There was a vacuum cleaner near one of the play entrances where the cord stretched from one side of the room to the other side of the room where people and children cross and it was still plugged in. The equipment is worn. A couple of the couches where the parents sit were actually ripped and worn. The bathroom however was fairly clean. I didn't get the sense that there was any deep cleaning anywhere in that facility. They only have snacks and fluids which are way overpriced. They were understaffed. We visited Funtastic this weekend and had an amazing time. Maybe the owner should visit and see what a clean and safe indoor play area can look like. THIS WAS OUR 1st and last time.

The other worker we encountered monitoring the courses was unfriendly and when asking her questions she told me to check the signs instead of just giving me an answer? She seemed unhappy to be there. This place is just dirty. We were first jumpers there on the day we visited and there was trash on the floor, food crumbs, hair and debris on many of the trampolines. They even had trash (candy bar wrappers) under the playground area for small kids. The cubbies for shoe/belongings storage had trash, used rolled up jump socks, and food in them. One area during our visit was down for maintenance even though you still had to pay for it in ticket pricing/there is no discount. I left wanted to sterilize my kids. We have been to other trampoline parks in town and I was a bit baffled by this one. Again, as first in jumpers the place had clearly not been sanitized or cleaned. This is middle of the week so I am curious as to how often they even take precautionary sanitizing measures? For $87 after tax this was totally not worth it!

Turns out they changed the way they do memberships so it automatically defaulted the account. Now you have to pay for a year up front. The young lady(not really her fault) couldn't explain much and didn't ask a manager. Said I couldn't do anything until I renewed for a year or bought a new day pass. Had to buy a day pass for my son just to play on something we had been paying for all along or so we thought. It's not really about the money but would have been nice to know since we thought we were up to date. This is similar to why we came here from sky zone. Members for years and one day they never heard of us and said we weren't members. I think we are done with the jump houses.

We came from out of town and a family friend recommended to meet at this place. We have a 10, 6 and 2 year old and they all had a blast. We spent hours here, the time went by so fast as the kids were just running from one activity to the next over and over. It did tire them out and they slept great that night. Staff were friendly though inside it would have been nice to have a few more staff monitoring and helping. Prime example was there was nobody there to monitor or help harness kids to be able to rock climb but the parents all seemed to figure it out. Prices weren't too bad and if you're looking for an indoor activity to beat the heat this place is fun for kids of all ages.

The cost is not that bad, the food looked delicious, but we didn't eat here. My grandkids played video games, slid on the slides and went through obstacle courses. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE AND EXPERIENCE FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN!…read more I had the rare opportunity last week to have three of my grandchildren together, so took them to Urban Air in Newnan, GA, as they all love to jump and tumble and I had thought it was better than another trampoline park south of our town. How WRONG I WAS! After I paid nearly $100 for 2 pairs of sox and entry for the three youth, we went into the facility to a complete shock. Half of the "park" had closed signs and activities blocked off to prohibit anyone from TRYING to go in and play. Floors were scoured, attractions were closed, mats and plywood "decorated" empty spaces. Needless to say, the kids were SO disappointed and I was furious as we had driven nearly 40 miles for them to have the anticipated fun we all expected. We could have easily driven 40 miles in the other direction and had a MUCH more pleasant and satisfying true adventure and fun afternoon! I marched over the the desk and asked for a manager. To her credit, she was very accommodating and apologized and quickly refunded me the entry fees, but not the $8+ for sox that we used for MAYBE 10 minutes. She said that there had been a reduction in entry due to the construction zone. HOWEVER, WHEN WE HAD ENTERED AND PAID THE ALLEGEDLY REDUCED FEE, NO ONE TOLD US THAT APPROXIMATELY HALF OF THE "PARK" WAS INACCESSIBLE! We had seen on the way up to Newnan that a couple of Urban Airs in Georgia had closed. Considering the way this one operated without notice to customers, I expect it will be next! Instead of reportedly (after the payment and upon complaint-not before either!) reducing the entry cost, the park should have been CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS, not having areas barred off after part of the facility had been demolished! Now it will likely be CLOSED FOR GOOD! Which, considering the way the owner "manages" his/her business, it should be! I have pictures of the closures, but don't seem to be able to upload them to this review.

This place isn't as big and grandeur as some of the centers around Atlanta, but what they offer…read morethat others don't.. a relatively clean facility that is fully staffed. Respectable, helpful staff. There's a big area to jump, a kids indoor playground, and a few arcades. My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.

There's rock climbing, obstacle course, typical jumping, etc. much more variety than even the ones I've seen in Atlanta. The location is near the mall and very convenient to many places. I'd recommend coming when it's not too crowded so mid day is a perfect time.
