They are telling the kids to go to the hotel across the street. Also, its a code violation that the bathrooms don't work. When you stand and tell child you can't potty, and can't use the men's restroom that works. I have a problem with it. Seems they stayed open because they didn't want to lose that "money".

This place is huge. Trampolines, foam pits, dodge ball, a ninja warrior course, a blob to jump into, raised basketball goals and more. The party gives you an hr of play with 30 mins or so in the party room. You don't get to return to play... which is lame. It's expensive for an hr of play. $20 bucks per person. Additionally, I had to pay for my 3 yr old and had to pay for myself to accompany her. Pricey but fun. Kids had a blast. They wanted to play more though. Wife made the reservation. I didn't know the details and was a bit disappointed with the limited amount of play time. The party room was adequate. The hostess was absentee which appears to be a systemic issue based on the other party review. They brought the coolers in for my wife and threw a few plates and napkins in the room and we didn't see her again until it was over. They shorted us on drinks. We bought extra pizza. They allow outside food which is nice. Overall great time for the kids. Super tiring. It was tough to get out of ball pits FYI! It's not private. It's gen pop / players and party goers. Next time I would likely see about letting the kids play for longer and skip the party room/ hostess scenario. It was of no material benefit. The little girl that was our assigned hostess appeared way overbooked and simply couldn't keep up which is a managerial issue. Overall a good time. Made my son and his friends happy so at the end of the day that was all that mattered.

I went with a summer camp so I cannot comment on the prices. Everyone gets their own pair of socks to keep that does not slip. Well...mine slipped once while trying to climb up to get on a step. But other than that out of a thousand chances, I say the socks pass the test. Most of the walkways are padded soft for kids. There is a snack bar. The bar seems to offer mostly ice cream. My only complaint is that in one section, there are a bunch of plastic balls not in a ballpit. These seem very unnecessary because of all the things to climb, slide, or run through. I saw many kids pegging each ootherwise them and one kid that I didn't know threw one at me that hit me in the neck. The balls just seem to be nothing more than an irritant. I also wonder if staff supervises play. I was there with a camp so I supervised my kids. But the only staff I saw was at the front desk. There is a waiver to sign and they have 4 computers set up front. You complete the waiver over the computer. TheXtreme Air is located in the old Sony plant across from Flowers. This was a brilliant use of an abandoned building.

I arrived shortly after they opened on a Saturday and it began to fill up pretty soon. I recommend not going on a Saturday and perhaps select a weekday to reduce the amount of stank you may experience after a busy week of boredom for your kids. Add to my experience, a family of obvious locals who blocked the areas where most patrons would walk, and I get the feeling they did it on purpose as a show of force from the 'hood. While there, the lights went out for a section of the building. That is a scheduled and planned light-out due to an hourly attempt to allow the kids to 'party out'.

There was a vacuum cleaner near one of the play entrances where the cord stretched from one side of the room to the other side of the room where people and children cross and it was still plugged in. The equipment is worn. A couple of the couches where the parents sit were actually ripped and worn. The bathroom however was fairly clean. I didn't get the sense that there was any deep cleaning anywhere in that facility. They only have snacks and fluids which are way overpriced. They were understaffed. We visited Funtastic this weekend and had an amazing time. Maybe the owner should visit and see what a clean and safe indoor play area can look like. THIS WAS OUR 1st and last time.

When we walked in, my nephew and I ordered tokens from Alexandria who has the best personality for this place. She kept a smile on her face even though I was a "sour puss". First, my nephew and I played the Fast and Furious racing game. I had so much fun. I didn't believe that I was having this much fun at a kid's place. Then, we played Super Shot, which is a game that the players had to shot basketballs in the basket in 40seconds. More fun!!! And the skeeball machine was extremely the highlight of the night. When we were leaving, Talyssa was telling us about the whole place, and she was so upbeat and pleasant. Human resources did an amazing job by hiring Talyssa and Alexandria. The customer service was great.. The grand daughter even was attentive. Everything was great ... until the crowd started coming question? Why do Everything, event, scene ect has to endure the smell of Marijuana... .. Especially a venue promoted for children? Come on people, where's the respect?
