Came here for a birthday play date meetup with my sister friend and her daughter, and my little one. She has been a few times with her Littles and this was my first. They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. This place isn't clean! The first time a year ago we found this place to be pretty clean. Since then we have been back a couple of times and couldn't believe how filthy the floors and play area is. Super cute indoor playhouse for the kiddos! A friend of mine has mentioned this place sevrb times and while I've looked it up, I've never visited until I took my kiddos for a birthday party. Not very familiar with the area but it's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking available. Depending on the time you visit the parking lot might be a little crazier than on a quieter day because it did take us a little bit to find an open space. Walking in I was overwhelmed by the amount of people and kiddos running about and enjoying their playtime. There's a check-in desk and the area is pretty small considering we had to stand outside the door because there were a few groups ahead of us. Just would be nice to have a bigger "lobby" area though. Anywhooooo, the young lady who assisted was funny and because I completed the waiver ahead of arrival, she needed our names, provided socks (they do have a cost associated if you're not with a party and are needed for the kiddos to play), and let us know where to meet the party folks. They have an area to place your belongings in a cubby if needed and there is lots of table space available if you're not with a party in one of the reserved rooms. I loved the size of the actual play area and there was one side for the bigger kiddos and a smaller area for babies/toddlers to have their fun. Since this was a busy Saturday afternoon, there were kiddos and grownups everywhere so I would like to come back when it's a bit calmer. I came here for a birthday party for my son's classmate. We've never been here before but plan to come back since it's not too far from us. This is one of the cleanest kids play places that I've seen, so 5 stars for that. I like that the play area is contained to one side so that it's not a free for all. It's easy to keep up with your kid. This place seems best for kids up to 5 or 6 years old. I've been a handful of times with my five year old and can't sing enough praises about Wiggle Giggle. This spot has definitely been designed with parent's best interest in mind. I've been to a few other nearby indoor play places and I'll say the staff here is bar none in comparison. They're friendly, engaged and incredibly hands on. Look no further if you need a fun, clean, age-appropriate indoor playground for your young child - this is the place! We just had our son's 3rd birthday party here this past Sunday. I can't recommend it enough! We stumbled upon Wiggle Giggle after seeing too many "hit-or-miss" Yelp reviews for indoor playgrounds in and around Marietta. This place had 5 star reviews so our interest was piqued. My husband and I decided to come for a quick tour about 1.5 months prior to the party. We were greeted by the owner, Tamara, who was incredibly helpful with the entire process. She is hands-on and very professional. You do NOT have to worry about a bunch of teenagers "running" things or being lax about party planning for your event. First and foremost, although this place is advertised for kids up to 12, I think it's totally catered more for kids ages 1 through 7. The biggest complaint with trampoline parks and the like is that they're overwhelming for smaller kids and it's very easy to lose sight/track of a small child in a venue that size. This place is the perfect size- not too big and not too small. You can "eyeball" the entire play area from the middle of the seating area. My anxiety level was incredibly low while my son was running around and playing on the equipment independently. Regarding the party, the manager is there to help with serving food, cake, room set-up, etc. You, as the parent, have very little to do which is great! They have pretty much any popular kid theme and decor. We chose Incredible Hulk. They had Marvel but were able to provide green and purple plates, napkins and utensils (per my request) to coordinate with the theme. You can have pizzas ordered as well as bring outside food (no fees or charges). That's huge considering a lot of places make you use their "preferred vendors" and charge you extra if you decide not to use them. Another bonus is that there is a "bubble room" for the kids to congregate and a bubble machine drops bubbles every hour on the hour. For birthday parties, they let you pick a song for your kid and they play it at the top of the hour (of your respective party time) while the bubbles are being dropped. Another bonus is that there are massage chairs for the adults, as well as an area with outlets so you can charge your phone, use your laptop, etc. while the kids play. They've thought of everything here! I haven't been during the week but I know this place also has designated times for kids under 4 and "Spectrum Sundays" for kids on the spectrum. What an absolute blast. My 15-month-old had an amazing time exploring everything. It's a treasure trove for little ones under 3, way more exciting than what other play gyms have to offer for babies/early toddlers. The bubble "room" at the top of every hour was a huge hit with my toddler. We visited during the happy hour special on a Monday night, and it wasn't busy at all. There was plenty of seating and parking available, and everything was clean--I noticed staff frequently wiping surfaces down which was reassuring. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Great atmosphere all around. Reasonably priced and more features compared to other gyms in the area. I'm already thinking about hosting a party here in the future--such a great experience! read more

I do not recommend this place if you're planning on a birthday party. The communication was poor. I asked all the questions before booking the party only to have the owner tell me a couple days BEFORE the party, otherwise. At this point, deposit was already made, invitations were sent and cake was made. The owner speaks to you in a condescending tone which is not appreciated. I booked the party with an extra hour slot and they said we wouldnt have the room until 12:15 at the earliest. Which was supposed to be noon to start with. The girl that was assigned to us was horrible. She was unprofessional and in the way. One of my guests who was helping with set up even mentioned how lazy she was. The drink packages weren't even enough for the party we had. The pizzas were carelessly being served by the "helper". She gave the honey hot pizza to kids which was supposed to be for adults. The kids weren't even given juice boxes which are supposed to be apart of the package until i pointed out that the kids didn't have what was supposed to be part of the package. We were down to the cake and got kicked out of the room. Literally! They were hovering over us and even the owner came over while i was trying to cut the cake telling us we needed to be out the room in 5 minutes. Mind you, i went through three cake cutters because what they gave was cheap! I was already frustrated. They are more focused on turning a dollar than they are with their customer's experience and memories. I was even given a hard time by the owner about bringing my cake in that I made at home. Two tier cake because it was made from "home". The party that came in behind us had a crockpot! This place may be fun for just a place to bring your kid but definitely not for birthday parties. read more

The layout is absolutely perfect because I can sit and get some work on my laptop (thanks to the convenient placement of the outlets) and always have an eye on my child because the play area is open concept! THIS. PLACE. IS. AMAZING. My 2 year old son had a BALL here. There's a designated (pretty elaborate) play area and obstacle course for children 0-4. I LOVED that they made sure that ONLY small children were in this area. There's also a LARGE padded obstacle course for the big kids. My son loved the slides, bouncy balls, and the huge trampoline (the trampoline is in the big kids area). And ITS PRISTINE AND CLEAN! One of the employees came around to disinfect and clean intermittently throughout our stay there. They have snacks and drinks for sell. The music was also really kid friendly (think Disney songs) and not too blaring loud. All in all, we were VERY impressed. We had an opportunity to speak to the owner and she was awesome! My last review of my first visit to this place, with my grandchildren, was a definite 5 star review. I returned today with my granddaughter after school and don't know if we will go back again. It was around 3:30 and not too busy, maybe 15 kids, including my granddaughter. Most of the children were under 5 and my granddaughter just turned six. However, 5 of those kids were part of a birthday table of young men probably between the ages of 9 and 12. This group wreaked havoc on the entire play area and it's a shame that they, and their parents, felt they had the freedom to do this. Of course, the mothers were talking and not monitoring their kids. I am talking full out going against every rule this establishment has posted there.....running wild, hitting little ones with the balls, tearing through the 4 and under section, blocking slides for their own agenda, etc., etc., etc. It just did not stop. Two little ones got hit with the balls or knocked down and my granddaughter got hit with a ball in the chest. I'm talking such full out craziness that parents of the other children were holding their kids back from using the equipment out of fear the little ones would get hurt. I spoke to the one person working at the counter and asked about monitoring the area but she said they only do it on weekends when they're really busy. Most of the time we were there she was on the phone with her back to the activity area, so no one watching. She said it was up to the parents to monitor their kids, and I agree. But when they don't monitor their kids, I do believe it's up to the facility to step in to handle this type of behavior. I spoke with several of the boys but it didn't help. She finally spoke with the parents but it didn't help. The behavior just continued, and she just ignored it. The behavior carried over to the "bubble room" as well. We've frequented other larger jumpy places and they do not put up with this type of behavior. It doesn't matter whether it's a busy weekend or a less busy weekday, large or small facility, someone can really get hurt with this type of behavior. Fantastic play place for young kids. My daughter loves it. This place is the perfect size where parents don't have to chase after their kids the whole time. You could even sit and get some work done while the kids play Or chat with other parents with the kids in view. The environment is clean, safe and family oriented. The staff are friendly and helpful. We have also attended a birthday party which was so fun. The owner really goes all out for special events as well. We went to their Halloween event. Best in town by far! OH MY GOODNESS!!! I loveeee this place and so does my 2 y/o daughter... The place is SO clean, they sell snacks, they have massage chairs, a shoe cubby, plenty of tables, and bubble time! I was searching non stop for a soft play center for my daughter because she has so much energy and sometimes it's just too hot for her to go outside so when this place finally opened I was so happy because it's literally 10 minutes from where i live. The owner is always in a such a good mood and like I said the place is clean. They also sell grip socks which are required for both adults and kiddos. And they have a membership option and they do birthday parties too. It's not huge but it sure is enough for my babygirl. Also they have little educational and hands-on games for them...Wiggle Giggle has gotten a loyal customer until my babygirl is too big for the place.
