We were attended at our lane immediately & our food/drink order was delivered timely as well. The pizza & funnel cake fries were really good. I'll be honest though the funnel cake fries were the Star. Fresh & not greasy at all. Clean bathrooms & very family friendly.

This is the ONLY gymnastics facility in Columbus so quite naturally there is no other place for…read moreyour kids to go. Facilities: open concept with stadium seating for parents. Parents are allowed to openly view the classes. (5 stars) Refreshments can be purchased. Pricing is reasonable. Drink machines available also. The popcorn is a big hit. This is a nice touch. Restrooms: there is a high volume of usage so there are not as clean as they could be. One of he stalls is designated for the little people. The small toilet is a nice touch. There are curtained changing areas available. There is only ONE water fountain so get in line. Classes: There are a lot of classes offered however due to this being the ONLY facility in town they fill up fast. In my opinion there are TOO MANY kids (6-8 per) in the smaller kids classes (ages 5 and below). With all their energy the "coach" only has two eye and unfortunate they only Look one way at a time and they aren't located in the back of their heads. Classes are ONLY held Monday thru Thurs with one class on Friday evening. If they had classes on Saturday I'm sure the overflow would even out. But they are the only gym in town so I guess they do whatever they want. BOO! When classes dismiss it is a nightmare. If you are cloister phobic or don't like crowds watch out. Too many people gathered at the door. It seems like a fire hazard. The "coaches" do not do a very good job of directing traffic at the door. Front desk staff: there is a young lady at the front desk who's mannerisms are hit or miss. It's all depends on the day I guess. Sometimes she's nice and other tins she treats you like you are a pain in her butt! Not a southern belle that's for sure. There is a gentleman who's at the desk and he seems ok but avoids interaction with parents/patrons. Registration and Payment: there is no electronic registration. Everything is done on paper. No electronic payment either. This is 2016 and they want me to bring a check or cash. I don't carry either one so this should be interesting. Gym Store: They offer a wide variety to leotards for purchase ($35-40). Bring cash. Overall this has potential to be a great gym. They could definitely make the classes smaller to give the smaller kids the attention they need instead of rushing thru the classes and the kids are standing around waiting on the coaches to instruct them or even hurt themselves. My daughter fell last week and the coach didn't even see that she hurt herself. I'd pay more per month to get more coaches (eyes) on the floor for better instruction. Lastly, there is FREE WIFI. I'm sure everyone enjoys that. Personally I like watching my kid but for those that troll the Internet constantly this is definitely a perk.

While the cart guys were helpful, I felt as though some improvements could be made such as providing towels - especially when there is rain. A couple of our rounds we had to ask for things (such as towels and getting our clubs cleaned since we were leaving our clubs for the next day). Maybe the process is different from the expectations based on experiences in other states. While the clubhouse is nice enough, the food is pretty mid. We had lunch the first day but decided we would not eat there any of our other 2 rounds. Pro shop personnel were cordial and communication was great. We booked our tee times thru a group service which entitled us to additional discounts on any merch.

Hello Park turned out to be one of those unexpected finds that makes a stop in Tuskegee feel…read morepersonal, because I had no idea Lionel Richie had such a deep connection to the university until I stood here and read more about it. The park sits right next to his childhood home and just across from the main gates of Tuskegee University, and it feels like a genuine hometown gift rather than a celebrity vanity project, a quiet green space meant for students, visitors, and neighbors to sit, breathe, and take in the history that surrounds this campus. Richie partnered with Lowe's through their Hometowns initiative to build it, and after a long effort the park finally opened in 2024 as a community space that blends landscaping, seating, and a sense of welcome that fits perfectly with the university's character. What makes the place even more meaningful is the biography behind it, because Richie isn't just a famous name lending support from afar. He grew up here in Tuskegee, he launched his career here with The Commodores, and he graduated from Tuskegee University before becoming one of Motown's most recognizable voices. Coming back to dedicate Hello Park was his way of honoring the place where he first figured out who he wanted to be, and he has said repeatedly that he wants students to see this space as a reminder that their own dreams can start right here too, which is a pretty remarkable way to use your fame for something rooted in gratitude rather than nostalgia.
