Hadn't been in a chuck e cheese in ages... Here for the grand daughter's 1 year bday.... it's a bit smaller than what I remember from some 25 years or more plus it in a new building and location.... it was quiet for a mid afternoon.... The customer service was great.. The grand daughter even was attentive. Everything was great ... until the crowd started coming question? This baby casino is very nice. I prefer to bring my kid during the weekday as an after school treat. Then there won't be too many people in there, mainly toddlers and homeschool kids. I try to avoid the baby casino during the weekend. It's pandemonium in there! But of course some kid she knows, at least once a year, has a party there on a Saturday. Maybe going during their slower hours has spoiled my kid, but I can see the frustration building when she's running around looking for a unoccupied game to play. Then the lines at the ticket stations are long and she gets ticket envy. No we're not getting more tokens so you can win more tickets so you can get the makeup kit. I can literally buy that for you at Walmart or Dollar Tree. Don't get me wrong, I like this place. As a nerdy/dorky mom, my favorite game is the Batman video game. I often think about going during my lunch break so I can play all the levels by myself and eat pizza that could be classified as cardboard once it reaches room temperature. But I also try to avoid it. They have a lunch special from 11-3pm And of course Chuck E will make it rain on the kids every 45mins. If there aren't that many people in there, you feel relatively safe letting your kid wonder around by themselves, while you keep an eye on them from one of the many seating booths. it's been a long time since I'd been in a chuck e cheese. things looked a little different from what I remember but one thing remained the same. a place full of bright lights, colors, fun and great pizza. It was like Christmas morning for my three year old grandson .. something else I thought of was how the big cheese would come out and the kids would dance and take pictures with Chucky.We were there for about 2 hours if not longer and Chucky never appeared and my question is this: is there still a chucky that comes out to surprise the kids ?I kept telling my grandson he was coming but he never did. other than that oh and the fact it took one hour to get a personal size pizza even though there were only a few people in the entire place we had a good time with the games. It's the place where a kid could be a kid, but no one ever mentioned the fact that adults CAN enjoy it here. My nephew and I had a date night. His choice was Chuck E Cheese. Needless to say, a part of my soul sank because I'm not a fan of loud kids, and that was my idea of this place. When I walked in the young lady gave us both numbers on our hands. I liked this because everyone that comes together had the same number. When people leave they check the child to ensure that they are leaving out with the right person. I love the safety measures. When we walked in, my nephew and I ordered tokens from Alexandria who has the best personality for this place. She kept a smile on her face even though I was a "sour puss". First, my nephew and I played the Fast and Furious racing game. I had so much fun. I didn't believe that I was having this much fun at a kid's place. Then, we played Super Shot, which is a game that the players had to shot basketballs in the basket in 40seconds. More fun!!! And the skeeball machine was extremely the highlight of the night. We had some fun competitions going on. The place is on the inside of a mall, yet it was extremely clean. Much cleaner than you would expect from a place that caters to kids all day. When we were leaving, Talyssa was telling us about the whole place, and she was so upbeat and pleasant. Human resources did an amazing job by hiring Talyssa and Alexandria. Their personalities were great. This location superseded my expectations. I never would've thought that I would have so much fun. I will definitely return for another date night because the customer service was great, the place was clean, and I had a fun night. The facility is really clean (it should be, it just opened...LOL). The staff is really sweet to help us mommy's keep things together. One even played guitars with my son! Overall, we ate some pizza, played tons of games, and had a really good time! read more

The manager there wasn't friendly to me. He didn't say one word to me when I talked to him trying to get service. I didn't even get a smile. The games were ok, but I much rather spend my money where I feel respected and appreciated as a paying customer. read more

From Tuscaloosa-Our family was in the area and we took our 3 kids,their Aunt and Grandmother joined us too. The food was great and the young man doing the entertainment with Chuck did an amazing job!! I hope we get one in Tuscaloosa asap and hopefully the staff and food will be just as great! read more

i love chuck e cheeses but the pizza is to small and games dont give enough tickets and they bribed me into playing all the no tickets games
