My only gripe which wasn't even a big deal.. since we didn't follow this direction (insert halo atop my head) is that when we showed up 15 minutes after the hour, 12:15, they gave us the bands that expired on the hour instead of the half hour mark. So by the time we put our shoes away it was 12:20 but they asked everyone with blue bands to leave at 1pm. I played deaf for 15 minutes because if I paid for an hour, I'm getting my hour. Nobody bothered to hurry us out, though, so cool beans. I'd definitely come often if I lived in the area.

Negatives: Viking axe throwing needs some new Velcro in the axes. They don't stick anymore. Would be cool. Foosball Table needs some replacement bolts from ace hardware. You are entering a room of neon colored bounce houses, out of this world wallpaper lined walls from the ceiling to the floor, music (a little too loud) and a ton of things for the kids.
