Basically an indoor park with slides, ropes, ball pits and everything else kids dreams are made of. You come and pay, sign a waiver and then you have unlimited play until they close. We came from out of town and a family friend recommended to meet at this place. We have a 10, 6 and 2 year old and they all had a blast. We spent hours here, the time went by so fast as the kids were just running from one activity to the next over and over. It did tire them out and they slept great that night. Staff were friendly though inside it would have been nice to have a few more staff monitoring and helping. Prime example was there was nobody there to monitor or help harness kids to be able to rock climb but the parents all seemed to figure it out. Prices weren't too bad and if you're looking for an indoor activity to beat the heat this place is fun for kids of all ages. read more

I attended the Halloween event on 10/25/2024 and it was not worth the price. I think the event should have been the regular price and here's why I say that. The event was from 5-7, which is okay. The cotton candy machine ended up breaking, there were 3 cars for the trunk and treat and the kids had to get 1 piece of candy a piece. There were only two girls' face painting and time went by so fast that the kids weren't able to get their faces painted. The kids enjoyed playing, but they weren't able to get the other incentives that were offered at the event. read more

It is a fun & safe place for kids! The price is reasonable & our daughter loves playing there so we take her all the time. We just had her 3rd birthday party and Hannah gave us an excellent service! She was so kind, caring and thoughtful. She even offered to clean the doll that was on the cake as a cake topper! She also adored our daughter and was very very sweet to her! I've been waiting for Montgomery to get an indoor playground & was so excited to book my daughter's birthday party here. I even paid the party fee & reserved a room (which I never do). GOOD: - Decent value. 50% due at booking. $225 for 2 hours (10-12 kids), free guest admission, 2-3 pizzas, kid drinks. - The play area is AWESOME. It's just as good if not better than Let's Play Birmingham. - The girl that worked our party literally did it all for me. She helped unload our cars, decorate, serve kids, organized gifts to leave, cleanup. Had to tip her. Didn't realize this until we saw tip jar. BAD: - Not enough parking - Party was managed as far as what happens when inside your 2 hours. We didn't get pizza until 80 minutes in & adults were starving. - You cannot come early to decorate; which sucked because my guests were showing up at the same time as me & they watched us setup. read more

Bright and not overcrowded with stuff. Good layout with toddler section on the left, Styrofoam "Lego" blocks in the middle, and bigger kids play area and slides on the right. There's a sectioned off climbing wall requiring staff supervision and another section for the tube slide. Thumbs down stuff: Interactive screens. Even on the trampolines. Really? I counted 4 interactive screens total plus a big screen in the middle playing a kids movie. 3 more screens in the snack area. Each kids party room has a screen playing a movie too. Snack selection includes dipping dots, pizza, chips, Gatorade, coffee. No fresh fruit at all. Not even a banana or apple. I'd say this place is ideal for kids 4 and up. 3 ok. 2 if it's a slow day. I took my kids for the first time on February 20th and it was horrible, only one person was working she was very sweet & understanding I think the name was Blakely. It was 2 other people that where very unprofessional they were in cafeteria while the front was very out of hand and they didn't have the best attitudes , besides that the service was ok don't think I will be coming back anytime soon tho. read more

My son had a birthday party here today and when they put the cake in the party room, they left the door open. At some point, someone went into our party room before we were supposed to be in there and ruined the cake (by ruined, I mean it looked like somebody scooped it with their hand.) When we asked to put our presents in the room, only then did the employees tell us this happened even though they already knew about it. The manager "called" the owners and the owners would only give us a refund for half the price of the cake at first. They would not take full responsibility for leaving the door open. Only after complaining for a good 15 minutes and having other customers hear our complaints did they decide to reimburse us for the whole cake. Yes, they made it right, but we shouldn't have had to fight. There was an Asian lady at the front desk that was making all the decisions, but she would not talk to us. She would get the employees to relay the message to us even though she was right there in front of us. Very unprofessional. We will not be back. read more

Great place, very fun and super clean. Their vision "Newtopia" means to build the kingdom of God in this broken land, I love that vision.

My girls have so much fun here but the check in process is always such chaos. No clear signage on what to do, no clear lines, and the employees behind the counter are not very helpful. Every time we have visited it has been chaos in the check in area and we have had to specifically get the attention of someone behind the desk after standing there for 5+ minutes with no assistance. Some employee training and signage to help with the crowd flow would make this place so much better! read more

My experience yesterday was awful and today I leave this establishment feeling worse than I was yesterday.. The place is great. My nephew enjoyed his 5th birthday party however after my friend's daughter shoes went missing, things went downhill. We first talked to the young adults running the register. They offer us free passes but a manager couldn't be found at the time. Then the manager on duty finally comes to speak with us. He offers the child a pair of used dirty pink house shoes to wear and thought that was the best thing to do for the situation since he said this has never happen before. He then leaves after a parent who was asking questions asked him to move back out of her face and could not be found for about 30 minutes. He returns and says he doesn't want talk to us because we were being racist. We called the police to make a report. We waited about an hour and no police officer came so we proceed to leave so the child can get a pair of shoes before the stores closed. (KEEP IN MIND WE ARE NOT FROM MONTGOMERYAND CAME DOWN TO VISIT. )He notices us leaving, runs out then tells us he's a pastor and that the other lady Chloe was the owner. He said the other lady asked him to move out of her face and he felt like we were racist. Just come back tomorrow maybe someone will bring the shoes back. Well today we return to see if the shoes reappeared. After asking for a manager Chloe didn't want to talk with me until AFTER I asked for the corporate's number. Chloe then comes to say he(the guy who called us racist ) was the one in charge of the entire building and she apologized. She asked when would we be back in town because I told them yesterday that we were not from the area. She made sure I understood that there is no corporate just the guy who is over her. So today I leave this place now knowing the owner of this establishment has called us racist and also lied about who he was to the company. Shoes can be replaced but degrading my character is unacceptable. I have never felt so disrespected and no we do not want passes to an establishment we will never go back too. My only prayer is that no one ever has to go through this and that management would be professional enough to speak to paying customers who have an issue of any kind without the use of negative words and lies. read more
