There's rock climbing, obstacle course, typical jumping, etc. much more variety than even the ones I've seen in Atlanta. The location is near the mall and very convenient to many places. I'd recommend coming when it's not too crowded so mid day is a perfect time.

While the website was impressive, we had no idea the treat we were in for! The staff is warm and welcoming. The camp is family run, and it is obvious that the rest of the staff are included in that warmth. Our students had a blast on the zip lines and ropes courses, and grew together as a group through the facilitated team building activities. As a director of Residential Life it was incredibly heart warming watching the students open up to each other and work together in a new way. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things. Even though my husband and I were the only chaperones of 25 teens (with our two kids), we felt relaxed the entire time. Because of the staff's collaboration with us, we knew the students were taken care of. It made the entire adventure a relaxing experience - which, believe me, is a huge feat. While there were threats of a storm (which never happened) we felt perfectly safe with the camp's procedures. Any of our group's random complications were handled with grace and support. You can really tell the thought and care that Susan, Ron, Natalie, and the rest of the crew put into the entire experience. There are several TVs but the kids won't notice them they will be to busy climbing and going down the slides! They keep the place clean and have a variety of adult and kids snacks to keep you hydrated and fed including chips, uncrustables, ice creams and a coffee machine that puts the fancy and expensive coffees from other places to shame! We had a large party and many of the bobas, frozen coffees and refreshers were so tasty! The staff made a few samples to try and it was like the best dessert-get the butterbeer or the peanut butter cup coffees- super delish! They allow you to bring some decorations and a cake and we also brought pizzas and juice boxes for the little ones! At the end the birthday boy got a tee shirt from them and he got his handprint in paint on the wall by the restrooms. They have a few massage chairs you can relax in for a few bux! There is a seated area to the side of the play structure for snacking. Everyone needs to have socks from Weevil play-including adults, with NO Shoes allowed inside the gate. This ensures the floors are clean for the kids & crawlers. The pricing was reasonable for what we have seen at indoor play places in several other cities. Understandably, people drop things, but watching the same food sit in the same place the entire 40 minutes I'm there seems out of reason. Buffet: Slow. Couldn't keep up with lines and yet front counter was steadily ringing up more. From my observation it appeared the cook staff was more focused on specialty orders than the main buffet. I am writing to formally lodge a major complaint regarding the absolute disaster that is the arcade…read morecenter at your Bowlero location in Montgomery, Alabama. The current state of this arcade is a complete joke, and the corporate policies protecting it feel downright corrupt. First and foremost, your games are wildly over priced, and for what? Half the time, the machines are malfunctioning, eating credits, or straight-up broken, yet you have zero quality control. To make matters worse, there is nobody competent managing the arcade center. When a game fails, finding an employee who actually knows how to fix the products or electronics is nearly impossible. The staff is poorly trained, and management completely lacks any standard of customer service. But the most predatory part of your business model is your outrageous, corrupted refund policy. When your broken machines rob a customer, your staff hides behind corporate policy to deny refunds. This is a massive slap in the face to two major groups of people: 1. Parents: Families come in expecting a quality experience, only to watch their money vanish into broken machines with absolutely zero compensation offered to the parents who are footing the bill. 2. Younger Teenagers: You are taking advantage of teens who do not make much money, who save up to have a good time, only to get ripped off by a faulty system and told "no refunds." It is completely unacceptable to take people's hard-earned money and offer zero accountability when your product fails. Frankly, the entire current arcade setup at the Montgomery location should be shut down and completely overhauled. If Bowlero Montgomery wants to save its reputation, the entire business model needs to be improved. You need an entirely new, functional reward system that actually treats customers fairly, alongside a complete overhaul of your refund policy to ensure people get their money back when games fail. Do not send me a generic, automated corporate response. This location needs immediate corporate intervention, better management, and a fair policy for the people of Montgomery.
