is definitely a nice place to have a party. You can touch pet and feed every animal in there. They have sting wrays, parrots, baby sharks, turtles, tortoises, goats, and chickens. The chickens fight each other. Lol Mouse dogs, African cats, and other animals too but, we didn't go to all of them. They have about 3 big gladiator style bounce houses. My son relayed all three of them about three times until he was ready to pass out, they have mini golf and clean bathrooms. Kids will like it. Purchase a token packs when you visit so your kid can feed the animals. The gift shop was nice and not that expensive. My son liked the options to pick out different animal figurines to stuff in a container to purchase. Everyone is so nice. All the kids loved it. They were all ages. Special thanks to every staff member there on Sunday Dec 5 from noon until 3 I was there. I waited a week to write the review so I can not remember the staff members names but I talked to almost everyone. So this is a shout out to the entire staff that early afternoon all smiles and very attentive thank you.

Despite all the negative reviews, we had so much fun! The staff was kind and helpful and very enthusiastic. The animals were fun to see and the best part was the interactive activities. I think going an off time is best and will give any family the best experience. The wallaby and sloth experience were definitely worth while. Jessica, Rachel and Edwin were all extra sweet and you could tell they love their job.

This place is a new addition to Stonecrest mall. I feel it's gonna bring a lot of traffic to the mall and it's good for business. When first walking in, The entrance was well lit , clean and neat. At admissions the customer service agents were very professional and patient explain the different options to me and help me pick the best option for my family. We purchased admission and feeding tokens and enough for experiences with the animals. Inside ,everything was clean and did not have a odor.I understand animals smell but I don't like to smell them when I go to a zoo or aquarium. It's just me. My daughter truly enjoyed the Egyptian cats I forgot what they were called. My favorite were the stingrays. I met one of the animal whisperer's name Aaron who cares for the stingrays. She was very knowledgeable friendly and willing to teach and talk to us. After purchasing "kisses feet "with our tokens she showed us how to properly feed the stingrays and we were even able to pet them. It was amazing and we truly had a great time. We enjoyed it so much purchased memberships. I personally fell in love with the stingrays and will be back next weekend to pay my friends at Seaquest a visit.

I throughly enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend it to everyone. I took my godson (6 yrs) and mother on Mother's Day. We went at opening and there was no one there! We were there for 3 hours and no one came in until we were about to leave. The workers are all knowledgeable and really passionate about the animals' care. They took the time to get on my godson's level and coach him on holding the animals even the ones he was afraid of. All the animals look healthy and are clearly well cared for. Rachel was phenomenal with him! My mom bought an annual pass! I will be back and will spread the word about this place.

We have fallen in love with this local experience. We purchased the year passports through Groupon and got an amazing deal. We have visited them about 6 times so far and each experience was amazing. We have learned so much about the animals and how they obtain them and even the different animal's personal stories. I encourage anyone who goes to reach out to the staff- some of our favorites are Sarah and April- but honestly, EACH member of the staff from the maintenance department up to management is friendly and willing to stop and answer my tons of questions. In the last couple of months, we have seen such a change in improving the habitats, experiences and even gaining new animals. Please keep in mind that they are still working on things to make the exhibits permanent- things are constantly changing in a good way- We are bummed that they removed the mini-golf- but they have other activities that they are testing out on guests such as a giant soccer inflatable and a connect-4 type game. The gift shop is really cute and has a great variety of things. Our son got a necklace that came with an oyster to open and find a pearl- he loved doing that. We have had personal interactions with the cats, parakeets, wallabies, tortoise, iguana/lizards, sloths, various fish and ducks, goats, stingrays, and more. They recently added a trio of Otters and we can't wait for them to be ready to socialize and interact with. I was particularly impressed with the respect they gave the animals. We had a scheduled interaction with the sloths and they were sleeping up in their little bed area. The Animal whisperer tried to talk to them- but didn't disturb them or grab them down or anything- yet, they asked us to come back later. They don't force the animals to interact if they aren't in the mood. That was pretty cool to me. They have a pair of parrots and a couple other large birds that are my favorite. One of them had missing feathers and looked rough when we first started to come- but as I asked about her, the whisperer explained how she was a rescue and had a skin condition and a plucking habit due to how it was treated before they got her. Since then- we have seen an amazing change in this beautiful bird- the skin condition is being vet treated and her feathers are growing in and she plucks much less- but if i hadn't asked- I would have thought it was having issues at SeaQuest, not thinking of the life she came from. Her story has inspired me so much- and like the other animals, if she doesn't feel like being out with the public, she can choose not to. They have enclosures in another area where they can be behind the scenes. How many other zoo type attractions do that? I am so impressed with the staff and the care that they have for their animals. Go- visit- and ask questions- don't just walk around... take your time to observe and learn how neat all these animals are.

This is an amazing place!!…read more Plenty of parking and port-a-potties We came for unicorn day!! It was amazing! All the horses had beautiful horns and painted hair (like pastel chalk that does not hurt them). All animals are under the most wonderful care and we are given instructions on how to approach them and observe them. Amongst many things we saw a baby chick being hatched, baby bunnies, adult bunnies, donkeys, sheep's, horses, pigs, pony's, goats, doves, chickens, roosters, chicks and of course UNICORNS! Staff was out of this world helpful!! So sweet and kind. It was a hot day and they let my little nephew play in the clean water they had to cool off! We even got a tractor ride! They have a beautiful tree swing and so many cute picture spots! Pack a picnic (but be careful not to throw any food on the ground the animals each have specific diets and we wouldn't want them to eat anything that could hurt their stomachs). Also there is hand sanitizer but I would suggest bringing some soap and water if you want to wash your hands. Just ask for the best place to do that! They have a pretty Montessori style here. You're given help in approaching the animals and donkeys sheep and goats are sitting all around and you can walk around and pet them. There are brushes set aside for you to brush them too!! The more attention specific animals like the bigger bunnies were handled with the wonderful caregivers! Allowing people to hold the more socialized animals even! Also the unicorns were beautiful with flower leis and gorgeous horns! Absolutely a must to do for any birthday, field trip, or just a way to get kids used to animals in a wonderfully comfortable setting.

They were great with the kids and did a fantastic job entertaining and educating the kids on the farm animals. Speaking of farm animals, they had a variety! They had horses, donkeys, bunnies (including big ones), goats, pigs, chickens, and so much more. The party was about two hours and the team at The Art Barn kept everyone busy. The activities were interactive. We got to pet and brush the farm animals, ride a horse, paint, go on a hayride and explore the farm. The party area is under a big tree, so it's cool and shaded. There were 6 picnic tables which was more than enough for our party. Two Porta Potties are available and they were cleaned prior to the start of the party. They were the cleanest porta potties I have ever used! They also had a hand cleaning station equipped with wipes and hand sanitizer. The Art Barn is a great place for parties, field trips, etc! I highly recommend checking it out.

Our tour guides, Jamie and Ray, were absolutely incredible -- kind, knowledgeable, patient, and it was so obvious how much they genuinely love their jobs and the animals. Their passion made the entire experience even more special. We brought our 4- and 7-year-old, and they loved every minute of the safari and barn tour -- especially getting to feed the giraffes! The animals look extremely well cared for and have so much open land to roam. I also really appreciate that this is a no-touch facility -- even guests and guides aren't allowed to pet the animals, which shows how much they prioritize the animals' wellbeing. We stayed one night in a tent, and it was beyond luxurious. The tents are beautiful and thoughtfully designed -- not a single detail was missed. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! At sunset and sunrise, so many animals wandered by. It was peaceful, breathtaking, and something we'll never forget. We walked to the campfire that night and made s'mores, which was the perfect ending to an already magical day. This place is truly a hidden gem. We will absolutely be back -- hopefully very soon!

It's such an amazing experience and less than hour from Atlanta. A few things to know: There isn't anything on the property so you will need to pack games and stuff. There also isn't anywhere to really walk around and explore. So we spent our time either in our room or back in the downtown Madison area. There seems to be a lot of confusion between the various teams and even another person in our your group stated that some of the information she was provided did not match. Everyone was super nice though and also anytime there was an issue, they got it taken care of. I would opt for the upgraded your that takes you behind the scenes and allows you to feed the giraffes because the reg safari has limited animals to see. You can see most of them from driving around or from the balcony of your tent. Now waking up and being able to sit out on your balcony and watch the animals literally in your backyard is really cool. They are still building and growing and would love to come back again in a year or 2. If you can swing it, spend a night in the giraffe suite
