We were in the art area where the kids had an instructional paint along on a canvas, other arts and crafts, coloring, and my daughter's personal favorite, coloring on the glass. The staff was very patient and friendly with the children. The other room where we ate had a private bathroom for party guests which is a definite plus for a kiddie party. There appeared to be other rooms with jumpers and there was a class of some sort in the space that looked like the larger space. My only gripe was the bathroom in the main area wasn't the cleanest and from what I over heard the private bathroom needed some work before we got in there (NOTE: See note from the owner, I heard only half and assumed wrong). I'm not sure what time they start parties or classes, but I got there at 11:45a and the trash was near overflow level and could've used a light scrub. That said, I wouldn't mind having my daughter's 3rd birthday there.

And then he lowered his voice & said we'll finish bc you're already started so she said ok and tried to quickly pass the rest of the mini cupcakes out & dude suddenly flipped his life and started screaming and berating her that she had to stop & said a bunch right now and so all of the kids started crying because they saw the mini cupcakes but now couldn't have one so we all left (some of us mid play session and some at the end) and did cupcakes literally outside in the heat because this lunatic acted that way. My friend was shaking after the ordeal and she frantically apologized because she was scared since a dude much bigger than her got in her face to scream at her and I've noticed the owners like to get picky on semantics when they argue with reviewers so I can't recall his exact wording but his voice and tone were very unfriendly & loud & my child among others were screaming and crying because of him Any other business would've said oh well if our employee told you yes, go ahead and finish but you can't do this next time and then handled it internally quietly and not in front of customers. I worked in customer service & retail for years & couldn't fathom berating paying customers that way. Other than that, nothing remarkable about the place. They mainly have imaginative play boxes so good for very specific type of kids, a large ball pit which was nice and one slide and a wind tunnel but the playroom has a huge wind tunnel and a super nice owner & altitude has a huge foam pit that works just fine and they're under $15 for weekday mornings. Little leaf will get you a fully decorated birthday party no cleanup needed & private for 2 hrs for $650 ish if you're trying to book a party whereas a common complaint on this place is the exorbitant birthday fee for no privacy & they don't even cleanup the party. They do have plenty of parking being in a huge shopping center and they have tons of influencer videos about them online - I can only assume paid? I did see them pick up toys during the session but I didn't see them wiping them down or where they put them In my opinion, don't come here as there's too many better options

As a family with multiple children, we occasionally face unavoidable scheduling conflicts. When a sibling's performance overlapped with a practice, I asked about a make-up option. While I was allowed a one-time exception, I was told their policy only permits make-ups if the enrolled child has a school conflict. When I followed up with a manager, hoping for a more solution-oriented approach, I was told they'd discuss this policy further with their staff. Which alluded to that fact that they are planning to draw a harder line on this issue rather than attempting to find a suitable resolution. That's the opposite of what families like mine need. That policy doesn't reflect the reality of families managing more than one child. Important family events--like supporting a sibling--are just as valid, and this approach forces families into unnecessary tradeoffs. A more flexible make-up policy, even with reasonable limits, would go a long way. Supporting families should mean supporting the whole family unit, not just one child in isolation. Programs like this build loyalty when they recognize how families actually function. Adjusting this policy would make a meaningful difference.

My only con was the spinning swing as one attendee was hit in the head by one of the chairs and the bottom of it was wood. Hopefully, the issue was rectified, but I honestly would bring my kids back. Strong supervision by parents is a must though. I also received a call from an employee a few weeks after visiting personally inviting us to join a weekend event being hosted at Fun Time While Learning. We appreciated being reached out to and enjoyed our time there.
