The other worker we encountered monitoring the courses was unfriendly and when asking her questions she told me to check the signs instead of just giving me an answer? She seemed unhappy to be there. This place is just dirty. We were first jumpers there on the day we visited and there was trash on the floor, food crumbs, hair and debris on many of the trampolines. They even had trash (candy bar wrappers) under the playground area for small kids. The cubbies for shoe/belongings storage had trash, used rolled up jump socks, and food in them. One area during our visit was down for maintenance even though you still had to pay for it in ticket pricing/there is no discount. I left wanted to sterilize my kids. We have been to other trampoline parks in town and I was a bit baffled by this one. Again, as first in jumpers the place had clearly not been sanitized or cleaned. This is middle of the week so I am curious as to how often they even take precautionary sanitizing measures? For $87 after tax this was totally not worth it!

We came from out of town and a family friend recommended to meet at this place. We have a 10, 6 and 2 year old and they all had a blast. We spent hours here, the time went by so fast as the kids were just running from one activity to the next over and over. It did tire them out and they slept great that night. Staff were friendly though inside it would have been nice to have a few more staff monitoring and helping. Prime example was there was nobody there to monitor or help harness kids to be able to rock climb but the parents all seemed to figure it out. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit.
