Really sweet helpful staff. Went bowling with my son on my recent trip into Auburn to visit him. The place was clean & the staff was polite, friendly, helpful and service was great. We were attended at our lane immediately & our food/drink order was delivered timely as well. The pizza & funnel cake fries were really good. Fun atmosphere. The bacon cheddar burger was delicious but I ordered with out the bun because I can't have gluten. Fries were average. Old fashioned was way too sweet! Staff was attentive to our party as we were a large group celebrating a high school reunion. read more

This bowling center is top-notch! We were able to watch the college football game while bowling and had excellent food! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The facility is very clean and fun. The bowling score screens are interactive and tell you stats on each bowler. The delicious food and beverages are delivered to your lane. I could not believe the level of service! I am used to alleys were you are afraid to sit down because you might stick to the seat... NOT this place! There is an arcade area with plenty of games that are eye catching, super fun and award tickets! Give this place a try. You will not be disappointed! read more

If you want to go bowling, skip this place. They screwed up bigtime on putting a massive bar right in the middle of what could have been another 6-8 lanes. There's too much seating in front of it where they could have put the bar and added more lanes. We got there and were told it would be a 30 min wait to bowl and to get something to drink or eat and go to the game area. (I believe that's what this place is designed to do to get more money out of you). 2 hours later we were finally getting a lane. Never again, I'll go to a traditional bowling place. read more

10/10 super recommend this place. Hourly lane rates allowed us to get in 3 full games plus a mini game, which we thought was a great deal. Very attractive design inside with high quality lanes and scoring systems. Loved having a cocktail waitress greet us within a few minutes of getting our lane and had excellent service. This place is overpriced for what they offer. If you split the price among a big party it isnt so bad, but since you play by the hour... more people = less rounds. Less people = more money per person. My party of three managed 1 1/2 games in an hour. The food is alright, but each time we have been the service was less than spectacular. It took the waiter a long time to show up so we finally started our bowling. When he did finally come around the time it took to place orders really interfered with the bowling (which, again, you pay by the hour). Personally, it isn't worth it. The arcade is alright. They have skee-ball which is a must for me. Overall, I'll probably pass on going back. Too expensive. read more

Came here with a couple friends on a Tuesday afternoon and spent many hours here and had a great time. It's very spacious inside and clean and modern. No hint of the normal odors that cling to the interior of every other bowling alley I've ever visited. There's a full-service bar and a waiter even visits you at your lane to take your order and bring your food and refills, etc. The monitor at the lane had several different options for game "themes" a we chose YouToons where pictures of our faces were compiled with cartoon animations that were then displayed on our tv above the lane. It was very humorous and cute and added to the fun. We sat at the bar for a bit between our escape room sessions and had frozen margaritas which were very very weak. When this was mentioned to the bartender he made sure to make up for that by bringing us other drinks on the house. The escape rooms were both fun and we managed to beat both of them. I have done other escape rooms elsewhere and these were done well. There were not as many puzzles in each room as in others I have done but many of the puzzles were still difficult. You could ask for clues using a walkie talkie, but the clues were sometimes too close to revealing the answer, and in one instance, the moderator did give the answer which made me really angry in the moment because it defeats the entire purpose for doing the room and completely removes any chance of having that satisfaction at solving the puzzle. Instead of telling us that the puzzle revealed a code to open a lock, the moderator told us the actual code to open the lock. So no point in completing the puzzle. So that saved us probably 10 minutes and we completed the room with a lot of time left. Other rooms I've done elsewhere, the clues given are actual CLUES or hints, little nudges in the right direction, not the actual answer, and often in the form of a riddle. In one room I did, the clues given all appeared on the monitor, which I think helped keep the theme and the storyline strong. In another instance, in the first room we did here, the moderator came into the room to explain a clue to us, completely breaking the illusion that we were locked in. I was told that they will get two new escape rooms every six months, replacing the current ones (which were a hotel room and a mine shaft), so it will be interesting to see what will come next. And despite the frustrations with the clues, I will likely return for the new rooms, hopefully the clues will be better handled next time. These current two rooms would not be suitable for young children as they (especially the hotel one) were a bit spooky and some effects were quite startling. But all in all, a great experience and we're very likely to come again. read more

Super fun times for a team building event with coworkers. Our food arrived swiftly and it was hot! I had the veggie pizza--very yummy and great balance of cheese and toppings! We split multiple appetizers and desserts. Do yourself a favor and order the funnel cake fries. Have some for the table and maybe get some to go for your ride home :) We didn't bowl but we had a good time in the escape room. This was my first escape room experience and it was a great one! Definitely a good idea for team building. This would also be a fund family/friends activity. Overall, great food, fun times, and outstanding customer service! Such a great addition to the Auburn nightlife! This is a more upscale version of your normal bowling alley, and is just as appropriate for late night bowling with drinks as it is for families during the daytime. I went with a group of 8 co-workers for a work outing, and we had a wonderful time. They did a fantastic job remodeling this old strip mall location into a boutique style, 16 lane bowling alley. I didn't get a chance to play the arcade games, but it looked like a fun variety. The bowling equipment is all the latest technology and gives you fun graphs and comments to increase your experience. The drink prices are very reasonable, and the fact that they offer beer pitchers is a major plus! The most unexpected part though of this place is that the food was delicious! It's not often that an arcade/bowling alley can offer great food, but my wings were crispy and delicious. There's a good selection of appetizers, and a large menu of your normal pub food, leaving everyone in my group pleased. Service was very friendly and helpful, and we loved that the food and bar service was all offered at the bowling lane. We'll definitely be back! read more

I don't usually do this. But I think that i need to express how terrible my experience was. We came on a Monday night, there was a few lanes busy but they seemed to be well staffed. We asked if they had food, the guy at the front desk, said yes someone will come to your lane to great you. Well we started bowling. 30 mins later we gave up thinking anyone was going to come take our order. Even tho there was a waiter who came to both the lanes next to us to take orders and drop off food. We went to the bar grabbed a menu. And still had hoped someone would see us looking at a menu and come take our order. We got impatient and went back to the bar and ordered. We stated that no one came to take our order. We then placed our food order. We took a drink menu, the bartender said someone would come take it. Again 10 mins went by, no one came. And at this point there was maybe only 2 lanes with people on it! We then went to the bar and placed our drink order and waited there for it. Bartender however was extremely nice. We went back to bowling. We had only paid for one game which was $25 for an hour, but since our food was just coming out we decided to play another round! I went to the front desk and saw that they had escape rooms. I asked about it, and another guy working there had said yes. I could tell he didn't want to set up the room. He said it would take 20 mins to set up, which honestly would have been okay since we just got our food. But he said no it wasn't available. So we ended up just playing another round of bowling. Now at this point no one else was bowling except us. They started cleaning and no one ever checked on us!! A worker came by and picked up emptied glasses and asked if they belong to us, I said no. Which they didn't they belonged to the group before us!!They closed at 12 and it was 10:30. No one still ever asked if we needed refills on our drink or anything. I'm sorry but for the price I paid on 2 game, drinks, and food, I would think I would have actually had service. This was our first and our last time coming to this place!! read more

I live very close to this business and normally love it. However, tonight my entire family was accosted by an enraged patron, and all the management offered to do was move them to a different lane. We were there bowling with two young children and an older roid raged man started screaming at us. I alerted the manager and they basically shrugged off the entire situation. I was so excited for this place to open and I am very disappointed it proved to be subpar. They only have 16 lanes and the arcade does not make up for the rest. Stick to the other bowling alley and Cyberzone. The bar is okay but the food is a hit or miss (don't get the nachos). Have visited this facility multiple times. Loved the atmosphere and it is modernly furnished. Attended several parties there and they were well organized and decorated. The game redemption room has a great inventory to choose from. The food is great and just learned that they have expanded their menu. Thinking about holding our Christmas party there since you can rent out the whole facility. Definitely will go back again and again. read more
